Dan’s team quickly scheduled me for service to jet my septic lines. Communication was fantastic and responses were quick for scheduling. Then Dan’s team came onsite completed the work efficiently. They cleaned everything up that you couldn’t tell they were there. Very polite and took the time to explain what they were doing and what was going on with my system.

Dan and his crew are honest, knowledgeable, friendly, hard working and fairly priced. We used Dans Drain Service to unclog a downspout using a jet flow machine (husband was unsuccessful with a 50 snake). Dan then traced the downspout to its outlet (which we had no idea where that was), learned it was smashed and proceeded to fix the problem with a trench and trimming back the corrugated pipe. He also used a camera to identify our septic lines from the house to septic prior to landscaping at no additional charge (since he had the camera for the clogged downspout). Because we were so delighted with his first visit we asked Dan to return to extend our septic line @ 130. Again, excellent service!

After a terrible experience with another company, I called them based on a recommendation and Dan was able to fix our problem quickly and for a very reasonable price. We removed our toilet ourselves so we still need to put that back together and test it but they assured me the clog was clear and if I had issues to give them a call back. Dan’s Drain service provides prompt, quality service, at a fair price. There are no high pressure-predatory-sales tactics. During a previous heavy downpour, storm water had entered the lower level of our split level. We reached out to Dan for advice. He and Megan inspected, with a camera, the pipes that were supposed to be diverting water away from the house. It was found that some of the pipes were broken. Dan clearly explained and showed my husband, what was going on underground. There was no pressure to immediately complete the work, an explanation of the situation was provided, and we were afforded the opportunity to think about how we wanted to proceed. Thankfully we contacted Dan’s around 8/16, and set up 8/21 as the date for them to come out.On Monday 8/21/2023 Dan’s installed a French drain for us, and replaced the damaged pipes. The lower level of our split level house stayed perfectly dry, in spite of the very heavy rains on 8/23-8/24.Dan, Betsy, Megan, and Daniel are an incredible crew. Trustworthy, kind, hard working, dependable, and reliable.

We had multiple gas leaks in our home that were very hard to detect where the leak was coming from. We had multiple companies come and search to no avail. We called Dan’s Drain Services that were recommended to us and they got us in same day. They were kind and very knowledgeable. We had our gas shut off for a few days and with their help they found and repaired all the leaks and our gas was restored. We had an amazing experience with Dans Drain Service. Our sink was completely clogged from a stack line right angle disintegrated pipe that had allowed mud to seep in. They quoted us an extremely reasonable value and well below the first quote we received from another plumber. They responded within a few days, were only onsite for an hour, including arrival, tool move in, Jack hammering the floor, replacing the pipe, concrete and gravel pour, closeout and invoice. Very professional service, pleasant interaction and timely repair. Definitely Dans is staying on our speed dial should we need another repair elsewhere.

Great service! My finished basement flooded with sewage 😖 I called on a Friday near closing and with only one plumber scheduled Betsy was able to contact him within minutes and they squeezed me into the schedule the next morning. Betsy was up front with pricing, which were flat rates, and pricing was extremely reasonable! Dan and his assistant came Saturday morning and had the drain clog cleared in less than an hour. They were very professional given the mess they had to get through. Will definitely use again if needed and would absolutely recommend!

Cant recommend Dan highly enough. He got to our house almost immediately after calling to look at a clogged bathroom sink. After realizing the 1930s cast iron pipe was completely rust shut, we talked through all options before deciding on the cheapest but best solution. He was out there the next day cutting, snaking, and digging to get things completely fixed. Seeing that our house is an Airbnb we need fast turnaround before the next guest arrives, and Dan delivered. Very friendly, and very reasonably priced too. I can now sleep at night!

No used car salesman here, he politely left without expectation or charges! The service was reasonably priced & he left no mess to boot.Both he & Betsy were patient with my questions on the phone & in person.
