    Great service and everyone I spoke with was so kind. My sewer main backed up on a Saturday and they were able to come out same day and even arrived a little earlier than my scheduled appointment. My line was cleared (and scoped) by early evening. Communication was great. Highly recommend.

    Joe showed up on time, was considerate and friendly. We needed our main cleaned because the city was checking location of line for work they were doing. Our line was so plugged with roots they were unable to do their reading for location. When the city came back after Gopher cleaned the line, city said it was clean as a whistle and they were impressed and so were we! Definitely using Gopher again!

    After calling 4 places Gopher Sewer and Drains understood the urgency of not having water draining to the sewer and that we couldn’t even use the toilet. Everyone else basically say it would be 1-3 days to get someone out. These guys got Edwardo out to my house within 45min. He was in and out in about an hour. Eduardo was very polite and did a great job! Based on my experience I would highly recommend.

    We were struggling with a plugged toilet. We put in a Yelp search and Gopher Plumbing responded promptly and with a good price. They arrived promptly and fixed the problem. We had excellent service from them previously with a sump pump issue.

    Always 5 star service. They redid the plumbing of my previous house before selling. Went above and beyond. Great for maintenance main sewer line clearing (definitely do this 1-2 yrs if you have an older home or lots of trees in your yard).They just came out today (within an 1 hr 1/2 of me calling) to replace a leaking outside spigot and the shut of valve inside the house that decided to join the party and leak too.I have used other plumbers when Gopher wasn’t available or someone talked me into using someone else and I always seem to get burned by bad service, being charged more than the agreed amount, or shoddy work.I recommend this company 💯.

    What a simple, efficient experience resolving a clogged bathroom drain with Gopher Sewer and Drain. Of course this had to happen on a Sunday night, but after an evening call with their 24/7 scheduler, a Monday morning appointment was easily booked. Pricing was clear and discussed in advance over the phone. Jeff, a friendly and knowledgeable plumber, shared arrival updates by text and was at my home on time. Jeff quickly resolved the issue, educated me about how to prevent the problem in the future, and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Really couldnt ask for more, and grateful for an easy resolution from a professional, responsive team.

    Gopher was very responsive to my call--they had a tech out the next morning. He patiently explained the issues we were having with our sewer drain and laid out options, never trying to upsell us. After we determined that we needed a more extensive hydrojet cleanout, Gopher was able to do that the next day. That crew was courteous and efficient. Weve dealt with several drain cleaners over the years, and I can recommend Gopher as the best Ive hired.

    Ive worked with Gopher for several years for drain clearing. Theyre good and reliable but can get a bit expensive. Overall, they are readily available and the job always gets done and the pipe looks nice and clear afterwards, which is particularly important if you are in an urgent situation!

    I had an unexpected backup, thinking it was our main drain as we’ve had issues in the past. I called Gopher Sewer and Drain seeing they were available on the weekends. They were amazingly quick to respond! Turned out it wasn’t the main drain but another draining issue they were able to fix!     Jeff from Gopher showed up a tad early.He was ready to save me from my leaking toilet.After getting the closetcollar gasket replaced there were a couple more gaskets that neèded replacing, the gasket screws attaching the tank. I had him replace some of the tank internals as all of those were 30 yrs old.Got the base resealed, working like a champ.Good job, I was taken aback when I found out that they came from Fridley, when the ad asked for my Zip code which is in Cottage Grove.Great job, I would use them again, the owner called me and asked if I was satisfied, Yes, I said!

    Called them for tree roots in my sewer line causing backups. The people in the office were very friendly with answering quote questions and getting things scheduled. Kevin came out and was very professional and thorough when answering my questions. He used the hydrojet and camera and explained everything he was doing and what he saw through the camera as he was working. Will be looking to schedule them next time I need a job done.

