Elmir and Skip came today to replace my garbage disposal with a straight pipe. They both were professional and personable. They looked at the situation, explained what needed to happen, gave me a good estimate of the price. Once I signed it they got to work and finished it in a timely manner. They showed me the finished work and had tested to make sure there was no leaking. They left no mess behind at all. I will definitely use Northern Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

I had three related issues that needed to be addressed: a bathroom sink trap that needed to be cleared and/or replaced; the hot and cold water supply lines for the tub-shower tom have shut-off valves installed in-line; and the tub-shower faucets/controls to be replaced. Chris and Elmer did the trap repair/replace the afternoon of 12/3, and Elmer returned, with Skip, morning of 12/4 -- both teams did an excellent job; they were professional, competent, and explained what they were going to do clearly. All the required repairs and replacements were done in a timely manner, with complete clean up. I highly recommend Northern Plumbing & Softening.

I would highly recommend Northern Plumbing & Softening! Skip and Chris arrived right on time. They were both friendly, courteous and professional. They explained everything and answered all my questions. They let me know what it would cost for the work to be done which included replacing the garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and remove and reseal kitchen p-trap and tail pipe. They had a very fair and competitive price. They did an excellent job and checked for any leaks and cleaned up afterwards. They answered some other plumbing question I had and did an extra fix on a couple things at no extra charge.

Great service from the team! We had a leaky toilet and was impressed to hear someone could be by so quickly to help fix it. They were upfront with the quotes and pricing each step of the way when surprises were encountered. They worked quickly and were thorough in answering questions about available options. They did a great job and followed through on a smaller second project that wasnt able to be completed the first day. The receptionist, Jeannie, is very sweet and helped get us scheduled very quickly. Ive already passed their info on to a few family members and will continue to recommend them.For the second smaller job (new p-trap pipe), we had received a quote from another company a number of months ago, and this was more reasonably priced. Were happy with the results from this replacement.

Elmir and Skip installed a reverse osmosis system a couple of weeks ago. They were great! Elmir is so nice and took the time to answer my many questions. Everything is still working well and my water tastes so much better.

Had a great experience having my garbage disposal replaced! The people at the office were helpful and they were able to give me an idea over the phone of the cost (which other places wouldnt to do without a trip charge first). They originally thought they could get out in a few days, but were able to get someone out the same day and we were good to go by mid afternoon! Elmir was polite and efficient. Highly recommend and glad to support a local business!

Thank you so much Skip and Chris! These plumbers showed up very quickly for us on a holiday weekend with a broken toilet. They were professional, tidy, and educated me about what was wrong, and what to look out for in the future. Also had already brought the right replacement parts for our Kohler in part due to the service call taker being so thorough. I could not have asked for a better experience in any way.

I am very pleased with the service from Northern plumbing. I thought I had a water softener leak and may need a new water softener. I called late in the day on Monday and Chris arrived promptly on Tuesday afternoon. Chris could have told me I needed a whole new softener. Instead, he figured out one of my toilets was constantly running. He also couldve sold me a bunch of new parts for my toilet. Instead, he was able to remove the sediment and shorten the chain. He also checked my water and said it looked great. He saved me potentially THOUSANDS of dollars. I strongly recommend Northern Plumbing and will never use another plumber again!

Excellent, timely, professional service performed by Skip and Elmir! Our water heater went out and Northern was able to send these professionals in less than 24 hours to help us out. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it, and talked through the options in an understandable way. We ultimately decided to replace our water heater and were informed of all options before deciding. The team efficiently handled removal, picking up the new heater, and installation in only about 2 hours total for the visit. We loved that the cost of the new water heater was all-in and included the necessary labor, too. Highly recommend and thank you again to Skip and Elmir!

I had a leaky valve at the main water shutoff & they arrived much sooner than expected. Elmir quickly sized up the job & gave me an estimate. In about an hour, the work was completed, with a new section of pipe & shutoff valve. The work area was left clean & dry. Elmir is amazing & did a fantastic job. We purchased a reverse osmosis water filtration system for our drinking water and ice maker from Northern Plumbing and Softening in 2015. They accepted our existing system as a trade-in. We are very big water drinkers so love having fresh tasting water right at our kitchen sink. We schedule Northern Plumbing and Softening to come out to sanitize the system and replace the filters as necessary every 12-18 months. All the personnel have been a pleasure to work with!

Mason was our onsite installer, he was on time, very professional and answered all of my questions, offered thoughtful ideas and answered my Wife’s questions too. It’s very obvious to me that Mason is very capable, knowledgeable and was just pleasant to have come to our home to replace our water softener.Our Sales Rep was Jon Lund and he is very knowledgeable and professional as well, with many years of experience. Chuck and Emile came out and helped unplug the sewer drain that was causing backups from our drains. They were very thorough and made sure the piped were completely flushed before leaving and helped instruct us what we can do to keep the pipes more clean so blocks dont happen again.
