There is nothing worse than finding water in the hot water tank pan (well maybe finding water on the floor would be worse) because its a sign that the tank is failing. When it happens, who can you call? I called a number of plumbers who wanted an arm & a leg to replace my hot water tank, and they were scheduled a week out. I put in a request to Home Depot who connected me with APPC Plumbing Services, and I am lucky I did it! I went through Home Depot Wednesday evening, Thursday morning someone from APPC called me with options, and Friday the unit was replaced. The people on the phone were patient and explained things very easily. The individual who came to my home, Joe, what can I say besides all star? Absolutely knew what he was doing from A to Z. You can always tell a good employee by the way they speak of their company, and he only had good things to say. He was conscientious, clean, and checked all the boxes. Truly left things better than he found them. They even haul away the old tank and leave no evidence they were there, except for a functional hot water tank. 10/10 would use this company all day. I ended up getting a Rheem 50gal 12y high efficiency tank for less than other companies would have charged me for some 6y builder grade tank. Thanks Joe, and thanks APPC!!!

A few weeks ago I had went through APPC to replace my hot water tank. This company is awesome and so easy to work with!! Lori was amazing help on the phone to get me started. She was very knowledgeable, up front and honest! I was quickly scheduled, Michael the technician was awesome to work with. Again, very knowledgeable and it explained everything to me. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. What I also loved about this company is they didn’t try to upsale me or try to talk me into upgrades that I didn’t need or want. (Other companies will do that!). Overall I was very impressed, this company won me over and I will be using them for any future needs! Thank you!

We needed a new water heater; we had a pretty bad leak. The tank itself came from Lowes and this was the first time Ive had a task I couldnt do myself. Lowes set us up with APPC. First time Ive ever had a contractor come to the house. I thought we were going to get taken on a ride...a long, expensive, painful ride.Luck was on our side and we got next day installation under perfect circumstances. Brandon the installer was super nice and an awesome guy to talk to. He finished, took the old tank away, and everything is nice and cleaned up. I would recommend these guys again for sure! I have had APPC out twice now, recently to replace our water heater. I completely trust this company to do the job correctly and thoroughly! They discovered that our expansion tank was never pressurized(another plumber we thought was good) and was putting stress on the pipe. This could have flooded our basement. I am so thankful to have an excellent plumbing company that I can trust for all our needs! Thank you APPC!

We used APPC through a Home Depot referral. After obtaining several estimates, we got by far the best value here. The woman who set up our appointment was very nice and responsive. The process to get everything in order was very smooth and easy. The plumber who came to install the new water heater, Kevin, was very polite and informative. I know sometimes with home repairs, you can end up trading off customer service for skill, but Kevin had a great deal of both traits. I will 100% be using APPC for any future plumbing problems we run into.

I recently relied on APPC to install a new hot water heater, and the technician Joe W. was wonderful. I spoke to several contractors who gave insane price estimates for the job, but APPC delivered professional service with amazing turnaround time for the right price. Joe coordinated around my work schedule, answered all of my questions, and completed the job in less than 2 hours. I only regret that I didnt contact APPC first. Thanks guys!

Excellent service and very helpful and qualified employees. I had a water softener installed that I bought from Lowe’s. I live in Mantua and was surprised to find out when he called me from you company in Medina and said he would be at my place between 10:00 and 12:00. Joe arrived between 10:30 and 11:00 on time. I am very pleased with not only the quick service, but also his professionalism and knowledge with what he was doing. Will definitely use APPC again if needed in the future.

I contacted Home Depot online to purchase a new hot water tank including installation, and APPC Plumbing was the company assigned to do the job. They were very professional and efficient. They returned phone calls and answered or addressed any questions or concerns rather quickly. What a smooth and pleasureable experience. Water heater installation was tricky because my tank is upstairs in the attic space. The old tank proved challenging to get down those pull-down attic stairs, it was wedged and a little too large to fit through the stair opening. They handled it all with ease and grace, completed the job without any major mess or problems and cleaned up any debris. The details of the job and any details about the tank were explained. I rarely do any kind of reviews, but this company made a positive impression on me. Thank you APPC.

We called APPC because we have used them several times before, and were very pleased with their service. They were not able get to us until the following week, due to a full schedule. Their technician, Eric, called the next day to say he would be able to come that day. He came and fixed our leak quickly and at a very fair price. We were very pleased they made such an effort to help us.