    We love this company and we have become clients for life! We tried to DIY seal our clean out cap last night and unfortunately the disc fell into our pipes. We called Pedro (the owner) right away and he was able to get someone out the following day. Jeff was a pleasure to work and explained everything before he was going to do it. They diagnosed where the blockage was (not the main line where I thought it was). Jeff also found where my main line clean out was - under carpeting and mortared over! I didnt know that was there! We didnt need that this time and they cleared out my plugged line with a hydrojet. Price was very reasonable. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again!

    Ive been using Gopher Sewer and Drain for a few years now. We have a few old growth trees that are always clogging our mainline. I have gopher come out yearly to clean the line. This year mother nature won and I had a backup. Not too big of a deal as my basement is in finished but not how I wanted to start the day. While Ive always had a good experience with the service technician from gopher. The experience with Jeff today was absolutely top notch. He was quick, clean, professional, knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service. While I plan to continue to use Gopher for my preventive maintenance in the future Ill be asking for Jeff by name If I can.

    My husband and I woke up this morning to sewage backing up through our basement toilet, bathtub, laundry sink and floor drain.After looking at reviews for a couple of sewer and drain companies, we decided to go with Gopher. The owner, Pedro, took my call and told us someone would be out within the hour. Sure enough, 30 minutes later, Jeff showed up.We took a look around the basement for the main line and he gave us two options. Tap into the line in our guest bedroom downstairs and potentially risk leakage in that room or dig through the access point in our floor which was buried in sand. We grabbed our shovel and started digging.He told us prices up front for every step of the process, and at no point did he ever try to lead us in one direction over another. He simply laid out the facts and told us our options.For example, Jeff could have cleared out our clogged laundry sink, toilet and bathtub, but each item he had to unclog was an extra cost.So Jeff gave us the option to clear the clogged drains ourselves while he worked on the main line.Though it meant getting our own hands dirty, it saved us money by doing it ourselves, and Jeff walked us through what we needed to do without any issues.Let me be clear, Jeff never expected us to do anything except show him where to work, and he knows that not every client has the time, constitution or physical ability to help out.Again, he simply gave us the options and the costs and we chose to step in.What we thought might be a multiple day issue and thousands of dollars worth of work, Jeff fixed in an hour, with the total process costing us less than $250 (with 10% military discount)Jeff also said he warrantees his work for up to 3 months, so if any issues come up within that time frame, we can call him up and hell come check it out.My husband says that Jeff made the process 1000 times easier and less stressful.10/10 - 5 stars 🌟 we will be calling Gopher for any and all other sewage and drainage issues we may have in the future.

    Gopher Sewer and Drain is fantastic! We had a backed up floor drain the day after Thanksgiving, made urgent by the fact that we had a flight out of town early that afternoon. I called right after 8am when they opened, and when I explained the predicament, they sent someone right away (though Ill also note, the original window offered would have been totally reasonable, if not for our time constraints!!). Jeff was at our house in under an hour, and did a thorough job, kept things very tidy, and gave us tips for preventing the issue from happening again, as well as recommendations for another service to try should it reoccur down the line. The pricing felt completely reasonable for the high level of service provided. I would recommend Gopher Sewer and Drain (and especially Jeff!!) without reservation. They made what could have been a really stressful day feel easy and worry-free.

    Exceptionally pleased with Gophers service and pricing. We had a sewer backup and needed emergency service. The first place we contacted was going to charge $700 to clear the main line to the street (regular fee plus emergency call fee even through during regular hours) and service tech hadnt called back after nearly 2 hours to schedule a time to arrive. We called Gopher and they committed to having someone to our house in 45-60 minutes....and then showed up in 15 minutes! They cleared the mainline which was very root-clogged, ran the main line with a camera to check the condition of the main line (at our request) while we watched and sent us the video recording, cleaned up the mess that was left by the previous company around the clean-out access during our last main line cleaning, and cleaned out our two inside drain lines to the main - all for less than the first place was going to charge to JUST clear main line. Joe even cleaned up the area around the drain that had backed up in our laundry room! He explained everything he was doing and provided some very helpful information and advice. Super friendly! Very professional! Joe went above and beyond!!! They will definitely be getting our future business.

