We discovered on Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend that our water pressure would go to zero and then recover a few minutes later. Not a good situation anytime but especially on a holiday weekend with a house filled with 14 people (including a newborn!)I called Buckner’s number and got a callback from Eddie who had the emergency service shift for the weekend. He walked me through a diagnostic Saturday night and isolated them problem as a bad pressure switch which he committed to replacing Sunday PM.He called me Sunday 30 minutes before arriving, showed up on time, and replaced the switch/recharged the pressure tank. Water service is house is better now than it was new. Eddie and Buckner get 5 stars from us for reliable, timely, and friendly service.Thanks Eddie!

Eddie and Shawn were awesome!! Even with the mess in WNC after Helene, they got right out and helped my family by putting in a new Water Heater. Thanks to them, my kids can have hot baths.

I was in need of after hours repairs (after 6pm) on a toilet line that wasnt supplying water. I could hear it leaking under the floor in the crawl space area. Due to this, I had to shut off the water main to the entire house. I began googling for after hours plumbers in the area and made several phone calls to atleast 5-6 of them. After leaving messages on voicemils and being told by two who did call back they wouldnt be able to assist me this evening or even the next day as they were all booked up full, I called Buckner Plumbing and Heating, left a voice message and within 2 minutes, I was contacted by Eddie who, after I explained to him my situation, responded within the hour, assessed the problem and had us fixed up in no time! He was friendly and informative showing me exactly what the problem was. This ended up not being a in and out fix due to how the builders installed the plumbing originally but he powered thru their mess and got it done for what was also, felt was a very reasonable price considering the after hours call and what needed to be done. Eddie, Thanks for coming, youre our HERO and to Buckner, You have a great employee there! Got his card and ill call him again for any future plumbing needs!!

Just a note to express our appreciation for the good service your firm has given us. In the past few months your good folks have replaced our well pump, a sewer pump, repaired a water leak and more. Our well pump went out. I called and called all over but the only appointment I could get was for the next day and about an hour later the receptionist called and asked if it were ok for a crew to come on up I said yes please!!! Two fellas came up from Marion which is an easy 30 min drive one way!!!! They came looked and had to go pick up another part. They got back and got it done!!! Yay what a great company!!!! I can’t thank y’all enough!!!!!

Sit down have I got a story for you guys! I have had a rough time the last week or two after the aftermath of the tragic hurricane Helene I tell ya what I was one of the lucky few! With no property damage in my area after about a week or so of no power, once we got power back we had no water! Still determined to supply my family with water again after what we had been through I called every plumber from here to Virginia! Couldn’t get ahold of anyone! I couldn’t blame it with everything that has happened! I know everyone was slammed and busy trying to help the entire East Coast! So I decided to do it myself and tackle this huge DIY project after I drove twenty minutes to get to a place that had cell service I grabbed some water for my family to do us a few days. Once I had water I then spent the next three or more hours doing research then I went and picked up everything I thought I might need. And started to tackle the project first time ever doing it of course I ran into problems myself. My pump was old so I took it out and put a new one in primed it and rinse and repeat done everything I could but check the foot valve that was the only thing left I could do to try and solve my issue. Nothing I did would work after three days of fighting it and no way knowing how to get to or reach my foot valve I thought all was lost. I couldn’t provide for my family after everything we been through so I sat down on the porch chair beside my wife and started to cry lost all hope after telling her I can’t do it. And almost like God sent me a gift moments later I got a phone call from Buckner Plumbing they just got power back and was going through all the voicemails! And one hour later they showed up at my DOOR! Excited and near tears of JOY to have someone that can help me provide for my family once more! There knowledge and experience in the field troubleshooting the problem quickly lead down to the same conclusion I had a bad foot valve Noah and Eddie quickly worked well together and tackled the issue they climbed down into my drilled well! And pulled out the old pipe and showed meJust how bad my Foot Valve was how the heck was I even getting water before the hurricane I’ll never know. They slapped a new one on and moments later my pump was primed and running fine! I could hear screams of joy under my house with those good ol boys like Noah and Eddie my kids and wife were so happy nearly after one -two weeks of no water we had running water again! We had a leak in our basement from a pipe that flooded our basement on Friday evening, We called to get them to come out Monday to help us out. Eddie came out and found the problem and had us fixed and water back on in about 30 minutes. He was very courteous and efficient. We would recommend Buckner plumbing.
