    Brendan and Mike from B-N-K Plumbing did a great job on replacing my hot water heater. I attached before and after photos that show their attention to detail with the install. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. The install took about an hour an half. They provided me advice on maintaining the new unit, and took away the old tank. I highly recommend their service.

    Our basement flooded on a Sunday, we called and they came out within an hour or so, Tim knew what to do right away and gave us our options for replacements. It was no hassle at all and I was still able to go about my evening. Once done Tim went over everything with us and also gave some suggestions .     We had to request an emergency service at 10:30pm as our sump pump stopped working. Right after we placed our request with the dispatcher B-N-K called us back to confirm the service was on the way. Dan was helping us tonight and explained everything perfectly and clear for understanding. Price is much better than others and service was GREAT and FAST. We had those guys last year helping us with other issue - it was done as good as today. RECOMMEND 👏

    About a month ago during -30 windchill temps, our primary bathroom sink started trickling. We, of course, thought we for sure had a frozen pipe. We did all of the things to thaw the pipe but it kept trickling. My wife and I then decided to reach out to BNK because they had done great work for us previously on a couple of toilets. I wrote a request for service through their website and included pictures of our sink. Brendan called me less than a hour later and walked us through a couple of possibilities. Turns out we just had to unscrew the end of the faucet and clear out the calcium build up. Brendan walked us through the entire process over the phone and was very kind, patient, professional and helpful. There was no charge for the fix and we are so grateful to Brendan for his timeliness and easy help. We’ll use them again.

    If you are assigned these guys from a home warranty, please check your WARRANTY company account. There are some things that will likely not be covered, but it aint B;N;Ks fault -its your home warranty company. Appreciate Brendan calling to explain things and clarify the issue, as well as being calm and courteous when I was really upset with the exclusions, and how the warranty company works. They are doing their job.Jennifer at the front desk was a pro the entire time even though I was really upset with how things were being handled - again, not because of them but because of the warranty company.

    This is the second time BNK have been at my house. They are excellent! I needed a water line installed for a new refrigerator. They explained everything and did a fast, efficient job. I had other workers in the kitchen area installing countertops at the same time. They worked together very well together! Will use them all the time

    My tech was Tim. Very laid back guy but is very knowledgeable and to the point. He asked me what the issue was and got right to it. Had my water heater up and running in no time. Communication is vital and he exercised thoroughly. He came in the earlier set bracket time which was nice as well. OMG thanks again. Taking a cold shower was brutal and brushing your teeth in ice cold well water is terrible.I would also like to add that the young lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and polite. My experience with B-N-K Plumbing was 100% all the way around.

    They were amazing! No one would help us- 8 days without hot water or heat because of gas leaks- B-N-K Plumbing came out first thing in am and fixed everything the same day! They did not have to remove 30 foot of piping through the foundation like 2 other companies said, which saved everyone time and money.     Trevor was AMAZING! BNK Plumbing was brought in for a home warranty call for a leaky shower, and he noticed issues with the shutoff valve on the toilet, and we found the same issue throughout the house. They were also fixing a leaky outside spicket, and not only was he able to get it replaced, he recommended and installed a winter water shutoff valve just inside the wall to protect against freezing. He did great work, really fast, knew what he was doing, and I have no complaints!

    This work was completed as part of a home insurance policy.Kevin and Tom came by to check out our water heater that was leaking from the bottom.     I have a rental property. We experienced damage and thus leaking to a check valve. I logged into HomeAdvisor wrote up my issue. I received several calls. BNK Plumbing was the first to respond. I dont recall the young lady I spoke with but she was extremely friendly and explained the process. She asked additional questions about the connections, time and the issue. I answered and informed her I could also email a photo. I mailed a photo of the issue. Received a quote and schedule a visit. I then paid over the phone. Brendan arrived on time, was professional, clean and completed the fix correctly. There has not been any additional issues. In addition, Brendan had a very pleasant and inviting attitude. The cost of the estimate did not increase. Its great to know they have experience staff to provide accurate estimates over the phone and provide advise so no additional damage incur. Lastly and most important. Because Brendan spoke intelligently, respectfully, and was extremely thorough in install and testing, it gave me and the tenant a great impression that BNK is a great company with wonderful employees.     We used BNK Plumbing to fix our clogged sewer. Not knowing what is exactly wrong is what the problem was. It needed to be rodded out... is the technical term. The technician Branden, was super kind, when he spoke to us, we knew what he was doing was the right thing, so confidence was there. We live on a corner and he even went outside to check where the sewer drain was and if possibly he needed to go further to fix our issue. He did and its working great! I would highly recommend them to fix anyones issues, because of the experience we had with Branden. Sewers are not something you want to have an issue with, and when its backing up, you want to feel like your getting it fixed right. Have confidence with BNK Plumbing. I did and Im glad that I called them.

