I had a Sunday afternoon backup of sewage in my basement floor drain. I called and spoke to Keith Jr., who made it by the same day within a couple hours. He talked me through the process and accurately quoted me the cost over the phone. A couple hours later, my sewage line was flowing again. He provided me with some long term solutions and estimates regarding the coming months/years so that I could begin planning for similar issues in the future. He was kind, patient, informative, and diligent considering I needed his services on a Sunday evening. Based on my research, his pricing was very competitive considering the time of the week.Thank you Keith Jr.!

This was my first time using KBI and they did not disappoint at all. Arrived ahead of time, professional, courteous, and super friendly. What I can appreciate the most is they took the time, found the problem, explained the solution and got it fixed. Honest and upfront 100%. I will be using you for future plumbing issues. I had a really bad sewer clog (2) and I called KBI and they came out the next day. The two young men were great! They went straight to work to troubleshoot the problem and resolved it within the hour. When they left it was like they were never here; cleaned up everything. The cost was very reasonable. They were very helpful in explaining what they were doing and what they found. Very nice and polite. I received a business card and will use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

I cant tell you enough good things about this family owned business, My plumbing was damaged from a huge water main break and they worked tirelessly helping fix the issues. They were super helpful, and were there the next day for an emergency. I TRULY DONT KNOW WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT THEM.

They came out to diagnose my sewer problem and did a camera inspection. I called them for a second opinion after another company overcharged me for rodding and gave me a heartstopping repair estimate. They made time in their day to come out that morning.They diagnosed quickly and fairly, took the time to show and explain everything, and gave me an estimate that was a fourth of what the other company gave. I have found a new trustworthy plumbing company.

They came within the hour I had called them, the 2 guys who came to rod my lines were very nice, polite & knew what they were doing. We had a good blockage due to roots & they were able to clear it out in less than an hour. With what I had done, it is guaranteed for 2 yrs & if it were to clog in that time they will come & rod it for free. Was a decent price too. I think this will be our new plumbing company. I recently moved into a beautifully remodeled older home only to find out there were major plumbing issues. Toilets started gurgling and sewage started backing up into the tub making the beautiful home a nightmare. Keith with KBI Plumbing came out the same day, clearly explained what needed to be done and gave a very reasonable proposal. He and his crew completed the work amazingly fast and the plumbing has been working great. I highly recommend them they did a great job and saved the day

Keith Jr. was wonderful. I went i thinking I was going to need to spend thousands of dollars and he advised that we start with the simple fix of rodding the lines. He and his partner were efficient and thoughtful in their care and clean up. He also took the extra time to rod each of the bathroom lines and then gave me estimates for 3 other flood control systems we could choose from if we want to move ahead. I have been having on going problems with my main sewer line and have used other well know companies to help solve the problem. The service that was provided to thoroughly fix the problem and explain what is happening was exceptional. The gentlemen who came out answered all of my questions and ran the tool through several times to ensure a good job. 100 times more thorough then the other companies. They were also half the price. Use these guys for any issues! I am going to use them for all their services. Cant beat honesty, high technical skill/knowledge at a fair price! Use these guys and don’t use any other!

