Cardinal sewer company came after I think it was Hero 99.00Well they never fixed the problem and told me I would have to dig up my whole yard to repair and said it would cost 10 thousand to 13 they also claimed the service I did get was not 99.00 as the deal was no longer valid even though I mentioned it and it would cost me 200 some dollars for pretty much no help.I called Cardinal sewer they came right away and fixed the blockage within minutes and said I dont need the front yard done.They were very professional and I wont use anyone else from now on. Also I call back the other service and a manager came over to see if it was true that Cardinal did fix it. After checking it was clear he said well I guess they did . After demanding he give back my money he finally did

I had a great time talking to their one of their technician Alex on the phone.Unfortunately I wasnt able to use them. I felt like I needed to get my main drain cleaned immediately and of course I reached out to them Friday evening and they didnt have an availability till Monday.Thats on me.Even with him knowing that he stayed on the phone with me and gave me a bunch of solid advice and was just a generally nice guy to talk with.Thank you Alex?

Theyre the best, so theyre busy. We hired a competitor when Cardinal wasnt available. Cardinal had to come out anyway six weeks later, since their competitor failed to clean our sewer line properly (after two attempts), and then, attempted to sell us us a liner.Theyre trustworthy and committed to doing it right!

Cardinal Services was recommended to me by Genes Water & Sewer to clean my main drain. I originally went to a competitor I found online with a discount promo. I ended up giving them almost $300 with no progress in my drain. This competitor told me that they need to dig up my front yard for $4500 to repair. Cardinal came out as soon as I called them and cleaned the drain properly. He cleaned out the roots and said my drain was in great shape (after looking with the camera). I will definitely call Cardinal when the roots grow back. Thanks for your professional integrity!!

Had a emergency sewer back up. Had water coming out of floor drain and up in the shower. Had a friend recommended Cardinal. Gave them a call and were out in less than a hour. Lee and Jackie were very professional. I would highly recommend them for anyone to use.

Fantastic work. Honest company. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work. Lee and Jackie were professional, informative, and incredibly knowledgeable at their craft. This company has my business for life.We had water backup in our basement from a tree root clogged sewer line, I called Bonfe who provided me a $7400 quote to excavate and replace 10 feet of sewer line. We reached out to cardinal for a quote and they let us know that our pipes did not need to be replaced. They were able to auger and clear our sewer line of roots in approximately 2hrs for literally less than 7% of what Bonfe quoted.

I actually chose to go with a different company that could get out to my home sooner to clean out the main line which is backing up into my basement. Even despite that, when I called Alex back to tell him this, he was extremely courteous and wanted to make sure I was getting proper service so he went over several tips for things to look for to make sure the other company is doing the clean-out properly. I would not hesitate to call Alex or Cardinal in the future.

Highly recommend Cardinal. They have cleaned out our main line and figured out the problem (which wasnt easy) - giving us recommendations for maintenance and prevention. Lee & Jackie are ABSOLUTELY the team you want to help you with your plumbing issues. Cardinal Services did a fantastic job clearing the roots blocking my sewer system, causing a backup in my basement. I saw a live video feed of the sewer line, the issue, and the clean drains afterward, and they explained everything during the process. I called them late afternoon for next-day service (in -35 windchill), and they got me in. They were on time, kind & friendly, extremely respectful of my home, kept things clean & cleaned up after, and, most importantly, got the job done correctly. The sewer line probably hadnt been done in 20-25 years or more, and I wont be letting that happen again. With my large trees, I will be getting regular maintenance (per the recommended schedule for my situation, and no, its not an annual thing for me.) Looking for the people you can rely on and trust for your plumbing needs, they are it. Stop looking and call Jackie to schedule your appointment.

Lee and Jackie should be your first call!I had an issue with my main sewer line draining slowly and backing up into the basement floor drain. I called a nationally known company which I shall not name here, and they worked on my issue for FIVE hours, spending a majority of that time with their machine stuck in the pipe. After finally getting their equipment out, the nationally known technician stated that my main had collapsed, and estimated $7,800 to fix the issue. I sought other bids, of course. I would like to thank another water & sewer company for referring me to Cardinal Services; I quote If Lee says your main is collapsed, then Ill believe it.I called and spoke with Jackie, who immediately got me on their schedule for this morning. To my delight, both Jackie and Lee arrived EARLY, were *impeccably* tidy, and cleared my issue in less than an hour. Before the first pass with the cable, Lee showed me the line, and after each pass, showed me how clear it was. Then, he made sure to show me my perfect 70 year-old main drain (without the tree roots in it any longer) when he was done. They even took the time to give me advice on preventatives and maintained all of the other floor drains in my basement while they were there.Cardinal Services, Inc. will now be my FIRST CALL for all of my drain maintenance needs, and they should be your FIRST CALL, too!

Weve had Cardinal clean our main line 3 times in recent years (gotta go after those roots from time to time.) Theyre always prompt, professional, and effective - and the price is right. Theyve never tried to up-sell us, and the last time they were here they cleaned the sludgy kitchen stack, no extra charge. Highly recommended.
