The pipe under my bathroom sink started leaking from a hole that had developed in the pipe. The plumber from 1-800- Plumber + air showed up the very next day - earlier than expected - He was fast, efficient, respectful and did great work! In about an hour and a half we had new piping installed and he even cleaned out the drain. Very impressed! Thank you!

They had very quick response time and were able to see me the same day to assist with our pipe problem. I had called to a few other plumbers in the area and they weren’t able to help until a day or two later. James was very friendly and efficient. He was within the allotted window for arrival and was helpful in identifying the issue and the solution. He offered some other advice on plumbing as well. Would call and recommend again.

The best plumbing service! I highly recommend the Plymouth office. From my phone conversation with customer service to the actual service call, the whole process was so helpful and smooth. I called for a new outdoor faucet, but it turned out I didn’t need a new one. I did have a need to repair a plumbing project from a handyman project a few months earlier. Master plumber Ray and his apprentice offered to fix the backward flowing faucet (hot to hot and cold to cold) since they were already here. Both were professional and covid-careful.

Super responsive, they got someone out here within 2 hours to help fix a clogged drain that was also causing water to leak through our basement ceiling. Casey was very professional and took the time to show me what was going on. We’ve had a few people out here to fix the same clogged drain in the past, but nobody did as thorough a job as he did. Will definitely use these guys again.

I received appointment confirmation via text, received a text letting me know the driver was on the way. Casey was courteous, explained what he was doing, checked with my HSA Warranty to make sure his work was covered and cleaned up before he left, wiping my counters down. Also left me with some product and gave me preventative measures if my drain slows down again.

The cost was much less than other quotes we received. The company provided timely status updates. Five Stars!! We will be calling them for future plumbing needs.

If you’re in Plymouth, I recommend asking for Ray! He’s been in the business for years and clearly knows what he’s doing.

Great experience working with this company. Tyler S was very knowledgeable and great at explaining what needed to be done. They also do not charge a DX fee. We had Hero come out for a second opinion. They charged $99 for DX. Hero had the same repair plan except Hero added a replacement piece under our laundry sink. Tyler said it didnt need to be replaced, just needed a seal and to be tightened. We decided to go with 1-800-Plumbing and Air because of Tylers expertise and glad we did as he also saved us between $1500-$2000. I specifically asked for Tyler to do the work. He came right away, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself. We also had to cut into the wall behind our washer and dryer which we thought wed have to re-sheetrock, but he was able to keep the hole small so you cant even see it. I will definitely be calling them for our future plumbing and air needs.

Great experience. Super fast response, I reached out late afternoon and they were here at 8:30 the next morning. Work wrapped up around noon.Pricing in line with what Ive seen from other shops, service significantly better.James was super helpful, answered a thousand questions. Even suggested I DIY one of the issues I had him out for rather than pay them for something I could do myself. Walked me through exactly what to do and how, saving me over $1k. He replaced an outdoor spigot and shutoff valve in my basement and also capped off an old gas line for me. Efficient and solid work. 10/10 would recommend.

Initially we are doing full remodel of our Kitchen. They came in to move and plumb our sink and dishwasher lines as well as set lines for a bathroom install in our basement. Then we had a leak from our upstairs bath/shower. Which was found to be sloppy and poor plumbing from when the house was initially built. Seals not secure, lines just fall apart. We just purchased this home last year and are shocked that anything past inspection. My plumbers from 1_800 plumbing went above and beyond to fix the mess I had. Reasonably priced, friendly, and cleaned there mess before leaving. They also walked me through everything they did and tested all their work before leaving.