    We called 3 plumbers before BNK, they each promised to call us back soon but did not. After a week we had the pleasure of calling BNK. The dispatcher said she could send a plumber to replace our disposal that afternoon and that she would call when he was on his way. She did! Trevor showed up, replaced the disposal, and even checked a couple other pieces of equipment while here. He was tidy, friendly, and explained how the system worked. He rescued a frog from our sump and carried him out to the creek. He didn’t even complain about being sniffed by our dog!

    Im the facilities coordinator at a large suburban church. We called a company out to repair or replace a leaking valve in the mens room. They came out, but werent able to repair or replace it that day. We were never able to get them to come back and complete the job. Thats when I called B-N-K.Tim was on site on time. He was courteous and knowledgeable. First they attempted a repair with the understanding that it might not work. It didnt. Tim had the replacement valve with him and was able to take care of it right away. I really appreciated that they were willing to try to save us money by trying a repair first. Then, on top of everything going so well, they only charged us for the replacement. This was LESS than we had agreed to.I will gladly recommend B-N-K to friends, family, and other businesses.     This company is amazing. We had an issue with our sump pump drainage line outside the house. We had several other plumbers come and look and give ridiculously expensive quotes. When they came out they were the first company who was honest with us and told us to hire a landscape company to complete the work. He explained to us that anything outside of the house is not a plumbers job. He then went on to tell us that yes he could give us a quote. However, it will be very expensive because it is not something they do so they do not have the tools to do the job and would have to pass that cost along to us. I am just so thankful that they were honest and thought about us before how much money they could charge.

    I called BNK to rod our sewer this morning, and I couldnt be more pleased with the prompt and courteous service. Brendan answered the phone around 8:15 and told me hed have someone over by 1:00. Debbie called me back around 11:30 to let me know that Sean would be arriving within an hour. Sure enough, Sean arrived promptly at 12:25. Sean did a fantastic job clearing the clogged line. He explained the probable cause of the problem clearly and concisely, and he cleaned up his work area impeccably. The price was fair, and the work was done right. Highly recommended.

    We had company visiting and discovered that our guest bathroom shower was not working. Called and explained our issue. They were booked for the day but the owner called me back and said he would drop by that morning. Brendan was here before noon quickly determined the problem and had my shower working in less than a half our.     Called them when we had a hose supply line freeze and burst. Got the water shut off and they were out promptly. The plumber cut out the broken pipe and replaced the copper pipe and spigot. They worked well with the restoration people, (the basement flooded” and our insurance company. It was a mess but B-N-K made the whole thing easier for us to handle. Thank you Brendan for helping us when we really needed it.

    I called in to arrange a maintenance check of my sump pump system. B-N-K arrived on time and Travis did an excellent job of assessing the situation. He explained things thoroughly and did several things to correct for old, or not functioning areas in our sump pump and lower level draingage system.     A Saturday hot water heater emergency that could have been nightmare was saved B-N-K Plumbing. The knowledgeable Plumber that came out ( Kevin ) was helpful and reassured my wife and I that it can be handled in a couple hours. Hes ability to get right to, truly let us feel that B-N-K Plumbing has sent out there BEST. After a few short hours, Kevin had removed the leaking water heater, installed a new hot water heater, and was cleaning up. The wife and I looked for the other guy that was helping Kevin and also asked him where his help was at? Kevin smiled, no one else just me. WOW! Thank You B-N-K for your friendly, professional, and fast plumber that came and rescued us from our nightmare.

    If I could give 10 stars, that is what I would rate BNK Plumbing! I called on a Friday early afternoon and within a 2hr window, they were at my house! They gave me a preliminary quote over the phone for a toilet repair and they actually charged me less! They tech Dan M. was very professional, knowledgeable, patient with me while I was trying to describe the problem, he wore booties to walk in the house without asking me.I highly recommend B-N-K Plumbing for their responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge, honesty and reliability!
