I needed help with screwing in a new toilet fill valve that was giving me trouble. I called Mark’s Plumbing around 10 AM and they said a plumber could arrive between 12 and 4. I got a call from Tim a couple minutes after hanging up and he arrived within a half hour.Tim did a thorough job making sure my fill valve was tightened and ensured no surprise leaks occurred. He also readjusted my bidet water line to avoid future water flow issues. Tim was very friendly and talkative throughout the whole visit. I would definitely recommend Mark’s Plumbing and Tim for your plumbing needs.

Excellent Customer Service and Professionalism! I called Marks plumbing looking for some help with a plumbing issue. Tim was very responsive and provided a quick turn around to get an appointment/service completed for our plumbing desires. Our specific needs were inputting a new shower head and we needed plumping work from two pipes being hot and cold faucet to one pipe. Five star review was purchased! They added $20 to my final bill if I did not give a positive review. There was a lot of empty promises of service.If it’s not in writing, it will not be done. I was left with a dirty floor from shoes and small metal shavings from pipe cutting. The guys were personable but left me with a mess to clean up and put back together.

I hired Marks Plumbing for a major bathroom renovation in my home. First, Mark is very responsive and easy to work with as the company owner. His prices are extremely competitive and he gets a flat rate price quickly with NO surprises. Mark also employs a scheduler, Katrina, who is very responsive and works to accommodate your schedule needs. Finally and best of all- Marks plumbing staff is top notch. Tim was assigned to my project as the lead and he remained the entire time. Tim did a fantastic job, very communicative on what he is doing and works quickly. Tim has been a plumber his entire life and shows- he knows code inside and out and does a fantastic job. I also had Jeff on my job. Jeff was awesome to work with as well. I couldnt be more happy with my choice of plumber for my bathroom renovation and I highly recommend going with Marks Plumbing. You wont regret it.

We needed a plumber ASAP. Marks Plumbing had great reviews and now we know why! We got an appointment for that same day and Tom arrived on time. He was professional but easy to talk to. He explained the problem knowledgeably and clearly and didnt treat me like I was ignorant of plumbing issues (something I hate). He quoted me a fair price (flat rate, not hourly) and had the problem fixed in a jiff. He even recommended we fix some other issues he noticed while he was working on the pipes and explained just how we could do it ourselves. Tom made a stressful situation have a happy ending. I recently returned home from a trip out west for a family wedding and discovered I had no hot water. My husband turned off the water before we left town so I knew to turn the water back on, but soon realized I had no HOT water. I called my still out of town husband who told me to call Mark’s which I did immediately. Within an hour Tom was at our house and solved my problem quickly by lighting the pilot. This was a simple fix, but we have used Mark’s for all of our plumbing needs since 2004. We have always received excellent service at a fair price. Mark’s communication system is one of the best I’ve experienced; first I was informed of the expected time window for service, then was alerted by text when the plumber was on his way. As a business owner whose time is valuable, that kind of service gets my loyalty

Not only did he do a fantastic job and was highly professional in his behavior, he was also a real guy who went above and beyond to ease the stress that comes with toilet issues for our family. 03/01/16 = Tom and Jim came out to our house to repair leaking plumbing under our kitchen sink. They also installed new fixtures that we had purchased. They showed up early and were friendly and professional. There were a few curveballs due to the 1958 construction of our house. No problem with these two pros...they had all the repairs and replacements done in a few hours. They took the time to explain to us what the problem was, and how they were going to fix it. Not only would I call them again if I needed to...but I wouldnt mind if they were our neighbors. Thats how nice they both were. Called a few hours after they opened, and Alex showed up later that day (not only on time, but early as well). For two days we wrestled with a clogged sink. We tried everything, and Ive fixed most of the house issues we ran into in the past, including several plumbing issues. No matter what we did, we couldnt tackle this one. Alex came in, went to work right away, and fixed it in less than an hour. Not only was he prompt, he was courteous and respectful of our space, and even straightened up the mess I made trying to fix it in the first place! Marks Plumbing is awesome! The price was incredibly fair, and I definitely recommend their services!

We used Marks Plumbing for replacing a water heater at our business. We were in a bind and used Google to search for a plumber who could do the job quickly and reasonably. We called three plumbers with high Google ratings. Marks was the most reasonable and I liked his approach and confidence on the phone. There really is a Mark--hes the owner I talked with, and his company did everything we agreed to--in a professional manner, quickly and with no disruption of business. The communication was excellent. We will use Marks in the future for our plumbing needs.

