I had a wonderful experience with my HVAC system replacement today. Jacob and the two other techs with him were courteous, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. I’m so happy with the job they did!Also have to mention that Nick came out originally to diagnose and provide the quote. He even followed up with me the next day after installation to make sure everything went well and I was happy. That was completely unexpected and so appreciated. Such a great team!! We were extremely pleased with Ryan from Turner’s Service Co. We had another HVAC company out 2 weeks ago and they came out with a bad attitude and ultimately did not fix our issue. We called Turner’s Service after our HVAC was leaking so badly that we had water coming out of the ceiling on our floor below.Ryan walked in happy and positive from the start, which was so refreshing after our last experience. He immediately recognized the issue and solved it. He explained how the issue occurred and what we could do to prevent it from happening again. Even let me take a video of him explaining how to do the maintenance on the system so we can remember what to do next time.He also fixed the install of a trigger system that the previous company had installed that was supposed to shut the system down if the water got too high. It’s supposed to prevent flooding and obviously that didn’t happen with water pouring out of our ceiling.We are so thankful and happy with the service we received from Ryan that Turner’s Service Co will be our go-to company moving forward.

-- 08/2024 --This was the first time our AC unit failed since installed back in 2019. The fail feels a little too early to me, but Turners tech make the process easier. First of all, I have no issue with the customer service calls this time. The arrangement is easy, prompt, smooth and clear. Nick N. called 15 mins before arrival to confirm he is coming. He is professional, good sense of humor and update the whole process and progression during he is testing and working. Luckily, the capacitor was the only thing failed and he was able to help us swap that out quick. Thank you Nick making this whole process very pleasant. Highly recommended Turners service. Hope they will stay the same!-- 06/2019 ---Turners provided another great service and this time is on our AC unit. Nick Hill gave us wonderful experience and patiently answered whatever question we asked. Great sense of humor while giving professional recommendations. However, Turners really need to review their customer/call service center. I called three times and it dropped 3 times after connected to the representative. I ended up using message function on their website to get a hold of them. That only gives out my information and waiting for calls and mentioned the service phone was not working and they should look into it. Anyways, the call center was bad and inpatient. That gave Turners a very bad image for no no reason. Turners real/actual service was very good. I highly recommended it. But, they need to get ride of their call center or find other providers for it.

This review is specifically for Nick Neighoff. We accidentally blew a fuse on our HVAC when installing a new thermostat. Nick called back promptly and was very thorough, nice, and patient in explaining what we needed to do. He could have charged us a ton of money to come out and replace the fuse, but rather, showed me where the fuse was and I was able to purchase and replace myself. Top-notch customer service that exceeded expectations. We look forward to trusting Turner’s with our system for many years to come!

I have been with Turners 19 years since instillation of my HVAC unit in 04. Always good reliable service. Last year had a horrendous experience with Mark, who is no longer with the company, and was ripped off for needless 2 pounds of refrigerant for $400. Complained but this issue was never addressed by anyone.Was going to drop Turners from the service contract and cross them off for whenever replacement unit was needed. That was a year ago. Was having one last inspection by them before ending the service agreement . Service tech who arrived then and since then is Frank. He is everything I like in a service technician professional. Personable, extremely knowledgeable and HONEST, His first visit to check unit for fall/winter he took the time to explain my unit to me and any potential problems I might run into given the age of my unit.Todays visit for summer he was exactly the same, His knowledge and the manner in which he communicates and conveys said knowledge is first rate. And during the inspection he showed me a couple of problems that should have immediate attention. I mean he showed and explained them in layman details that told me volumes not only about the seriousness of the problems but put me at ease in that the money I would be spending was necessary to the overall health of my unit and the unit efficiency. Frank has restored my faith in Turners. Period.6/19/24My semi yearly checkup. While I was saddened to hear Frsnk had retired, the youmg man, Nick, who came out was EQUALLY as impressive .Knowledgeable, punctual, personable, open and took his time to make sure I understood everything he was talking about. Excellent hiring Greg.

Two other companies did diagnostics and concluded that a control board was malfunctioning ($1,800). Nick from Turners Service Company came to check our AC and found that the control board was functioning properly and that the low voltage junction was damaged. Here replaced it and the AC is working again. The cost was $309 vs what the other two companies would have charged me. Definitely recommend this company!

I was told by another company I should have the coil on the outside hvac unit cleaned very soon (cleaned with chemicals, which is more money). I wasnt confident they were being honest and turns out they werent. Bill came out, took a look, and said there was a little debris on the outside unit, but it just needed to be hosed off, which he did for me and showed me how to do it myself going forward :)

I called my contractor who subcontracted the installation of the unit. He stopped by immediately and was shocked that it passed inspection. They were friendly and professional, and willing to work through things with another company doing water damage restoration. Gordon with Turners Service Co did a great job for us! He arrived initially for a routine AC check before the start of the summer season and found that there was a problem. He spent a good amount of time diagnosing the issue and trying to resolve it during that visit. Turns out we needed a part and Gordon and his team were able to get the part quickly. They got us into a return visit within a week and fixed the issues. Matt just came to our house and thoroughly inspected our system for our spring checkup. Turners new report paper gives you an easy to read status of your system. Ive been with Turners for about 5 years and the company has been straight forward and honest with me. When my stuff breaks, they tell me what broke, and then they educate me about went wrong and what I should think about doing to fix it. There is never pressure, just professional advice, and I can take it or leave it. Since I take it, my system has improved over time and Ive run into less problems during subsequent years because I took care of the problem as it was starting. This company is also good about scheduling appointments and the workers show up on time and are good at what they do. I highly recommend.

