Needed my water main shut off valve replaced.Thomas came out and assessed the job, gave a quote and arranged coordination with city utilities to turn water off at the street another day.Returned at the appointed time within 5 minutes of the city arriving and had the valve replaced within 80-90 minutes. Total cost was the same as the original quote provided.Also, Thomas was one of the most pleasant service people Ive dealt with in recent years!I will specifically request him again if I should need additional plumbing work in the future!

He installed a Rheem heat pump water heater, which he had not done before. Yet, he was willing to take it on and learn something new. Such water heaters could be the wave of the future because they cost less to operate. They use no natural gas, and are better for the environment. They cost more up front, but rebates are available.Erik perfected the installation!

Used Plumb Right to install a heat pump water heater. Erik,my plumber, came out same day for an estimate and provided me fantastic feedback on all my options for the available space and need. Rather than feel pressured into any specific purchase, he gave me some real insight to long term pros and cons for each option. The install occurred just two days later and was done within just a few hours. He arranged the new heater, the electrician, worked with my contractor to deal with the old vent pipe, and cleaned up the entire space nicely for a very reasonable rate. Would absolutely use them again!Update: Ive had a couple warranty calls on my water heater and my opinion of Plumb Right only goes up. They did a full replacement of a defective unit. They also came back and fixed a pretty minor issue (from the install) within 24 hours of me making the call. These guys are absolutely great.

Called Saturday evening because of a leak in my basement. Sunday morning, 8 AM with 4 of snow on the ground and Thomas was right on time. The job was very difficult. Thomas explained everything as he went and he was polite, neat, clean and had a can do attitude. He left my house cleaner than when he got here. I recommend Thomas and Plumb Right for any plumbing needs. We will be reaching out to them this spring for an outside faucet repair and I will be requesting Thomas. Price was a little high, but it was an emergency repair and we expected to pay more for the immediate service - it was worth the money.

Amazing customer service! My water heater was leaking and I couldnt get in contact with the original installer. I called Plumb Right late on a Friday to get setup for Monday, and Holly was able to coordinate getting a tech out that night. Devon showed up within 30 minutes of me calling, quickly assessed the water heater, and offered to install the new heater that night. Him and Thomas worked very efficiently and it was installed within 3 hours of my original call. Could not have been happier with my experience!

Let me start by saying the entire Plumb Right team is amazing. I called to get an appointment, which couldn’t happen for two days, but asked to be put on a wait list in case someone cancelled the next day. Someone cancelled and they remembered to call me back to see if I’d like them to come sooner. Awesome!! Then Devon came out. For the $59 service call, he not only looked at my actual problem, but also all the other little plumbing things that I had been putting off for a while. He ended up fixing EVERYTHING in my house: water softener piping, replaced an entire toilet, replaced 2 drains for tubs so they now hold water correctly, and replaced the vacuum breaker piping for our sprinkler system. When it was all said and done, I paid $1500, which included the purchase of their Lifetime Service Club Membership ($150). The savings alone paid for the membership fee which will give me 10% off future service, priority scheduling, and waived service call fee. They had most supplies on the truck. The one thing he didn’t have another technician brought, so no one had to leave for the store. From start to finish, Plumb Right was amazing and I felt like I accomplished so much for our house by the time they were done. No more plumbing punch list!! Definitely saved me time and the pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. They are very trustworthy and dependable.

Devon diagnosed the problem with the water heater and inform me that I needed a new water heater. Had to replace a drain line from the tub/shower, bathroom sink to the main stack. Thomas and Eric did the repair in speedy fashion, were knowledgeable and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Im very happy with the results.When the house was built 63 years ago, it was plumbed with a reverse pitch, so there was always water sitting in the copper pipe, which eventually rusted through. Plumb Right was there to fix it in a jiffy after I contacted another plumbing service to fix it. They came out to look at it and never got back to me with a quote. So I was very thankful that Thomas gave me a quote I could live with immediately after looking it over.

I found a bit of flood coming from my ancient water heater after noon on a Sunday. I found Plumb Right through the water heater manufacturer site. Devon got it replaced by 4:30. Very clean, clear job, the responsiveness and efficiency were great. Had we planned the replacement we might have saved a few bucks, but I doubt the service would have been that good.

