I called 911 Plumbing about a leak with our bathroom hot water faucet. We had replaced several o-rings and nothing seemed to be working. I went for a few days with the water completely shut off to stop the leak (my house is old and does not have a hot water shutoff, only a shutoff for the entire house). We were scheduled with Jeff W. who was wonderful. He was cordial and on time, professional and a good listener. He was able to fix the issue after some troubleshooting. In the future, the bathroom will need to be re-done completely. It will be a big job and a complicated one (1949s house with access to the shower through a kitchen cabinet). 😓🤗 I told Jeff I would request them for the job when the time came. Thanks Jeff for making one part of my day a bit better!

I usually request Nick for my plumbing needs as I find him to be prompt, professional, courteous respectful of property easy to communicate with, and services up to par. He gives recommendations for adjustments necessary for me to avoid future problems. Such as my water temperature was too high and he educated me on what future damages that could cause.

We saw the Plumbing 911 magnet on our phone book and decided to give them a call to check out downspout from house to street. Adam was our plumber and he was very prompt and courteous. He used the camera and saw some blockage in 2 spots. Adam gave us an estimate to fix the problem. He did a great job with explaining what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Plumbing 911 and Adam!!

I had an issue with the main sewer line backing up into my basement. Dennis got there and within 5 minutes diagnosed the problem with 100% accuracy, including predicting that it was roots and was going to be several spots, based on the questions he asked me. He recommended hyrdo jetting, which would guarantee the roots are cut back in an 6” pipe with only a 3” access, also the hyrdo jet would clear all the build up from the inside the pipes. I would recommend Plumbing911, the entire crew was very pleasant and professional to work with.

Best plumbing service Ive used in a long time. Called after 4 pm with an issue and I had an appointment the next morning. Also liked the fact that they called me 30 minutes before arriving so I didnt have to sit at home waiting for them to arrive sometime between 8 and noon like other places make you do.Shane was my technician and he was polite and explained things in a easy to understand way. He seemed very knowledgeable which you would hope a plumber would be. He gave me suggestions to keep my pipes clear of future tree roots. I would definitely use Plumbing 911 again.

I called and got an appointment quickly. The woman on the phone was so emphatic that she actually called me from her home phone when a cancellation opened up with an earlier appointment. Nick did a fantastic job. He was so thorough. I thought that the disposal was broke. He looked at it, took it apart and found a huge grease clog. Once that was cleared he discovered a pipe that was not installed correctly and repaired it. Thank you - works like a dream.

They have serviced our hot water tank system and recently they replaced our hot water tank. Dennis the plumber as well as the scheduling people were very cordial and they did all they could in a short period of time to replace the heater.The price was very compatible to the market installation. I have used Plumbing 911 three times so far and each service call and experience with this company has been excellent. In the last 3-4 years I have had my hot water tank replaced, recently my garbage disposal replaced and third issue addressed that turned out to be a circuit breaker-GIF outlet problem causing water back up in my basement that the service technician did not even charge me for since there was nothing for him to do and also answered additional questions that I had about my sump pump for me. Shane was the technician on two of these service calls and I highly recommend his work on my repairs and appliance replacements.

After being misinformed on the installation date by a large corporation who was supposed to do the installation we were put in a rush to get our leaking toilet replaced. I called this morning to see how far out they were doing jobs. I was told I could get them out here TODAY between 12 and 2pm. Impossible… I was told by the other place I would have to wait until June 30th even though they use big contractors. Desperate to get our issue resolved I agreed to give Plumbing 911 a chance. Approximately 12:30 they had one of their crew on the phone with me and by 3pm it was installed! Very professional and will be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs!

We have had several plumbing situations within the last year with our new condo. First was a leaky toilet that needed fixed ASAP. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed by their friendly,knowledgeable plumber. In May, our basement flooded, and it ruined our hot water tank as well. On a Saturday evening, my daughter accidentally broke the shower handle off. When she broke the handle, she also broke the stem off in the shower system. After watching videos on YouTube and researching how to get a broken stem out of the system, I decided to leave it to the experts.I researched online to see who had the best reviews. Although Plumber 911 didnt have the best scores, I noticed one thing. Someone from Plumber 911 responded to all reviews on Google. To me this was different than most other businesses. This showed me they cared.I called and setup an appointment with Karen. Karen is absolutely wonderful! To be 100% transparent, there was a slight mix up with the appointment; however, Karen did everything she could to make it right. Her customer service was exactly what I saw in the Google reviews and frankly made me feel like Ive made the right decision.Rob was the plumber that was assigned to my job. Again, nothing but professional. Rob showed up, was able to get the stem out of the system and put in a new handle. Rob made sure everything was working properly before he left and cleaned up before the job was done.When it was time to pay the bill, Rob gave me a coupon that was on Plumber 911s site that I didnt even remember seeing. I went on my phone and sure enough it was there. To me this shows that the company is not out to take my money and treats their customers fair.I think the price they charged was completely fair and I dont feel like work was done that didnt need to be done. This is the first time I have needed an plumber since we moved into our home. No offense, I hope I dont need a plumber in the near future; however, if I do... I am giving Plumber 911 the business again (and asking for Rob).

I cant say enough about the professionalism and kindness I was shown during the visit to repair the water line to the commode. As a single person with serious health issues, they made sure that I was shown every possible courtesy. The pipe coming out of the floor was broken and it was necessary to cut the tile and recement the floor. Keith didnt think twice about making extra trips for needed parts and even fixed issues he found while making the initial repair! Wow! Talk about going the extra mile! About 2 hrs later we received a call wondering if the service person could come earlier & we said yes.Adam called prior to arriving telling us when he would arrive. After arriving Adam quickly determined our problem and where the sewer line was plugged.
