Same day service for a hot water tank leak. Was able to fit me in and got my taken care of in less than 15 minutes. The person answering phones was polite and helpful. Had all of our water pipes replaced. HP P&M personnel were prompt, professional and courteous. They worked quickly and quietly. They let us know step by step what was going on, including a minor delay while dealing with a piece of equipment failing. Still finished the job ontime and for less than I was quoted! Will be using them again. I highly recommend them!

If you need a plumber HP and Mechanical is not a good company.They do not stand by there services. The plumber that came to my home installed the garbage disposal incorrectly and said I needed an electrician. I called an electrician and to my surprise, was told the installation was done incorrectly. I called the company and explained my situation and was told that someone would call me back. The electrician also spoke with the person who answered my call that day and explained what had happened. To date, I have never received a phone call and each time I call there’s a reason why I can’t talk to someone in charge. I had to pay $450 for the garbage disposal and another two hundred dollars for the electrician whom I didn’t need in the first place. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Bad services and also customer services.

They arrived almost exactly on time is when they said they were going to. The young man was very nice and kind. He used two machines on my main sewer line of the first one. I could hardly hear at all and the second one wasnt very loud either. However, I do have a basement. It was very surprising at how quiet the work was as it was being done. Im very satisfied, this is the second time Ive used this company and I will very likely be using them again in the future.

Ed was very courteous and professional. I would certainly reccommend your company to family and friends.🤬😡😥 Im a senior citizen. I made the mistake of calling them twice. They gave me a large quote telling me they would use 2 men for 6 hrs. Those men were done in less than two hours. The workers were terrific But when i talked to Erin thetywould not refund me a penny. I should be paid back the 48 .00 an hour they pay each plumber, for 2 men for the 4 hours they werent here The owner heard “cha ching” when he heard ‘Senior Citizen’ . Im turning them in to the Better Business Bureau. BUYER BEWARE, go to Baker’s.

HP Plumbing & Mechanical arrived promptly and went right to work replacing a broken part on our geothermal unit. They are very conscientious about doing a good job. They even improved the connections so that they are all copper instead of the brass to copper as all copper is less likely to corrode. They work quickly and efficiently while still maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. The cost for the repair was reasonable as well. I highly recommend this company!

Ed and Josh really helped us get our dryer up and running and even patched up some missing piping during the week we had several inches of snow and ice. They made quick work of solving the issues we had that made our dryer overheat for weeks. Additionally, Ed fixed one of our bathroom sinks that had been leaking for weeks and now it runs perfectly. I can’t recommend these guys more!

Due to after-effects of a major winter weather event on December 23/24th, including up to -20-degree windchills, unbeknown to me, one of my water lines had frozen & burst in the crawl space, causing water damage to wooden floors upstairs in the dining room & kitchen. When I called HP Plumbing & Mechanical Monday morning, I was instructed to turn off the water immediately. They arrived that afternoon & replaced the pipe, one man standing in at least 8 inches of extremely cold water in the crawl space while the other man tried to feed the new pipe through the wall. Thanks for your quick response and hard work guys!! I highly recommend HP Plumbing & Mechanical for your plumbing needs.