We had Devon and Thomas install and replace a water heater and water softener. They also cleaned up our mess of random pipes and fixed the venting issues we had. I would 100% recommend them. We got several quotes and Devon was the only one that caught the issues we had with the venting BEFORE we had to ask about it. Their quality of service is more than fair for their asking price, and I plan on going back to them for all our issues. I actually sent pictures of their work to all my friends because they did such a good job! I cannot express just how happy I am with their work!When we scheduled our service we also dealt with Holly who was prompt, responsive, and gave us an actual time line. Which Devon and Thomas stuck to! It was wonderful!Please check them out! Update: We have been using Plumb Right for about two years now and continue to love working with them. House repairs are never fun, but the team at Plumb Right is great. We always get a quick response and have some one out quickly. The issue is explained clearly and concisely, and pricing is up front. We are very happy with their service!Plumb Right was recommended to us by a friend who used them to repair a leaking sink. We have radiant heat, and needed to have a radiator shortened and also have our ancient garbage disposal looked at. The rep (Thomas) came out for the first visit and gave us some options for the disposal as we are planning some other changes in our kitchen, and he advised not replacing it yet and avoiding paying for the work twice. He then evaluated our heart system and put together an estimate for us on the radiator. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, and we appreciated his honesty and advising extra costs. Fast forward a few weeks to when we’re ready to do the radiator work. We were able to easily get it scheduled for the next week. Thomas was our tech again and called the day before to verify details to be sure he has what he would need for the project. He arrived on time, talked through our desired outcomes for shortening the radiator, and also talked through an additional radiator need we identified. He checked everything over and indicated we should be able to add the second project, but he wanted to complete our main project first to ensure that got done. He worked efficiently and was very detailed. When we wrapped up that project, he provided an estimate for the serving project, which was significantly less than we expected, so we went ahead with it. Both projects were completed too our satisfaction and beyond. Thomas was great to work with, and we would absolutely hire him and Plumb Right again.

Erik, Matthew, and their apprentice, Zach, were on time and did a great job correcting the leaking drain pipes and associated vents on an upstairs bathroom that was originally built non-compliant to code. The plumber noticed a small drip coming from the faucet of my water filtration system. We agreed that this might have caused the puddle under my sink. He said that he could replace the faucet if necessary but asked me to wait for a couple of days in order to make sure that this was really the problem. As agreed, I paid him a one-time fee of $49 for the service call and he told me to call him if I decided to install a new faucet. Two days later and more water under the sink, I called Plumb Right and had a new faucet installed. With my Angie’s List discount, the cost was $242. I am a very satisfied customer. I received friendly, professional and efficient service for a fair price and I won’t hesitate to contact Plumb Right again.

So far so good with these guys (One of two days of my bathroom rough in are under my belt). Communication has been pretty good from the person scheduling and keeping me posted about timing and whatnot to the technicians who showed up to do the work. I did ask to have Erik get back to me about the estimate at one point several months ago, but I suppose the message wasn’t given to him. I’m having a bathroom added upstairs in my bungalow that was built in 1925, so it’s not an easy task and they have asked for my opinions regarding placement of holes and routes, etc. I am disappointed at the cost of cutting a few holes in my unfinished sub floor-I’m doing all of the interior finishing work myself (walls, built-ins etc) and could have EASILY cut them myself and saved something like $400.

Our kitchen faucet area had developed a leak and I was sure it was behind the wall where the drain pipe went in from the under sink area. So I called Plumb Right on Monday...scheduled someone to come out on Thursday....they had a cancellation and came out a day early which was very helpful.Thomas came out and after talking about what I saw and after he assessed the situation he let me know what he was probably going to have to do and the cost. I told him lets do it...got to stop that leak. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable & very personal.. In the end we had to do everything Thomas thought we would have to do...it took awhile and it was a tough job but he got the job done and no more leak. Inside shut-off valve was not sealing properly and the outside faucet also would not shut-off so water would continue flow and form an ice column underneath it. Plumb Right replaced both valves, tested them, and then winterized (drained the remaining water) so that I would not have deal with it anymore this season. They were able to come out the day I called and make the repairs. I am very happy with the work that was done. I will call Plumb Right again.