What I loved most about this company is when they came out and inspected my old water tank, they didn’t quickly say I needed to replace it, they gave me several options.We ended up going with a full replacement, mainly because we were putting our home up for sale soon.They came in with the new tank and were in and out within a few hours. Pricing was competitive and fair. I highly recommend this business.

Everything about my experience with this company was positive. From the initial phone call, everyone was professional and helpful. They gave me an estimate right away and once I decided to go with them they were out the next day! Dave and Jeremy came out and did a great job! They were on time, professional and did a great job leaving the work area clean. In these times of terrible customer service this company gives me hope that there is still people who take pride in their work. I will be using them in the future for sure!

Our main water line to the house started leaking. Fortunately we were home and noticed it almost immediately. The leak was before the shut off valve and we had no way to stop the water. I called the water department and was told they could not come immediately. We had work done by APPC plumbing in the past and I called them this time. They were at our house within 20 minutes after the call! Turned off our water and began to repair the pipe. The water department did show up after the repairs were under way. By responding so quickly the damage to our hardwood floors and carpet could have been a lot worse. I am forever grateful to APPC plumbing tor their timeliness, expert knowledge and for being courteous during this stressful time for us.

3/10/22 &3/11/22 - Greg & Zach from APPC dug a trench in the back yard to reroute the basement sump pump to the street drain. They also repaired 2 drain pipe leaks and tied in the front corner drain spout to the street drain. Then they dug a 10 foot deep hole in the front yard to install a back flow valve. They did excellent work on both projects and were done with everything in two days. They did an amazing amount of work for two guys. Both Greg and Zack were friendly and professional. I’d definitely recommend them and APPC to anyone with plumbing projects. Hats off to APPC Plumbing Services.

So the two-man crew who replaced my hot water tank was awesome! The tank was under warranty, but I also wanted to upgrade to a larger size. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING. Mike even handled making the phone calls to Rheem and he went through Rheems crazy automated response phone menu for me - above and beyond the call of duty. The install crew was very polite, clean - dont get me wrong, they were messy, but if youre going to make an omelette you gotta crack a few eggs. But in the end, they cleaned everything up. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Recently the heater had several problems and they did everything they could to fix the issues including contacting the manufacturer on my behalf for parts. In the end a new appliance was needed and they handled the removal and install of the unit. Friendly staff and dedicated to customer service.

This company is trustworthy and fair! I called for a second estimate because Roto Rooter jetted a clogged outdoor pipe and told me Id have to fix a problem that they had found while unclogging it. APPC Plumbing checked it out and found there was no problem at all with the pipe! I asked how much they would charge if they did have to fix the pipe and it was a third of what Roto Rooter charged! They saved me a lot of money for an unneeded repair. Thank you Greg!

The guys were here today 8-8-24 not sure how to enter 2nd review on same account so one below is from previous visit...APPC is fantastic, professional and went above and beyond to take care of a clogged pipe for me that ended up a time consuming mystery because there was no obvious source of clog but, they stayed with it and after much work and a lot of prayers it opened up and cleared. God is good and so are these fantastic gentlemen. Thank you soooo much!!Let me just say my husband and I are thrilled to write this review with regards to APPC and all of their staff from the ladies in the office to Zack our installer/plumber. So friendly, helpful and very professional. We had a new hot water tank installed today and Zack did such a clean, professional and detailed job it looks so perfect. (All by himself I should say as his partner was delayed at another job). Appt was made and everything was done immediately and as promised on quote no surprises. We would highly recommend them as a company and we hope they truly value Zack.

Called 4 local plumbing companys for estimate and if available for service.they were the only company that called me back!!!! They gave estimate over the phone for work requested.I scheduled work to be done they called day before to confirm time.i had asked for a specific time to arrive!!! They called 15 minutes before arriving and came right on time!! They were very professional and safe.repaired per estimate.it was a great job they did.i will.use them for any concerns in the future!! Recently we bought a new house that had a bad water heater. We were gifted a new water heater by generous relatives that bought it at home depot. It came with installation so APPC showed up. The kid they sent (Joe Whitlocke) was fantastic! He was on time, friendly, and had no problem answering all my stupid questions. He even showed me a trick to get my side door to stay open. We just had our city inspection for the installation and passed with flying colors. The guy said it was perfect (and in a super tight space too). I highly recommend APPC and ask for Joe for your plumbing needs.
