Furnace wasn’t working when I stopped for lunch today! Called CRT and spoke with Crystal. She was very efficient and was able to manage a time for Justin (service rep) to come and diagnose the issue! He was here within an hour. He was well spoken & very professional. He diagnosed the issue and then showed me the part which was blown! What’s even better is that he put a by-pass on the issue if it were to break again. That way if it does my family and I will have heat till they can come and fix it! I was really impressed with this man and his ability to diagnose and properly manage time as well as produce for himself and his company! Great team effort! Highly recommend!

Update: they finally got back to me and completed the job. Did a great job. I just wish they’d have gotten back to be sooner.Although the person who answers the phone is extremely nice, the person who came to take a look at my flooding issue and give me a quote just never got back to me. It has been two weeks. I was told I would have a quote at the beginning of last week and every time that I call to ask for a price on what he looked at, they take a message and I never get called back. Finally I just asked to be referred somewhere else since they don’t have the time to even give me a quote for what they came and looked at.

Our central air took a dive late on August 1st. I called lots of people and asked my friends on facebook who they used to service and/or work on their systems. Every single person I asked came back with ONE company. You guessed it. CRT. I see why. They came out that same day, assessed what needed done, and gave me an estimate. It took me the next day to secure the funds and schedule the installation. The guys came out on August 3rd and within 2 hours my new system was installed and cooling my home. These guys are really professional and friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing, and did it efficiently. They answered all my questions about the system and warranty, and explained other details I would have missed. I will always go to these people first for all my AC needs.

I cant recommend CRT Mechanical enough. Thru thick and thin, good times + bad, they are THERE for you.Crystal, Jason, and Adam are efficient, arrive early or on time every time, and wont stop until the job is done. When they tell me I need something new/fixed/etc I know that they are truly looking out for my well being.I will forever use CRT!
