Highly recommended for any drain issues. We had a tub that was extremely backed up due to hair. We had another company come out that worked really hard but couldn’t get through the clog. Incredible experience with Guy’s. We had our main line heading out to the sewer back up last night. Guy’s was able to get out today and fix us up. My house is from the 60’s so I have had a number of plumbers out. It was refreshing to have good honest up-front awareness and professional recommendations on what to do. We were able to find an access point outside to be able to get the auger in and clean out 100 feet from the main access in the house (couldn’t clean it from in there). Guy’s could have immediately recommended hydrojetting, but our tech went above and beyond to do a great job and be affordable for us. Plus we got a tub cleaned out too. Because the complications occurred trying to access the clog with the auger, the hours were more than anticipated, but our tech was transparent about this. We signed up for their program and ended up paying under $600 for it all. Based on other experiences I’ve had with big plumbers, this would have been far more. Love Guy’s, I’m a big fan!!!
