A crisis is never a good time to call anybody. Right? Well, I was blessed to find the right person, Ken Lange and Chris, to help us with a major drain/plumbing issue. Nothing was draining from the main system. It was a mystery but Ken came immediately. He tried to save us time and money and the mess of cutting into our walls.Step one: He augered the system. Nope! It was with the help of the camera down the entire drain system the culprit was found. A ceramic tile from 1968 was blocking everything all the way out to the cesspool.Because of his professionalism, Ken suctioned and move the blockage to an accessible point and Chris removed it from the pipes under the house. Boy, it was hard work and diligence but we are SO GRATEFUL. My husband and I cant say enough good things about these 2 guys except Thank YOU!

Had another great experience with this company. I called 6:30pm on a weekday when I discovered Septic backing up. I received a call back within 19 minutes and they arrived less than an hour later. Kenny was great pumped and treated and I was back in business within 45minitues. So thankful for them (Dawn is so nice and helpful too!) I would definitely recommend them. In fact I set up a standing order for chemicals every 6 months....a trusted company

Been in our house for about 3 years and never had any issues. On the 4th of July this year we had a cesspool issue come up. Not really knowing what to do or who to call, I called Lange Family Cesspool. My wife and I were glad we did. Kenny and Tyler came over and pumped us out and also cleared a blockage in our outside piping that we had no idea existed. Kenny explained every step of the procedure and got us up and running in no time. I highly recommend using the Lange Family Cesspool service.

I started using Ken and company over a year ago. They were the only company, I found, that could actually reach and drain the cesspool in my backyard, over 120ft from the street. He also came the same day I had a flood in my basement because my house waste line had collapsed, so old it disintegrated. He came back the next day with the proper tools, dug up the pipe and replaced it with a new one. Ken also fixed the top wall of my cesspool so the cover would properly fit. He has been very clear about what needs to be done and comes when he says he will. Strangely rare these days. Great service from very friendly people.

Great work, fast and efficient, very friendly replaced part of our main pipe, and serviced our cesspool, as well as clearing up a problem with our kitchen sink, very happy with the service, everything was fairly priced.

Consider this a public service announcement. I’m in Florida this week for work. As soon as my plane lands I get a call that my house was flooded, apparently the septic tank was full. So I call Lange Cesspool to come as an emergency while I’m out of state. Not only did Kenny come asap, but he spent over 8 hours at my house while I wasn’t there to locate, dig up and empty the tank. Did he rip me off like any other company would have done? Did he tell me my tank was cracked and I needed to spend thousands of dollars? Did he destroy my lawn and leave a disaster for me to find when I come home?? No- he went out of his way to help me out, didn’t lie about what was going on, made my lawn appear as if nothing was dug up and charged me a VERY reasonable amount. If you need cesspool or septic work, don’t call anyone else but Kenny. His honesty, quality work and kindness can’t be beat!!