    Awesome experience with Joe at Gopher Sewer and Drain. I had a free sewer line inspection with one of the bigger companies in the Twin Cities and they tried selling me a bill of goods and tried quoting me repairs in the range of $8 - $20k.     I called Gopher to come out and fix a clogged kitchen sink. We thought we had it solved - and suggested we do a main clean out to be safe in the near future - but a few days later it started backing up again. The same technician was back within a few hours and we decided to start with the main drain clean out. Things got a little complicated when the snake got stuck on a nasty ball of roots, and we ended up with 6 guys out to my house to fix the issue to completion. These guys could not be any nicer or more professional. I was truly sad to see them go! They made sure I understood what the options were and what was happening each step of the way. They pulled out what can only be described as an entire shrub out of the main - to the point I am surprised my pipes were even working at all. The basement was a total disaster but they cleaned up after themselves so well, I was so impressed. Extra effort to go beyond others so called sewer experts by using two equipment to solve the clog in the main line. (Might not sound big deal but it was a lot more compare to first guys I hired) 4. Very/completely honest and willing to listen to the customer is one of a kind. 5. Lets not forget their expert knowledge and willingness to go beyond others for customer satisfaction. 6. Coming out 2 hours after phone call as expected on a snowy day from other side of suburbs.If your in need (sewer or drains), they are MUST! Avoid all others and seek Gopher Sewer and Drain. You will not be disappointed. I will recommend them outright. Next time I know who to call. Thank you for prompt response and outstanding service.     Had an issue with a leaky pipe and we werent able to use the shower without all of the water dripping through to our downstairs neighbors ceiling. They came out right away and fixed the issue very quickly. They were friendly and professional, and my dog liked them so much he tried leaving with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    Extremely impressed with Pedro and Gopher Sewer & Drain. He was very responsive even with it being an 11:00 pm Saturday evening call. Pedro showed up exactly when he said, diagnosed and fix our issue, and charged a great price for a weekend call. After working with Pedro and talking to him, I would highly recommend for service or a home sewer inspection.

    These guys are the best! Their Boss (and Im terrible with names) even called just to let us know the deal of what our landlord said despite our landlord never contacting us to let us know whats going on.     I’ve had this company out 3 times since I’ve lived in my house. Regular pipe cleaning, cleaning tree roots out of sewer line and recently repair of our water heater. They are always on time, affordable and have great customer service all around. If you on the fence of who to call or trust I would choose these guys.

    I had a lot of anxiety when my basement drain started to back up a couple days ago. I suspected the issue was tree roots, a problem that cost me a few hundred dollars from a different company a couple years ago. I called Gopher and they were able to get someone out immediately. Eduardo just left. He was friendly, worked hard, and the best part is the cost was significantly lower than I anticipated!I also live next door to Miguel, and he’s a great neighbor. He spent an hours helping me in my driveway in the middle of a snowstorm last year. They are stand up guys and I am happy to support their business!

    Pedro and crew were great to work with on our sewer backup this past Saturday a.m. He even tried to walk me through some troubleshooting to see if we could save the money wed spend on the weekend rate and make it until Monday but our backup was too bad. He explained what he was doing and explained that tree roots are something we are going to have to continue to deal with and will need to do yearly maintenance on. We will have them out next year to have them Hydro Jet clean our lines to make sure all roots are completely gone.

    I had called at 3pm on a Friday fully expecting to have to make an appointment for sometime the following week to get the sewage back up unclogged. They not only came that Friday within a few hours of contacting them, but had stayed after hours to help out. Very friendly, efficient, and gave sound advice for if something wrong happens in the future. Highly recommend!

    I had standing water in my basement while I was out on vacation, and on a Sunday no less. Pedro answered my call and got Jake out to my house within a couple hours. I had family there to let them in. Jake was quickly able to diagnose the issue down to a couple failure points. It ended up being an issue with my lift pump. I had lots of questions for Pedro and probably was a pain to deal with, but he is very patient and willing to work with the customer. I was very thankful to find him as he guided me through a very stressful issue.
