When I called Accurate Plumbing as a new customer with a leaking water heater, Brian the owner, was at my house in less than 20 minutes for an estimate. Brain provided me with a fair quote for a new water heater and installation and even had it installed 3 hours later! To say I was amazed was an understatement. Brian and the crew who came to work on installing my new water heater were all friendly, prompt and respectful. While I hope I dont have many future plumbing issues, if I do I know who Im calling.

I was blown away by the professionalism of the whole team and speed at which the work was completed! From the first phone call to when Dave, who came to do the work, walked out of our home, nothing but a positive experience. I even asked to add a repair while Dave was in the middle of his task and he didn’t even hesitate to say he would take care of it. All work was completed for a reasonable amount even with it being an emergency, pipe burst in the basement. The owner even saved us some money by letting us know that Public Works could do part of the job that they could do also. I’m so relieved to know that I can call Accurate Plumbing Pros anytime and feel like I will be helped quickly and fairly!

Dave came out because our basement toilet wouldn’t flush in the home we just bought. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kept us informed with all the work that was needed. When we learned it would be more work than we thought he did a great job in explaining it and showing me what was failing in our plumbing.He got the pump all taken care of quickly and was thorough in making sure everything worked before he left. Would absolutely recommend Accurate Plumbing Pros to anyone. Amazing service and great staff.

This is a great company, their staff is very personable and friendly. They are reasonably priced, knowledgeable. Dave updated me on his findings throughout the visit, and even cleaned up the area he was working in, which was appreciated. Dave and his colleague came to help with my basement renovation after a consult with Brian (owner) explaining my options and all of his recommendations and aspects to consider. They were on time, noticeably respectful of my house and confirmed the work to be done. I love this plumbing business so much I am going to try to post for the first time b/c I want people to know how great the plumbing service is here. I completely trust Brian w whatever he says. The first time we hired Accurate a gas line was leaking in my sons new home and he was about to move in — if you can imagine a mothers concern — Brian came right away when I called. Then the water heater leaked and Lisa helped coordinate the work thru insurance, next a dual sump pump installed, and now bathroom remodel. This business has workers that are fantastic quality, clean, on time, efficient, hard workers with a fair price. Everyone is so personable and trustworthy! My concern was addressed immediately, they give you a two hour window when they will come to your home, an email is sent prior to their arrival with a picture of the technician. They really work to solve the issue, take pictures if it’s in the crawl space to show the problem and then the fix. I completely trust their assessment of the problem and the remedy. This morning an outside faucet pipe burst in the wall about 6:15 am. It sounded like an explosion. I called Accurate Plumbing and Lisa helped us right away, making sure the water was turned off, discussed damage thus far and figured out a time that it could be serviced. Brian fixed the leak, removed the wet insulation and did other mitigations so hopefully this will not happen again. We realize it could have been much worse! THANK YOU ACCURATE PLUMBING!
