I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing needs! They come out within 24 hours. We had Jon W. come out and he was very knowledgable and helpful. I never got the sense he was trying to sell me on things I dont need. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and in words I could understand. He installed a new garbage disposal and water softener. I was so impressed with their service I joined the service club, which saved me money!

The serviceman Jon was extremely personable, pleasant and knowledgeable and went beyond what was expected. I will say the price for 3 and half hours was a little steep of 850 as I read online that usually it is about 600 dollars for main valve replacements. But for the convenience and fixing the problem was resolved quicklfree. Also was willing to give us a discount to work on it today. We also had the bathroom valve cut and installed. You probably do get what you pay for. And I am happy that our home is plumbing free.

Max is wonderful. He’s very knowledgeable and knows his work. I’m very glad I was hooked up with Mr. Rooter. He fixed my mess that I made and made it looked beautiful. I called someone beforehand and they wanted to put holes in the wall but Max said nope we didn’t have to do it that way. I’m so happy I went with Mr Rooter and Max. He replaced my pipes underneath the sink and in the basement where u could barely get to it. I also replaced my valves on my water meter from the city because my water was still leaking when I would shut it off. Everything was so professionally done and I’m so happy that I went with the company.

My brother needed to have the faucet and shower fixed and updated in his bathroom. Mike was the first Mr Rooter to come by. He explained everything in detail, listened to and answered all of my brothers questions, finally providing information about several different repair options, style, price, etc. My brother made his decision on a Tuesday and Kris, the Mr Rooter serviceman, came in on Thursday to do the installation. He did a beautiful job and in no time at all my brother had a new working shower. For cost, ease of service, quality and cleanliness, Mr Rooter gets A+! Thank you for the great job!!

Rob is really amazing! He had come out to our house for a different issue a few weeks prior and remembered me, helping me resolve an issue with our membership. He also approached the work that needed to be done in our home with empathy (plumbing issues are a lot and expensive!!) and kindness. Hes incredibly knowledgeable and didnt talk down to me because of my gender. Its not often that I 100% trust people who come into my house to work, but I absolutely trust Rob and highly recommend him for whatever work you need done.

Max came out to clear our bathroom sink drain and to restore cold water to our shower. Max is a kind guy who does great work on older houses. He was on-time for the estimate and the work day. Even though older houses are more complicated, he got it all done within the scheduled time. Everything works well now.I highly recommend him.

I changed an anode rod and accidentally shifted my water heater in the doing of it. A recirculation line sprung a leak. Mr Rooter was the first one to have availability.Kris Corwin showed up and was able to fix the issue pretty quickly and competently. He was amiable and explained some plumbing stuff to me and answered questions while he worked. The repair was well done, water tight and fairly quick. Mr Rooter throws in some testing stuff as complimentary like testing your chlorine levels and water hardness which was fine but out of the scope of work.The repair was, I thought, very expensive but I suspect out of the control of Kris.Ill likely consult other plumbers in my area and not fall for the low dispatch fee only to pay a giant fee later. All in all, Kris was onsite for about 2 hours, at least 45 mins were spent waiting for the water to fully drain from the water heater and perhaps another 20 to 30 for the water tests. The cost was over $800 for slightly over a foot of copper and fixtures.

Highly recommend Mr Rooter. We had a major leak in our house spanning multiple floors causing water damage in walls and ceilings. Neal did a great job locating the source of the leak, keeping wall damage as minimal as was possible. He was diligent, communicative, and empathetic throughout the process. Mr Rooter also helped connect us with mitigation specialists who we have also been very happy with. Overall we are very grateful to have found this company to help us through a very stressful time with our old (built in 1915) home!

I actually called Mr. Rooter for a gas line hookup for my new dryer, after Home Depot delivered the dryer on Monday but their install crew was not available for a week. Instead, Mr. Rooter sent Derek over at 8 am the next morning, and within 20 minutes we had a bid to install our dryer and bring the gas line and vent up to code. He also inspected the rest of our plumbing and was surprised our water heater was >20 years old- gave us a very competitive bid for a larger, newer water heater. Derek was very knowledgeable and professional and even took the time to walk me through the pros and cons of a tank vs. tankless water heater. We agreed to the bid and they fit in all the work today! I could hardly tell Derek was here working, he was quiet and cleaned the whole area when complete. I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for my next plumbing jobs- I have some small jobs I’ve been putting off but feel comfortable getting bids for these now!

Jack came over to our flooded basement (UNDERSTATEMENT) home in a moment of a multi-crisis only my wife, 2 pugs, and myself could realize. I actually missed his original phone call stating he was 15 min away bc I was on a call for work so foolishly dismissed the call, despite not having been able to shower or use any other things that one would use in a home that has to do with water…. I called the # back once I realized who I disregarded! And he was extended kind and said he’d check his schedule if he could and maybe be back, but might not be till tomorrow :( I thanked him so much for even that compassion he showed. He showed up within 15 to our home and (not sure what skill level of plumber he is/was), however, while I worked upstairs in the attic with a face mask on, my courageous wife and him braved down to the abhorrent smelling, flooded, foul basement and he fixed the problem in about 1.25 minutes. I just want the owner of Mr. Rooter to somehow see this and see that people like Jack are the kind of people that will make this earth stay revolving around the sun in peace and love. He showed absolutely no disrespect, disgust, judgement and I wish he was our neighbor TBH!

It’s never fun to have plumbing issues and always expensive, BUT, when there is a job you can’t handle yourself I would highly recommend these guys. Service was super fast and our plumber Neal was great! He was very knowledgeable and gave us up front pricing and options with various price ranges. This company had one of the cheapest service call fees I could find and when you use them for the job it’s deducted from the bill. We we’re dismayed when we found yet another floor drain backup after having the line “cleaned out” just about 4 months prior. The 8-10 member team was polite, respectful, and easy to work with! They took extra care to not destroy our landscaping or chop into our irrigation line. We didnt get all of their names Day 1, but we had time to sit and have lunch with the crew on Day (Tyler, Royce, and Daniel) and they were extremely friendly and fun to talk to!

We had both of our toilets plug up on a Saturday (of course). I called Mr Rooter and they sent a guy out that afternoon. They were very professional and informative about our options. We went the least expensive route and the next day our toilets were moving slow again. I called them back and they were able to send us another technician the next day. Again, this technician took the time to go over all of our options and again we choose the least expensive option. Lucky for us, this time it was successful and our toilets are still flowing freely. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to send help and both guys were friendly, polite, informative and non-judgmental. I never felt pressed to spend more money. I dont have anything negative to review for Mr Rooter!

At first, Mr. Rooter started out poorly with a mix up on appointment times. They very quickly, and professionally, correct that with a credit that was extremely fair. Ruslan was sent out for sump pump repair. He was very professional and walked me through expectations and what his work would entail. He was kind, and patient, and answered all of my many questions. The tech who arrived (Derek) was knowledgeable, he went above and beyond in helping install my new dishwasher and install the water lines for my new refrigerator. Derek explained everything to me about my new appliances and how to prep them with the first use. My water heater broke down and thankfully for me I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Jon W was the technician that arrived that day. He was polite, professional, and thorough in explaining everything he found. He was upfront with options and pricing. I decided replacement was the best option, and Jon came back the next day to install the new water heater. When he was done, he showed me the heater and instructions for troubleshooting. Kris and his partner came out the same day with no extra fee for that. They were very friendly, on time and gave me options.
