    Dustin met with us on furnace options, and Ray (primary) and Gavin performed the installation. All of this effort was performed within approximately a 32-hour period start-to-finish. Everyone we meet from OBoys is very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and efficient. Ray provided us with instruction on the new furnace and thermostat. We could not have asked for more from this small business. OBoys is a relatively new company with great employees, excellent products, and a service-oriented business model that will contribute to their continued success. We are very pleased to have the opportunity to do business with them.

    Called on a Saturday early evening when the water main valve lever broke. Rob is clearly an expert plumber and had us send pictures so he knew what fix was needed right away. I was only without water for about 2 hours thanks to his speedy service.Highly recommend!

After my water heater unexpectedly failed I had Ray out within hours for the install of a new heat pump water heater.     Wayne R and Gavin installed a heat pump for us. They did an awesome job. I observed great teamwork! They were both very personable, yet professional. They left our home and back patio looking better than it did before they arrived. We left about halfway through the install and came home to a beautifully installed A-coil & outdoor unit & thermostat. The guys turned out the lights and locked the door behind themselves. We felt very comfortable leaving Wayne & Gavin alone in our home to finish the job. Thanks guys 🤩Forgot to mention Brian K. He did an amazing job coordinating this project from providing the initial estimate, letting us know when to expect the installers, to following up with us when the job was completed. Brian, Wayne & Gavin are all awesome and O’Boys has a customer for life!Update, Chad came over today to help us with a minor problem we were having with the equipment.     Brian was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what direction I wanted to go with my new heat pump/AC/furnace. He explained everything and answered all my questions.     Our office furnace wouldnt start. We called OBoys and they came out at 9am the next business day, diagnosed the issue, and had it running within a couple hours. Also cleaned up the sensors and some other work for no extra charge. Very fast, courteous, and knowledgeable for a fair price!

    Answered my initial call promptly the night before Thanksgiving for a leaking water softener issue. Was able to get scheduled for black friday. He gave me all the options and what the different costs would be when the part I needed was hard to come by.

    I needed a water heater urgently, I called around and nobody seemed to give a straight answer and cost for the project was all over.Fortunately for us O’boy plumbing came through. Dustin listened and gave options to a solution to my problem.     I recently had a ducted heat pump and furnace installed by OBoys and had a great experience. I had done quite a bit of research on heat pumps and almost moved forward without talking to OBoys but reached out on a whim and am very glad I did.Brian was super helpful and showed a genuine interest in getting me what I wanted. There was no attempt to upsell me to something that was overkill for our house and he was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process from initial consult to install (and beyond).Wayne and Gavin came out and did a great job knocking out the install and walking me and my wife through the new system. There was one very minor issue with the condensate piping that required a follow up visit but Wayne was super quick to come out and made the fix with ease.The new heat pump has been working well thus far and I would wholeheartedly recommend to OBoys to anyone looking for HVAC work.

    These guys a great. After my Angis list run, I had about 8 people come out and give me quotes. I had a very complex ceiling mounted AC system that completely failed. I know better then to go on the cheapest price. OBoys gave me the most confidence that they were up for the challenge of replacing the system. I chose them because they offered the best warranty and top name products. Brian assured me I would be happy with their services. Bonus was, they also had the best price over all the other estimates. Gave some maintenance advice as well for some easy upkeep. Thanks!ORIGINAL: David and Frank came over and replaced my furnace, dryer vent, chimney liner, and thermostat and did a fantastic job. But first I met with Rob, the owner, and he did the evaluation and we talked through all the issues I was having and the various options for addressing them. They use Bryant machines and there were many price points to choose from to fit our budget. They offered 36-month 0% financing, which is necessary for me on a big purchase like this! Everybody was very nice and helpful and it all looks fantastic. Highly recommended!

    Moving to a new home a little over a year ago and having things much different than the older home we came from, we had a few things to learn. Chad was great!!!! He went through our furnace, AC, air exchanger and taught us everything from how to do the settings for better efficiency, changing filters we didnt even know some existed, to many other valuable tools/information.     I can’t say enough great things about this company! I had a leaking water heater and this is how O’Boys went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Within a few minutes of submitting a request on their website, they reached out via my preferred contact method and I was texting with Shari, the co-founder, getting things set up for a plumber to come out the next morning. The next morning, the plumber, Dustin showed up ON TIME. He was a consummate professional and very friendly. Dustin not only answered all my questions and provided me with plenty of replacement options, but when I briefly mentioned my water softener, he did a thorough inspection on it at no additional cost while he waited on parts to arrive. I ended up deciding to upgrade to a tankless water heater which was made possible by a great financing option that O’Boys provided in collaboration with Wells Fargo. The quality of the work is 10/10. After cleaning everything up, he walked me through how to adjust and maintain the tankless heater. O’Boys didn’t miss a single mark and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided! There is a reason this company has an average 5-star rating… They’re the best!

    I called these guys today on the first 90 degree heat day of the year. They showed up same day and fixed my AC unit (an outdoor unit from 2015). The tech ran diagnostics and found the problem to be a faulty capacitor to the pump. My dogs and my family are very happy with the results. Highly recommend this company!