Marks Plumbing has done all our plumbing work for years. This includes repairs, replacement of a water heater, roughing-in and finishing a new bathroom. In every case the service has been excellent, prices fair (we have compared apples to apples with other plumbing contractors), and the work done in a professional manner. The best part of the service, however, is the high level of detailed communication we receive from the owner, Mark himself. The system his company uses to inform us of the status of the job, of the ETA of the plumber on our project, and of any changes necessary, is second to none. I wish all service companies were as good in their communications.

If you like to have a “guy” to call to fix your problems, Mark is the guy I call to fix my plumbing. They’ll give you an estimate without charging you $60 to show up. Next day apt. was available when I called. Was there exactly when the apt started with a text message 30 min prior. Kinda like having your Dad fix your plumbing but he knows what he’s doing.

I was seemingly not able to get the pilot light re-lit on my water heater and was resigned to having to call in someone to take a look. Mark called me back and informed me that often the pilot light is in fact lighting correctly but is simply difficult to see through the glass of the sealed type of water heaters which I have, he recommended that I lay on the concrete when igniting for a better viewing angle. Of course this was the issue and it fired right up! He saved me the service charge for what turned out to be simple user error, who does that? What a guy! Thank you Mark!

When I first called around, this place was the only shop that took the time to answer my questions before I committed to service. Mark even called me to clarify a few questions I had when the scheduler was unable. Tim, the plumber, arrived on time and did a thorough job with figuring out where the leak was coming from. He came back a few days later again right on time and completed the big project by himself in a timely and respectful manner. He really took great care to make sure the replacement waste lines were installed adequately and that all the former ABS lines that he could access were removed. We know who to go to next time. We’ve used some of the bigger companies in the past like Paul Bunyan and weld and sons. They were okay. But Mark’s provided that extra touch and service for a very reasonable price. Tim saved the day! And the years to come from having a wet basement!

Last night our main sewer line backed up!! Gotta love roots in the line. I google plumbers near by and looked for a small business. Marks Plumbing popped up so I gave him a call. I explained to him what is going on and he said no problem. “Let me call someone and I’ll call you right back.” Less than 10 minutes later Mark called and said he can send someone out there the same day!!! YES!!! At 3:30 my drain was cleared, any mess was cleaned up and the sewer drain was ready for use!! Great price and saved me a lot of back pain. Thank you so very much. Fantastic Job!! Our technician was Jim, and couldnt have ask for a better one. He was very prompt on arrival and to get to work. We had an absolute mess under our sink and in our crawl space, and Jim was able to completely fix our issues. Wouldnt you know it. My spouse and I bought our first house and within the first two weeks the water heater starts leaking. Now, these things happen and the sellers let us know that the water heater was eighteen years old. So, I called a family member and they suggested Marks. Well, no sooner said than done I was in touch with Mark and he was clear and direct about assessments, costs, installation, and delivery date. Within three days we had a new water heater and all of our questions answered. Mark even took time out of his day to answer my questions about our gas heater when winter rolled in. Phenomenal service! We had a bit of a tricky start because it was thought our cartridges in the handles of our tub needed to be replace because we werent getting much water out of our spout. Upon further inspection from a different employee, Tom, realized there was something actually blocking the water from getting through. Tom and Jeff removed part of our kitchen wall (shared wall w/bathroom and no access) to remove and replace the jerry-rigged job that was done before. Long story short we LOVE Tom and Jeff for restoring our shower to a brand new system. We had a spout diverter w/hose before and now we have an actual shower head coming out of our wall. Cannot wait for a shower tomorrow after the caulking cures. The guys were CLEAN and kept everything in order by using what they needed and removing things to their van when they were done. I cannot forget to give a shout out to Brian, he helped to rearrange everyones schedule late last Friday for today (Monday) so Tom and Jeff were free to work on our emergency. Brian has kept me in the loop at all times. Marks Plumbing Service & Repair has gained a customer for life! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!

I emailed Mark during the Super Bowl. He literally replied within 2 minutes. You seriously dont get service like that. He said he could be to my house between 9-10 the next morning and he was there right at 9, once again, you dont see service like this.When he arrived, not only did he seem to know what the issue was before walking in, he took the time to explain to me the inner workings of a water heater and what can fail and why. This is very important to me, rather than just spouting off what is wrong and throwing numbers at you leaving you in the dark as to why you need to pay for something like this.Hands down, I will never look for another plumber again, Ive got his number and will be calling any time I have trouble.

On Sat. morning, my hot water heater wasnt working properly. I called 10 places and only 2 answered the phone. The first place wouldnt answer any questions about it, they only wanted to come out for the emergency fee. Mark was very kind and took the time to walk me through things that could be wrong with it. He even had me send him photos on my phone to help me. I ended up getting it to work thanks to him. Did I mention he did this while he was waiting for his wife to show up for her surprise birthday party? I would highly recommend his service to everyone.
