I had called around for a plumber to fix the leak in my sink and tub. The prices quoted were very high. I also ran into a plumber not showing up. When I called Oceanus I was happy they could fix my leaks the next day. I was very satisfied with the work completed. The plumber was very timely and met all my expectations. I will use this company again

I had an emergency situation where my water tank failed me. Jim not only stopped out after hours, he explained everything to me that needed done. He promptly came back the next day and completed the replacement of the tank. Extremely professional, personable and honest. I appreciate the work as well as the information he provided!

Called to have service done on a very slow tub drain. Jim was very genuine, professional, and knowledgeable. This is an old house and took a lot of work but everything was done perfectly! He was very honest and very transparent in the process. Over the last 3yrs I’ve had overwhelming amount of repairmen for various task in my home. As a woman when something goes wrong, my anxiety goes to 10 trying to figure out who I can call that won’t try to take advantage of the situation and actually get the job done correctly. I can honestly say this was the most comfortable and at ease I’ve ever felt with someone in my home. He was very kind and so open about everything. I actually enjoyed the time he was here. I will absolutely be hiring this company in the future for various things still in need of repair or replacing. And I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.

Jim did stellar work helping me get the garbage disposal in order which in turn got my dishwasher operating properly. He was both professional and amiable with an explanation of the problem and how he was going to fix it. I will use Oceanus again.

Iv had Jim out on a few plumbing related jobs. Jim is the absolute BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Trust me when I tell you. Jim is the most talented plumber iv ever seen. You won’t be disappointed! This guy can handle any type of job. Customer service is 2nd to none! Highly recommend

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!I called Oceanus out for a water line leak under my bathroom faucet. They installed new hot and cold-water lines, new quarter-inch turn shut off valves and installed a new faucet for me.Mike was extremely professional, did an excellent job, answered all ten thousand of my questions without batting an eye, cleaned up after himself, and showed me his work when he was finished.I cant say enough great things about this company. I will definitely be using them again in the future for all my plumbing projects and/or needs. 10 stars!

I can’t say enough nice things about Mike and Jim at Oceanus Plumbing. They installed two new vanities with new plumbing and two complete shower/tub plumbing tear out’s and new plumbing installed. What an amazing, clean job they did. They go above and beyond what I have experienced in the past. They communicate extremely well and show up when they say they will. They are courteous, punctual, affordable and do really clean work. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I found Oceanus Plumbing and Drain off of Thumbtack last night 11/4/24. I sent a message at around 11pm due to a leak underneath my sink. Jim contacted me in less than 10 minutes and came to my house by 10am. He quoted me the price, left for a little bit to get supplies and was completely done with everything by 1pm 11/5/24. The service he performed wasn’t an easy task but he did it effortlessly. To make everything even sweeter- he gave me an unexpected discount and did a wonderful explaining future projects! He was truly an awesome guy and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
