Drain King answered my call right away and was able to help us during a very challenging and stressful time. We were facing many unknowns with a mystery leak in our yard, but they were able to find it relatively quickly and put our minds at ease. Communication was excellent and there was full transparency of expectations. It was after hours on the weekend so we are extremely grateful to have found them, and would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Being a new homeowner can be very stressful and scary especially when something bad happens like your sink backing up! Spent hours trying to fix and finally called drain king. They were out within the hour and had the problem solved even faster! Definitely highly recommend! Very reasonable priced!

Drain King is the best and most affordable! I put their stickers on the pipes myself so anyone who needs to call them in an emergency if Im not around can all them! Thanks Ron and my apologies, there was one other time I used them and another guy came out and was just as good!

I recently had an issue with my main drain backing up into the basement. I called One Hour Rooter who came out and refused to snake the main line and instead tried to push water jetting on me for $1500. At that point I sent them away and talked to a friend who is a former master plumber. He told me they were trying to rip me off and referred me to Drain King.After speaking with Chris who was very knowledgable, Drain King sent Jimmy out the next day to look at the situation. He walked around my house to assess the situation and went above and beyond even though it turned out to be an issue with a sewage pump. We werent sure if it was the responsibility of the city or not but he waited to make sure the city didnt try to push off the blame. It turned out to be my responsibility but thanks to Drain King and Jimmy I now have an understanding of the problem that One Hour Rooter couldnt figure out. In fact they were completely wrong in their assessment of the situation.Do yourself a favor. and skip the rooter companies advertising on price only to tryto upsell you on outrageously expensive and unnecessary solutions. Call a reputable company like Drain King where they wont try to take advantage of you and know what they are doing. Ive never had a better experience with a company Ive hired to address a problem in my home. I couldnt recommend them more.

Their serviceman Ron came out to unplug our two bathroom sinks. It was a very difficult job on our old Orin Thompson rambler from the 60s.Ron was very patient and after many problem areas, he finally broke thru the clogs.Ron was very professional and cleaned up the area very well when he was done.It turned out to be a 2 hour ordeal, and the price was very reasonable.I will highly recommend Drain King in Fridley to all my friends & relatives.

Out of nowhere our main drain line leading from the house to our septic was clogged. My husband tried valiantly to fix it himself only to finally give up and call Drain King. The next morning Austin from Drain King showed up like a rockstar. Told us not to worry that he would get this work done correctly and at the most efficient cost as possible. 45 minutes later... success! It was a three foot ice dam. Drain King was amazing and did NOT drain our pockets. Thank you Austin! Its great to have what one thinks of simple creature comforts...able to flush!

I was in a jamb and needed a camera to find out if I had a broken sewer pipe after a plumber thought he cleared it. Hadnt been able to use water for a week. Despite a massive snowstorm they got out to me to confirm that the pipe was clear and wasnt a broken pipe but tree roots. They even gave me a discount after hearing I had spent $800 on two different companies with the first company trying to say I had roots but need to pay $5,000 to excavate the pipe as it was impossible to cut through. The second company cut through it but thought it was a cracked pipe. Drain King said it wasnt needing replacement, just general regular cleanings. I cant say enough about the receptionist who felt my pain and made it happen and the service tech who had to drive through the storm. Kids and wife happy to have water back!!! Thanks Drain King!
