Our kitchen sink started backing up just hours before our big Christmas party so we called roto rooter. Scott walked into a themed costume party of chaos with the turkey literally coming off the smoker for dinner and he handled the situation amazingly. He explained the process to me clearly and worked efficiently in order to help us keep the party going. He didn’t leave a trace once he was finished and he quite literally saved the night. Definitely would say the service was above and beyond and we are so thankful he was able to come help us!

Mike did an excellent job in all the work that he did. He was efficient and knowledgeable and informed me of what he was doing and explained on how to use the valves downstairs in our basement. He also made one of the water valves more accessible from where it originally was which is helpful for when we need to winterize the outdoor spigots. Would definitely use Roto Rooter again as he took his time with all the jobs!

Scott provided great service! He explained the tasks and associated risks he was going to perform in order to clear my clogged piping, provided a quote and asked for permission before proceeding. Scott educated me on why my piping had developed so much buildup and how to prevent buildup in the future. He pointed out existing points of leakage on sink fittings, clean-outs, etc. and offered repair recommendations. Scott also explained the best solutions for maintaining and minimizing organic growth inside my piping (while not damaging or eroding piping), he provided an enzyme solution during the appointment and explained how to use it. Scott also cleaned debris buildup in the sink and the surrounding areas. I highly recommend working with this company!

Even had a supervisor stop by and see how he was doings only downside It was really expensive and now my house smells lol! But he cleaned up very nicely after himself and took care of the mess! And they came same day! He was here for like 2-3 hours unfortunately due to the massive clog! But talk about dedication! When he couldn’t get it from upstairs he got it from the bottom!

I am so impressed with Scott Cornelius. He came to assess some slow drains we are having. It was SO helpful to hear him explain the nature of the pipe layouts, where and how to clean them out. Without having an access panel to the tub drain, he warned of possible damage scenarios of cable cleaning depending on the type of trap below. He could have just gone ahead without any explanation. For the sink drains, he took the time to explain how to clean them myself if I so choose. He was patient, personable, and practical! I was thankful to also buy a product, Pipe Shield, that is a natural drain cleaner for on-going maintenance.

I had my house for almost 4-years. When I first bought, I encountered sewer backup, & the realtor paid for the cost. Then on June 1, 2024. I encountered the same issue & the company helped me on 6/1/24 only took 30minutes to look at the pipe & said no problem, then charged me and pusuaded me to sign up to be a member, so that next time will be faster services with less cost if I have problem again. Here, on 8/2/24, I encountered the same issue and stayed up all night until this morning 8/3/24@0930, waiting for lie after lie phone called with the company; with four different phones called and spoke to four different people, and every called, were a lie. I finally give up and called the fraud company back to tell them to cancel my monthly membership fee, and told them never try to take advantage of any customer in the future because I dont wanted vulnerable customers suffered like me.I decided to called Roto-Rooter after the nightmares with the fraud company. Rotor-Rooter sent Scott to work on my sewers backup issue. Scott was nice, asked permission to enter my property, and was able to explain everything to me in a way that it all makes sense.Not just Scott, but he was able to call another guy to look deeper into the sewers problem.I highly recommended Rotor-Rooter. If you have any problems with plumbing, please check with Scott and Rotor-Rooter before you contact any other company. The fraud companies are out there.I highly recommended Scott for his excellent service 👌

I called in at 11:30 and the lady I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful with getting a plumber out here as soon as possible. I left my house at 11:35 and came back at 12 and surprisingly the water restoration guy was here already. He came in and looked around and spotted some places where water corrosion could cause some problems. He left and gave me his card ( very nice young guy) maybe 30 minutes after he left the plumber was here and was super attentive and helpful about the problems that were occurring. He had so much patience because I had no experience with any of the pipes or where the main pipes were. He got down to business and spotted some problems on the way, which he tried to explain to me and help me understand. After a little while his supervisor arrived and got to the root of the problem. They put a camera down the toilet and found a massive root system blocking the path of the pipe. He got on the phone with my father and explained step by step what needed to happen to fix the problem. Those guys were super helpful and Thorough with their assignment. They’re coming back soon to fix the root of the issue, but in the meantime my guy stayed here longer and temporarily fixed the problem until they come back. 10/10 experience with these guys!!
