Absolutely cannot think of another plumber I would recommend more! They quickly did several repairs, replaced our kitchen sink and swapped out an old shower for a bigger and nicer one for us.When working on these projects they identified two issues including that our dishwasher had a minor leak that my husband and I didnt notice and fixed it. We had three staff members total in our house over the course of a few days and each one was very polite and kept a clean working space (which also meant keeping my home as clean as possible).Sadly soon after they finished our old water heater went out but thankfully they were able to quickly come back and install a new one! Everything is running better than before they ever came. I am happy with their transparent quotes, pricing and communication if an unexpected problem arises. I would 100% recommend them and will gladly use their services again if needed in the future.

Dillon came out to install my dishwasher, new sink, new faucet and new garbage disposal into my new cabinets and countertop today. Because my cabinet doors stuck out, the dishwasher door couldnt open. He graciously removed the cabinet doors as I called up the cabinet company to explain the dilemma. On top of that he pointed out what needed to be fixed for my electrical outlets under the sink and explained it to my contractors. Dillon was such a courteous man even though my dog and cats would sneak in to get his attention. Everything is neat and well installed! After waiting almost a week from another company we contacted JP Plumbing to look into a clogged drain. We were contacted in under 15 minutes from Chester to see how he could help. He was at another home and said he would try to get us in today if time permitted or Monday morning. About an hour later Chester called and asked if he could come by to try and get us fixed. It took him no time to clear the clogged pipe and cleaned up his work area.Great experience amazing service will use you guys again.

My AC went out Sunday afternoon, I called Monday morning with no AC and weather has been in the high 80s, so its been miserable in the house, but they came out a little over 24 hours after my call (everyone else I called told me next week or week after), they fixed my AC in a quick fashion. This is the second time I have used them since the Derecho, and both times they have been responsive and quick to fix my heater exhaust during winter and now my AC issues, during the summer. Friendly people on the phone, and the tech was great, and explained what was happening, Highly recommend there services.

Im usually not one to write reviews, however our A/C system was having all sorts of troubles ranging from a short in our thermostat to a bad expansion valve over the course of a few weeks.Dylan from JP was able to come out right away each time to figure out what the actual issue was and was able to get everything fixed up just in time for the awful heat wave. He was very professional each visit and easy to talk to, and let us know how things should be running and even how to troubleshoot a few things that we can do ourselves.Everything was through our home warranty program, however I did call their office once to see if they could come back out and they were very polite and accommodating. Overall a very good experience!

10/10!! Our sink needed a clean out and we needed help before our kitchen became a dirty dish stockpile. I called them at 9am thinking I’d need to set up an appointment a few days out, but I was ecstatic that they were able to show up at noon the same day! Josh was very friendly and extremely knowledgable. He figured out the problem right away and was above and beyond in his service! I would highly recommend JP and will definitely call them again for any further issues!!I forgot to add in my initial post that the woman taking the calls and setting up appointments was great!! She was incredibly friendly and helpful which is honestly one of the most important steps in the whole process of service calls, as it sets a great tone when I’m already stressed about my situation. She bumps my score up to 11/10 haha.

Ive been using them for a while. They are always do quality work at a good price. I had problems with another plumper, and they came out right away this morning to get my hot water back on. I was in such a pickle because I have a newborn that I needed hot water for bottles and cleaning cloth diapers. Much appreciated. It was a huge lifesaver.

We have a homeowners warranty on our house and weve used them before for AC repair issues, but this was the first time we had JP assigned to us, and they were great to work with! We found water in our basement that stemmed from our internal central AC stack. It had been leaking so much that the carpet 10 feet away was soaked. Troy from JP came out to assess what we thought was the issue, finding that a repair made by another AC repair company last year was contributing to the problem. A week later, when leaking reoccurred, we called to see if hed come back out to reassess. They were quick to respond and get us on the schedule and we didnt incur another charge for a revisit. A deeper investigation revealed a whole host of problems with our unit - a rusted drip pan, an A coil that needed replacing, our condensation line needed replacing, and our external unit (30+ years old) was condemned (much needed and overdue). All in all, theyve been communicative and helpful, and were finally getting our ancient unit replaced.

Ive had extensive work completed by JP Plumbing. I will continue to call JP for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs whether it be new install or repair work. My 68 year old mother has also had extensive work completed by JP and was very pleased. Ive suggested his shop to many friends and they too continue to keep him on speed dial for those emergencies that come up at the worst possible time.

Having to hurry up and clean out and sell the house this spring was not what I was expecting to have to do. But there we were running around arranging showings and trying to keep everything clean when the weather hit and we come home after a showing and our basement pump alarm going off! Weve had Zoeller pumps now for five or six years and tried to make them work, but the pump arms tend to freeze up and its too much of a recurring nightmare with the wet carpet, etc. I dont know why we didnt bite the bullet and just replace the darn thing. It wasnt a cheap system to put in! Zoeller is *top of the line* right?? Well I say all this to say that of all the places I called, with showings pending the next day, JP came to my rescue. She quoted me a reasonable price for the sump pump replacement right over the phone. They tried to get back to me right away but I was running around and missed the call. Finally I got John and he went to work and before I could turn around, he had the whole system reworked. He even found a leak in the pipe going into the wall. Now this was horrifying, mind you we had a showing THAT DAY, and here we were having to cut a hole in the wall, no way to hide that!! Long story short, that buyer didnt make an offer, but there I was with an entire room to paint and wall to repair and more showings the next day. No pressure!! So I went to put the wall back together and realized I was missing a couple of small pieces. They must be in Johns bucket! Oh snap!! Wonder if I can get a hold of him while running to Menards for more paint?? So here I am trying to get a hold of a service guy after hours, using the info off of caller ID, texting him, etc. Good luck with that!!! Well HE ANSWERED. He said he still had the pieces, texted me a pic of them, and offered to bring them by the next morning. Phew!!! So we got busy painting and touching everything up so that I could put this wall together (six pieces, okay! He didnt want to start off with a huge hole, but thats a lot of moving parts🙄) Finally I had it all in with construction adhesive skimmed all over it as best I could and a fan on it. John had tested our backup system and verified that everything was working properly so I put the battery back on the cover and sent a picture to the realtor. Will this do?? Thank heaven it did. We got not just one offer but two that day!! And the new Liberty pump is so nice and quiet!!! I waited to post this review just to make sure the charges were reasonable and no issues there. We should have done this before now, thank goodness I have somebody to call if there are any plumbing issues with our new house, because this house was SOLD!!! Thank you JP!!! And huge kudos to John!!!!