Bill responded to a limit switch error and checked the entire furnace for reasons for overheating. After determining the system was ok, he determined that the air filter in the system was restricting air flow and causing the over heating. Once filter was removed, system seems to maintain normal temperature. Very polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

So glad I found Turner’s Service Company. My heating went out on our first snow last week and everyone I have worked with has been wonderful. Gordon was here working on my unit and when it was determined that it needed to be replaced, he explained all of my options. He is very knowledgeable. The next day Vince and Cody were here doing the install. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything to me before leaving. This Saturday, I had the duct cleaning. Like always, Turners Service Co was excellent! The technicians actually asked if they could come over early (nice!) and when they arrived, they were friendly and considerate (wore shoe covers). They got right to work and were even able to install and setup my new thermostat (I didnt schedule this beforehand). They were meticulous, checked all systems, ran all tests, covered all maintenance issues and provided future recommendations and asked if I had any other questions. They put everything back that had to be moved and cleaned up after themselves. I feel very comfortable using Turners and I highly recommend them!

Scheduling was easy, they were able to come out the same day, and Nick was great! He was honest and transparent about how much it would cost and what was most important. I never felt pressured into making a snap (and costly) decision about what we should do and when we should do it. I called today on May 26, 2019 and asked for 24 hour ac unit repair service because our ac unit stopped working as we just had a bad rain storm the night before that knocked out our power and uprooted trees. I immediately received a call from Gordon Keene. Gordon walked my husband and I through the steps to get our ac unit back up and running. We spoke several times today and he guided us in determining that we needed to replace blown fuses. I have maintained a service contract with Turner Services since having my main furnace replaced several years ago. They recently added additional service contract options, and one of the services added is gas fireplace inspection. I am so glad I opted for this service. Cory came out this week and inspected both of our heating zones, giving us a reassuring report that our systems are working safely. However, he discovered a serious problem with our gas fireplace that could have resulted in tragedy. The original builders failed to connect the electric line to the outlet box under our fireplace that is for connecting a blower. We have known for sometime that the electric box was never connected, but what we didnt know is that the builders electrician and brought a live line to the fireplace to connect, but left it coiled up and tucked underneath, out of sight. This line was live and did not even have wire nuts protecting it. Literally inches from our gas and pilot. This could have been catastrophic! Weve been living like this for several years (too many to take any action with the builder). Cory identified the situation, connected the electric correctly, and now we are much safer, and we can actually install the blower weve wanted. Turner Services is always professional, and having the service contract provides us peace of mind.

I was on travel when the humidifier was installed, but Matt took the time to explain how the system works and he replaced the filter for me. He also performed a routine maintenance check, and he went the extra distance. Like Chris, Matt was professional and courteous. My old system never worked satisfactorily. Over the years I had four different companies perform maintenance contracts on it. None of them could get it working well. After 15 years it needed to be replaced.I had three companies give quotations for the requested work and now was time to decide. Turner Services found that the copper tube connection between my condenser (outside unit) and the coil (inside unit) was undersized and needed to be replaced. None of the other companies mentioned this deficiency. Furthermore, turner services price was very competitive despite the fact that it included the replacement of the inappropriate sized tube.I did my research regarding the brand of unit. In the end, the most important factor is good instalation. My decision was to award the contract to turner services.The work was done when promised and without problem. The unit has been working great and I look forward to a long relationship with then.

I was surprised that a tech called me so quickly on such an extremely hot day where I am sure there were lots of request for service. After I described what was happening, he quickly surmised the probable cause and gave me instructions how to fix the problem myself, pending his arrival. We recently purchased a home in Manassas and wanted to have the HVAC systems checked to ensure proper operation. Since Turners had installed the systems we decided to give them a call and try them. We were definitely not disappointed. Robbie was our technician and he was awesome. He took the time to thoroughly inspect both systems, replace the filters and then go back up in the attic to check on some things when a question came up. He additionally got our gas fireplace up and running (we could not figure it out) and explained everything to us. The most impressive thing was that when we were talking about the items that needed updating, fixing there was NO hard sell on anything - It was sincerely refreshing. That one thing, in addition to the exceptionally competent service call has sold me on Turners and they will be out company going forward. I wish I could give 10 stars. Greg came out to diagnose our system. He found the issue with it, and reported it to our warranty company. We called Turners and not the warranty company. The warranty co didnt like what he said due to cost. So, they sent someone else out. We actually had issues with both our units but the warranty company only authorized service on one. The warranty company later sent another company out that stated our downstairs unit was 75% low on freon, and diagnosed our upstairs unit as a bad compressor. Greg came back out for free and re-diagnosed both systems. He found nothing wrong with the downstairs unit, and said it was having issues because the upstairs unit was struggling so badly.We got a quote from Greg to go ahead and replace both units. He stated the downstairs unit didnt need it, but we went ahead and did it anyway. His crew came out, they were respectful and let us know every step they were completing as they went through the process. They did outstanding work.Turners is honest, they provide excellent service, and I wish more HVAC companies were like this one!! Thank you Greg and crew!!.

Turners sent Gordan out for our usual furnace check up March 5th. He found a problem very quickly - black mold was starting to form in our humidifier. He pointed out the mold (pretty easy to see, actually), and gave me several options for fixing the issue. Within a couple of hours, hed cleaned up the problem, removed the faulty device, and set us up with an air purifier. Well install a new humidifier later. I love that he gave me options so I could spread out the costs while still getting rid of the safety concern.

Of course this happens on a hottest day of the summer. Long story short, Gordon fixed it quickly and completely as it came back on as before.
