I really do not post many reviews but had to do this one. We had a water leak coming from inside a wall and water seeping onto another level. We called Vadim, he was out the next day and we could not have been more pleased with him and the work he did. He quickly found where the leak was, fixed it and saved us from having more damage. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly trust worthy. We have heard horror stories about people being taken advantage of and this was the opposite. Vadim came with a partner after I called about a leaky faucet. A friend had unsuccessfully tried to fix it and knew there were more extensive issues. Vadim asked if it was an emergency but it wasnt so they came the next day. He quickly assessed the issues and offered me a couple options to fix it. They were here a few hours including one store trip. Most of the work was done although I had my friend do the re-tiling later. Vadim returned after that and completed the new faucet install even though hed given me a discount for my friend doing the rest. Thank you for being so responsive.

My wife and I were very impressed with Vadim of Paskar Plumbing. He was prompt with his appointments, honest, communicated well, took time to answer questions and show us things we needed to know for ongoing care of the plumbing components he installed. Several times asked us if we had any questions. In our home, Paskar Plumbing replaced water faucets, a vacuum breaker, stop valves and a hot water heater. In Paskar Plumbings two visits, it was the first time I felt I was not being taken advantage of by the plumber. We have used some big name plumbers and I would always say to myself, I cannot believe how much the repair cost - knowing the cost of the materials and the total price of the repair caused me disbelief in the high per hour labor cost of the repair. We feel we treated fairly by Vadim with quality work and materials.

Vadim is INCREDIBLE! I’d called because I was having some concerns about what I thought was a water leak. He answered his phone quickly, and as I described my issue(while explaining that I was due to leave for vacation shortly), he advised that he was able to fit me into his schedule. When he arrived, he introduced himself, shook my hand, and immediately I felt comfortable! I showed him where I thought my leak was coming from and he utilized his expertise to explain what I had wasn’t a leak, but condensation from my cold water pipe. When I was still unsure due to some concerns about my upstairs toilet, he was gracious enough to put my thoughts at ease by explaining to me how my system is set up, and that the moisture I was seeing was condensation as well. Overall, he made an incredibly stressful experience into a pleasant comfortable one, and now I can leave for vacation in PEACE! When asked, he also informed me that he does bathroom remodels as well! My tenants returned from extended trip to a flooded basement. Vadim, the owner, fit us in his schedule the same day, diagnosed the problem (frozen meter and pipes), had the city replace the meter within an hour, repaired all visible damage on the spot so the water can be turned on as soon as the heat is restored. Gave the contact to restoration company (which we ended up not needing) and followed up with me in the evening and in 2 days to hear if any leaks elsewhere once the water was flowing. I thought Vadim provided excellent service including explaining everything and went extra mile to help alleviate the stress.

Vadim is knowledgeable, professional, honest and friendly. We have used him twice now and have been pleased with the high quality of his work. We had a leaky spigot (after shutoff and blow out by another company) and assumed it was a bad valve that needed replacing. Vadim tested the system to ensure that was the problem before replacing the valve and showed me what was going on. I appreciated that he took the time to do this.When he replaced the shower faucet and head he showed me how to prevent the kids from turning the water up too hot. That was about 2 years ago and everything still works perfectly.There might be a cheaper plumber out there but I will continue to use Paskar plumbing because I feel his prices are reasonable, his work is excellent and he has integrity.

My water heater wasnt working properly. It kept shutting off and there was no hot water. I called around to get some quotes. The big companies would come out to take a look at it for $80-100. Vadium said he come take a look at it the next day for $50. The guy showed up on time and walked us through what the problem was. He was able to fix the problem and told us we may need a new water heater some time later because its 14 years old and we got a large household. He didnt use any scare tactic or pressure us to buy or replace anything. He was professional and informative, not posing as a shady, scheming business personnel. Highly recommended!!! Would use this service again.

Very happy with the service! He installed a toilet for us that had been partially installed incorrectly and replaced the broken water shut off at the toilet. Was really clear about cost and explaining things to us. We will def call again when we need a plumber!
