    Had a little incident with my shower tub faucet earlier today that led to me having to turn off the water to my whole house since it was spewing out of a snapped off shower cartridge with no way to stop it. Ended up coming across these two gentlemen and I sure am happy I did! Their shop is also only a few minutes away from my house ironically. They were super knowledgeable and completely honest with me on what needed to be done. You should have no worries or doubts dealing with these guys as they put in very quality time and effort in making sure everything was back to normal for me. I was not disappointed and on top of that I was charged an extremely reasonable price. It was an unfortunate time for something like this to happen, but I sure am glad these guys were around to make it right. I highly recommend these two to anyone who may be needing plumbing work done. I couldnt thank them enough for their awesome work. Super chill and laid back guys and we were chatting it up a little bit in the process. They come from great work backgrounds and know exactly what they are doing. Urus Sewer and Drain deserves nothing less than 5 STARS!

    A+ service! I booked through thumbtack and was called back within 5 minutes. Scheduled that same week due to my work schedule. Technicians J & J were prompt, kind and courteous. They did an amazing job redoing the pipe in the shower that was leaking and cleaned up after themselves. Not that I ever want to have more plumbing issues, but if I ever do, I will absolute use Urus plumbing again!

    On a rainy Friday night we noticed that our sump pump was not working (and raw sewage water was backing up into our basement). Harrison was over in 26 minutes and diagnosed the problem / came back Saturday morning to correct the issue. When life throws curve balls (in this case our children sneaking Capri Suns and flushing them down the toilet) there is no price tag to put on timely service. Highly recommend!! - David T.

    I called Urus late in the evening when I had a plumbing emergency in my upstairs bathroom. Joshua arrived and was quickly able to diagnose the issue (a pipe burst) and assess what needed to be done to resolve it immediately. He was friendly, direct, empathetic, skilled and extremely knowledgeable. Because I was a first-time customer, Joshua provided a discount and even arranged to allow me to complete my payment in two installments, which I greatly appreciated! I would also like to add that the owner (Harrison) and dispatcher (Marshall) were also very courteous, eager to assist and communicated very well. I highly recommend Urus for your plumbing needs and I would certainly be happy to use their services again. You simply couldn’t ask for a better crew!

    I had an appointment set up with another company, but they were way behind schedule and referred me to Urus Sewer and Drains. Josh and Joe showed right away, assessed the work I needed (I had a list of things such as faucet swaps in the bathroom sink and the shower, replace the fill valve on two toilets, and install a bidet seat). They quoted the job with no hidden surprises and completed the job in a timely manner. They also replaced the P-trap on the sink that was poorly installed from the previous owner. They treated it like it was their own house, even cleaning up afterwards. They also pointed out a few things that will need attention in the future, so I will definitely be giving them a call when it’s time for that. I would recommend them to others, and as mentioned will have them out again for future projects.

    It was easy to schedule them to come out. Will W. was respectful and I like how he came with boot covers (to not track in any mud/dirt.) I explained the issue I was having with my bathroom sink then left him to do his thing. He took a few minutes then told me what he would do and how much it would cost per hour to take care of it. The whole thing took less than an hour to complete and my issue was resolved! I recommend Urus Sewer and Drain and would hire again if needed!

    This job became an entire thing!!! URUS handled it very nicely. The owner even had to come on property. We had back up from what we thought was in our house. Come to find out it was from the city. The city came out and said it wasnt theirs. 1 week later and it still was a mess. Harrison came himself and was here 4 hours with the city workers.     MAJOR Appreciation post for Urus Sewer & Drain! Harrison, the owner, turned out to be our neighbor and was knocking on our door within 10 minutes of me publishing a post on Facebook at 8:00pm begging for help.I was trying to upgrade 2 water line valves which ended up as 2 steady leaks, risking water damage to my vanity & couldn’t turn off the water due to freezing temperatures. Harrison got us squared away very quickly, was clean and quiet while working & dealt with our dog managing the project. He even gave us tips on what we were doing wrong and gave us directions on how to complete the project ourselves next time!PLEASE consider using Urus Sewer & Drain for your clogged drain or sewer maintenance needs… I work in homes for a living and these are the kinds of people I’d invite into my home 1000x over.
