Chris is a really good plumber. We had issues with our hot water, he came out and gave us options. He didnt push us one way or another. We ended up getting a new water heater, had hot water in 45 minutes. Top quality stuff.

Wonderful and prompt service from a solid locally owned company. They showed up on time, quickly assessed the problem and repaired it the same day. It wasnt a particularly small job either!Great communication, accurate estimate and when they were done you couldnt tell they were there as they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves.Highly recommend!

Best in the business by far. I’ve had water heater installed, new kitchen sink, new shower, etc. Molly & Jeff are always so pleasant and easy to work with. Chris has done a lot of work for me and far exceeds expectations. He’s helped with other questions also. They are my “GO TO” for all things plumbing. That’s one thing I don’t mess with and leave it to the experts at Best Plumbing Best Bath. plus they have the word “BEST” in their company name, what more do you need??? Go with the pros.

We went to Best Plumbing Best Bath to look at toilets. Molly was extemely informative and never tried to sell us something more expensive. We ended up replacing all 3 of our toilets. The plumbers that did the installation were super nice and very professional. They got all 3 installed in about an hour. They did a great job. I highly recommend and would hire them again!

Our hot water heater went out on Weds and Chris came early the next morning. I appreciate that he didnt pressure me to choose tankless over tank for the replacement, just gave clear information on how each would work for our family and the dimensions of our home. He was forthright that the tankless would not necessarily solve our problem of a delay getting hot water, but it would provide the sheer amount of hot water our family of five (4 adults plus a kiddo) would need.He wasnt able to get back out to install the tankless system until a few days later, but thats what happens when you call a plumber just as the Memorial Day weekend gets started. Today is Tuesday, he was here around 9am, and done around lunchtime. He left behind no mess and aside from the expected sounds, really didnt interrupt our household life at all.Just as important to me as the work itself is the fact that Chris was patient and polite with my mother, both of the big dogs, and my 6yo daughter. She has dreams of being a builder, so being able to watch a tradesman do his thing was a big deal for her.Well definitely be recommending Best and Chris to our neighbors.