These guys are simply amazing and we are super happy with the job they did clearing out our main sewer line!!! Its rare to find a company this honest, reasonably priced, professional, and that go above and beyond. Heres the backstory: our toilet gurgled whenever we ran the shower and we saw dirty water flowing out of our shower floor - yuk!! We called a major company R**o-R****r (fill in the blanks) and the guy that came started rodding through the cleanout pipe as the problem was with our main sewer line. The RR guy thought he cleared out the line going out to the city sewer, but instead he cleared out the pipe from our house and made all the yukky sludge come out and spill onto our backyard! He then said that we needed a video camera service and hydrojetting that of course will cost a lot more money and hell have to call another guy in because he didnt have that equipment! He even suggested that we may have a collapsed pipe that will cost thousands of dollars to fix. Luckily we didnt believe any of that and went on Google and found KBI. Called KBI on a Sunday, Keith Sr. answered the phone right away and gave us an extremely reasonable price to rod it out again and an even more reasonable price for hydrojetting if we needed it. Keith Jr. came Monday morning, very professional and polite, and started rodding the line again with his industrial sized equipment. Note that the RR guy had equipment that looks like you can rent from Home Depot! Anyways, Keith Jr. pulled out a big root that was blocking the line and everything started flowing again. KBI even helped clean the mess that RR left behind and we saw them wash their hands and sanitized afterwards (the RR guy did not!!). Just quality work overall. KBI also included the camera check with their rodding service and after all that, their price was still cheaper than what RR was quoting us for the camera service ALONE! Were just sorry we didnt find KBI first so we didnt have to deal with all that mess! And I almost didnt call them since I wasnt sure if they service the Glenview/Northshore area so KBI - please update your website to reflect the areas you service - I thought you guys were too far away at first. We will be using KBI from now on and will recommend them to everyone we know!

Had a prior service and $6K qoute from another company and called this company (K.B.I) for confirmation of the sewer problem (standing water in sewer pipe heading out of the building caused by a collapsed pipe). KBI had better camera technology and they were able to see the roots in the pipe. They were able to clear the roots where the previous company had failed. Cost me hundreds of dollars versus thousands to dig and replace the sewer pipe outside the building. Keith Jr and team did a great job. It has been 6+ weeks with no issues.

Originally we called yesterday but wanted to make sure we called the right place so we hung up to verify online (it was the right place btw). They called us right back which is awesome. We had two clogged toilets (our usual tricks plunger, hot water/dish soap combo, and snake did not work) because our curious 3 year old likes to flush things that dont belong there. They showed up 15 minutes early which is awesome as well. KBI fixed the two clogged toilets and were very reasonably priced. Very satisfied family of 5 over here. Give them a call you wont regret it!

I highly recommend K.B.I. Plumbing & Drain! The floor drain in my basement backed up which left water and black sludge in my laundry area. After getting two other estimates to fix this issue I called K.B.I. and was given an estimate of over $200.00 less than what was given by the others. They arrived at my home and proceeded to unblock the drain. Then they cut the roots (from the next door neighbors huge tree) from the pipe leading from my house to the street. The roots pulled out were massive, twisted, and nasty looking. They must have been 3 feet long! When they were finished, a camera was put down the pipe and I was shown the clear pipe! They throughly cleaned everything when they were finished. They also work Saturdays which was great, as one estimate included an extra $100.00 because it was after 4 p.m. on a Friday. If you have plumbing issues and need work done, give them a call.

Best sewer and rodder since weve owned this home for the past 18 years! Our home is nearing 100 years old with clay pipe laterals. Every 1-2 years during spring when the tree roots start growing we have to have the lateral rodded - 75 feet out from the house. Today I called Keith @ 9:30 AM. His crew was here around 11:00 AM. Best, most professional and cleanest team of sewer rodders in the 18 years weve been here. And the price was right too. Once they were gone, the only sign that they were here is that my toilets are flushing properly again! Thanks Keith!

Repaired damage done by Mr. Rooter. Their plumbers threw rubber gloves into the mix, caused more clog and back up for work we had already paid $9000. Rooter didnt completer the job and cost me another $600 to fix the damage. I will have to have Keith Bradley dig another 5 to 6 feet at the septic to replace 2-3 feet of comprimised cast iron with new PVC, which for $9000, should have been fixed by Rooter in that $9000.Keith Bradly was honest, prompt, reasonable priced, and I would not hesitate to use him and and recommend him.

KBI took good care of my ejector pump issues. First replaced the switch in Dec 2022 for a fair price. Pump failed in February and they credited the switch repairs on the price of the pump replacement. Got a very fair price and fast service during an emergency situation. Access wasnt easy but he showed me using a camera exactly what was going on and offered alternatives. Keith took care of working with the village and identifying all the lines.
