When something was stuck in my garbage disposal and it would not rotate, I anticipated that a plumber would recommend replacement, so I started pricing new ones. Jeremy Helton quickly found that a screw had somehow lodged itself in the disposal. No new disposal needed! The job only took minutes and saved me quite a bit of money. We had Jeremy out for a couple of projects and we could not be happier. He is punctual, fair, and leaves things better than originally installed. He swapped out cartridges and a thermo shower valve in our shower and it works better now then when it was brand new installed. He also swapped out an old RO faucet in the kitchen which was not easy task with the small workspace but found a way to get it done and it looks fantastic. He also descaled and flushed our tankless water heater and cleaned the filter. On the same visit installed a RO System in the crawlspace for our stand alone ice maker. All of this work was done right before the busy holiday. I can’t recommend him enough. He does great work and communicates everything that is being done. If you need any kind of plumbing work done don’t hesitate to give him a call!

In the rainy season, the last thing you want to hear starting to go out is your sump pump. It was running continuously and when it did finally stop, it started back up again as well as making an awful sound. It was going. Called Helton Plumbing and they said they would be out that afternoon because more storms were coming. Phil showed up that afternoon and promptly and professionally replaced the old sump with the new one all the while wearing those booties as to not get the floor dirty. I am going to write up my full experience because I want others who may be in the same boat as me to see there is a solution to plumbing woes. I am restoring an aging farmhouse. My priority was to get a working bathroom in the place. I called my original plumber and, turns out, the business had been sold to another plumbing outfit. They came in to do an estimate to INSTALL a toilet and vanity/faucet. (I already had the toilet/vanity/faucet.) THEY QUOTED $1500 to do the job!!!!! I told them they were out of their minds, and desperately started looking for another plumber. I found Helton Plumbing and gave them a call. Jeremy H. came within a day. When he got there, he did some measurements to make sure everything would fit. Quoted me a price that was extremely reasonable. I agreed immediately and asked when he could come back to do the job. THEN HE SHOCKED ME! He said he could do it right then, no big deal. I literally could not believe it, given my previous experience with plumbers. He did a beautiful job and I could not be happier. Helton is now my go-to for all things plumbing. So, if you are dealing with the same thing -- plumbers who seem out of touch with customer service and common sense, then do yourself a favor and call Helton Plumbing. I cannot rate them highly enough.

My house is over 50 years and has copper pipe. Another pipe sprung a leak and was dripping all over. Emergency plumbing is very expensive so I put a bucket to catch water and he came out in a matter of days. Knowing the age and condition, I asked him to replace all of the horizontal copper pipes with pvc instead of doing another patch job to avoid future problems. It looks great! Replumbing a house could be $5000/up, so I feel his price was fair. He also installed new outdoor faucet, checked sump pump and water heater to make sure everything was in working condition. I will use him in the future if I have a plumbing problem.
