Wesley W. showed up to a bigger job than expected. He not only confidently explained the problems, and the solutions to the problems...but explained it all step by step answering any and all questions I had. The hardest fix was putting my mind at ease. Panic had set in, however knowing everything is and will be fixed properly the first time has made something that initially felt like a huge hassle and problem seem completely fine. Josh, Alex and Arturo were awesome. Josh came out to look at my almost 30 year old furnace and took the time to explain to me why I was having the issues I was having and walked me through upgrading options and helped me settle on an upgrade. Then the next morning, Alex and Arturo were out to install the new system. They were respectful of my home and there was no mess left behind. They took everything with them and left my house looking better than when they came in. It’s terrible crawling around under my gross old house to hook things up and they did it in no time and with no complaining. They worked incredibly hard all day and walked me through the new thermostat and the new system. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Summers installed our HVAC last winter, and did an incredible job. John and Austin came out to our house in Brown County today, and fixed our water heater. The one thing that stands out to me about John and Austin is that they explained everything clearly and in detail. They showed us pictures of the things that were wrong under the house, and explained why the system was failing. They were fast, efficient, charming, respectful, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and the price was absolutely fair. You can tell they are well-trained and highly experienced. We have great confidence in Summers Heating and Cooling.

Had a leak in a 90 degree bend in my water line in my wall. Whereas my builders contractor took excessive amount of time to come out to check the issue, and not fail to correct it; Summers was out quickly, and solved my issue.Wesley, and his team were professional, and prompt in there work.Would highly recommend them to anyone regarding a plumbing issue. Shanea was the maintenance representative from Summers Heating and Cooling. She serviced 2 furnaces and air conditioners at our home. One furnace is a heat pump and the other furnace is gas. The 2 air conditioner units are outside. She also checked both of the thermostats.She did a wonderful job of cleaning and serving the units. She is friendly, kind, and patient!!!! I felt very comfortable having her in our home. She was an excellent service representative!!!!!

The one thing that you never want to happen during the summer is to have your air conditioning go out.So... our air conditioning went out.We did what we could to try to keep things relatively bearable, and called for the experts. The Summers inspector arrived Monday morning, and set out to find the problems, and they were legion. I was really sweating bullets both figuratively, and almost literally, as I was worried about what this was going to cost.Matt filled me in on the issues and then walked me through a number of possible solutions, so that we could find one within our budget - without needing to shell out an arm and a leg in a year or two.We agreed on a solution, a new (budget-ish) A/C and handler, and he let me know that the install team would be out the next day. No idea when, but theyd make it out there.The install team showed up first thing at 9am and got to work. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They set to with gusto and they had their work cut out for them. Nary a complaint about them needing three people to transport the AC unit down a hill, around the back of the house, and back up another hill to get it into place, they just knocked the hard stuff out before lunch.By the time they left, my house was already beginning to grow cool once more and, last night, I actually had to turn the thermostat UP because my wife got cold.We had seen the Summers vans around town often enough that I was aware of the company but now? Now I know that those vans represent a fantastic team of people backed by a company that I can trust.Five out of Five Stars

I had one of the best contactor experiences today! Chase Kohler arrived early for the HVAC service appointment, with a smile on his face, and tool bag on his shoulder. He ran through the HVAC system, inspected maintenance items as required, and was done in 30 mins. He provided his recommendations, then informed me that our membership was up for renewal. I GLADLY renewed our Summers membership for annual HVAC and plumbing inspections for my home and its worth every penny! Especially when they provide professional service technicians such as Chase Kohler! Great job Chase.

Good (but sometimes inconsistent) service.We just had our home gas heater inspected for a replacement on Oct 15th, 2023. Matt did a good job on the initial quote (the heater in my home was from 1999) and was a pleasure to work with.Pros:The ductwork was well done for the small space they had to work with. They had my Honeywell T4 thermostat on hand initially, and the rest of the installation was well executed. I returned a new Thermostat (same model, T4) I bought earlier before I learned of their thermostat offer with new system installs.Cons:They installed the thermostat before moving the old heater out of my house, then crashed into it with the heater or something else. They then replaced it with a base model thermostat when I pointed it out and asked for its replacement (T4 was the original in pic 1), and that turned out to be a T1 thermostat with no programming functions. One of the HVAC techs later destroyed the ADT sign in my front yard (by accident possibly) and proceeded to just piece it back together without ever notifying me of the damage; no accountability. There were still chips of it sitting by the sign in the yard... very careless. It could just be taken out of the ground if it was in the way very easily.I reached out to Summers by phone, and Rex King came out to replace the T1 thermostat with a T4. I can get another ADT sign.

Robert from Marion Summers came and gave us a very detailed quote of what it would cost to replace our bedroom shower. Robert was very courteous and detailed on his explanation of what the cost would be and included all the things we wanted done on the quote.Summers then replaced our dilapidated shower with a new upgraded great shower on June 12th, 13, 14. Preston and Tylor came on the 12th and took out the old shower tile, base and hooked up the basement connections and put in a new sink faucet and did a great job of it. We appreciate all the great work they did and the clean up.Hadyn and Conner came on June 13th and 14th and installed the shower base and walls, faucet, trim and cabinet. The shower looks beautiful and has multiple shelves for soaps and things. Robert came and adjusted the shower faucet settings for hot and cold water and the shower rod. We are pleased with their courtesy in making sure we had water while they were working and in doing final adjustments as needed. We are also pleased with their warranty on materials and work.We will definitely recommend them and their work to others.Robert and Leslie Patterson

Existing gas lines were not marked correctly. Took it apon myself to call 811 and gas company to get lines mark out to try and get started (already been a week no water to home) started hand digging retired gas lines.Friday: was told they would be able to get the water hooked up today since house has been without water for so long. Installed sewage lines and was told couldn’t have water on because they forgot the tool to drill threw foundation of house so they went home for they day and planned on comming back Monday to hook up water (another 2 days with no water). After they left the sewage line was leaking.Monday: come back to finish and was told sewage was leaking because he forgot to tighten the coupling and finally hooked water line up.

They have gone above and beyond to help make my home safe again! They have explained everything they did. They have smiled even when I know they were tired, cold, and hungry. They step up and cover if someone is sick. Preston actually injured himself, bandaged himself, and kept right on working. There was a miscommunication on one service I had requested, and this is when I met Bob. Instead of refiguring my financing to include the missing product like I suggested, he added it with no change of cost for me. That move solidifies for me that I will be a Summer’s customer for life!!! They were all so supportive of my cat, Baxter, who has severe anxiety around strangers and loud noises. I would stay with him in whatever room wasn’t being worked on, and they would always knock so softly when they needed to ask me questions. These young men took care of my home, took care of me, and I am blessed to know them all! Summer’s is blessed to have them representing their company! Everyone I know will hear about what they did for me! Every piece of plumbing has been replaced. A new shower is installed. They removed and replaced my new vanity . They installed two new faucets and even changed my toilet seat! They replaced my water heater, secured my dryer vent, and killed some very unwelcome carpenter ants!!!! I’m sure they will remember this week for awhile. Perhaps not just the lady with her big cat, but maybe the screwdriver trick with the washer or the egg shells in her oven! :).
