Lawrence Wagner was our technician and he was great - helped us out so much and was very professional. Our kitchen sink clogged and it was worse than we originally thought requiring quite a bit of time and even extra equipment (that he had to go out and get) but he was persistent and stayed to make sure everything was cleared and working well. I hope we don’t need these services again but we will call JB Plumbing back in a heartbeat if anything else comes up.

I highly recommend J. Blanton Plumbing due to the professional services provided in the past & the recent kind, thoughtful, & professional services performed this November by plumbing technician Alexander Bradney. Alexander arrived promptly to give the on-demand hot water heater in our coachhouse its annual maintenance, explaining how he would do this with an additive & system flush. He thoughtfully brought a hand-truck to carry out an old tank heater up the steps from the coachhouse basement. He also checked the large hot water unit in the basement of our home, noted that it was connected to our gas boiler for home heating, & advised me to have that unit & the furnace given pre-winter maintenance together. The final task he took on was to fix a rapidly dripping tub faucet in one of our rental units. He determined that this old fixture needed a replacement cartridge, warned me of possible difficulties that could arise in trying to remove the old part, but happily, with his steady hand & proper tools fixed the faucet & stopped the waste of water. Yay! Result of the day: better water pressure, water conservation, & smiling tenants!

I had a partial bathroom remodel that went well, without much issue. the floor, vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet and vanity light were replaced. an exhaust fan was added to stop further moisture damage and it’s been working well in the week since it was installed. no condensation or build up noticed, which is a major upgrade to the bathroom’s condition.i can now repair and paint the walls without worry on continued moisture damage. :)they also replaced the original cast iron pipes to the sink that were cracked and leaking, which wasn’t known at the time. they were able to resolve this additional issue within the same day.everyone answered all questions i had. they worked in a timely and clean fashion and were able to meet my needs financially.kudos to blanton for professionalism on this remodel and everyone involved throughout the whole process.one downside is the kolher company who we purchased the toilet and medicine cabinet from did not provide the proper parts. toilet guts were broken from manufacturer and had to be replaced by blanton. the medicine cabinet did not come with all the parts to install the shelves and had to be purchased by myself separately.otherwise a smooth job completed.5 stars for blanton, 3 stars for kolher.thanks! :)

Very quick and professional...sump pump gave out, getting water in, they were out in about 2 hours and got new pump and battery back up in next day. Pretty pricey and some would argue maybe more than I really needed but will not have to worry about it for long time and excellent warranty. Really top tier service and installation. Highly recommended!

Alex from J Blanton showed up and took me through everything happening under my sink and what was causing my disposal to leak. He gave me honest options on the different routes I could go to fix the issue which I appreciated. The technicians that came out to do the repairs same day, Saul and Christian, were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and efficient. They went over what they fixed in great detail, how to troubleshoot any potential issues and asked if I had any questions. Both of them were very professional and kind. Just found that a water pipe had split from a freeze last month (I forgot to disconnect the garden hose). Called Blanton Plumbing and they sent Shane Waychoff to come out, same day (on a Saturday). He quickly diagnosed the problem and, not only fixed the split water pipe in the frost-free faucet, he reconfigured the repair so it would be an easier fix, should I forget to disconnect the hose again before winter. Excellent work, very professional, and he cleaned-up after the job was done, too. Highly recommended! (photos show before and after the repair)

So some pros were sent to check it out and provide a quote, but upon inspection/investigation, they found nothing wrong.Instead of trying to sell me on services I didnt need, they told me the truth and said good day. No cost. They could have pulled the wool over my eyes, it would have been easy. But they didnt.This makes me think highly of this group and their trustworthiness, which is very important to me. Id hire them for any future job.

This is a great company and the plumbers who have come over have been nothing but respectful and hardworking. The only negative is the prices are way too high, which is why I will look elsewhere for my work moving forward. It cost me $1200+ to replace a toilet and fix a cartridge on my faucet. After doing more research after the fact, Ive come to realize this was hundreds of dollars too much. I want to help the local businesses, but cannot afford such astronomical prices.

I contacted J Blanton Plumbing for an issue with a sink hole in our laundry room where we noticed some flooding around the hot water heater. VERY strange issue! They were able to come in and determine that water had washed away filling around the pipes etc in/under the concrete slab the house sits on.The folks at J Blanton Plumbing were extremely helpful and great to work with! They came in, tore up the concrete and were able to determine the problem and fixed the piping that drains from the house and properly refilled the hole and cemented it over.I will be contacting J Blanton Plumbing again in the future for any plumbing related issues I may run into!

From the business development person to the two that arrived within 24 hours for the repair (which was quick and easy), everything worked again (yay) and was quick and painless. One small thing easily rectified by a phone call: I asked for pictures of the leaking pipe, what they took out/replaced to provide to insurance and dont have it yet (its only been 24 hours. Insurance is already asking). Again, easily rectified with a call to the office.We appreciated the quick response as the first plumber we called promised twice to fix the issue (two different days) and never showed nor called or responded to texts or phone calls.Cost was $400 over estimate.
