    They did an awesome job. (Installed new fixture, draining and electrical) The electrician found something behind the walls that’s wasn’t done by builder. Plumber was outstanding.     We had electrical issues, where the lights were flickering, going out, and sizzling in the panel box. Weve only been here a year and Orville came out and found the issue quickly. Wires had not been screwed down as they shouldve been and some wires were burned!! Thank God for His protection because a fire couldve started. Orville finished someone elses job!! and he was professional and knowledgeable. I was greatly satisfied with the service.

    Greg did a terrific job! We had received a questionable prognosis about our HVAC from a different company. I called MEP to get a second opinion. Greg was at my house within two days and gave me a very realistic diagnosis and a much more manageable approach to fixing it. The quote MEP gave us saved us $2,000. When I called the schedule, Greg was back out again within two days. He took his time, was thorough, kept me informed of everything he was doing and new issues he noticed as he worked. He helped me install a new digital thermostat (that probably would have taken me hours) in about 20 minutes. My system is running noticeably better already! MEP was easy to reach, quick to schedule, and provided great customer service. Greg was prompt, thorough, polite and did a great job.

    Had a water pipe leak involving a water softener and called MEP for assistance. Even though it was after hours on a Saturday, they had an on-call technician at my door in less than an hour. Tommy was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional as we had expected due to our previous experiences with MEP. He took the time to explain everything he needed to do and why, and left us feeling very satisfied and comfortable with the work he did. Thanks go out to Tommy and the office staff that we initially spoke to for a job well done. We learned of other services that MEP offers and will be setting up an appointment very soon for maintenance and service on the water conditioner.

    Greg came to my home to repair my furnace. He was respectful and had boot covers in hand before entering my home. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it. I had many questions, which he expertly answered. He had come to fix my furnace, but was happy to troubleshoot my humidifier and come up with ideas on potential upgrades to work in my budget.     We had two visits from MEP - one for System check and ecobee installation and one for fixing a blocked gas valve. From Cat to Greg to Ashe the service and coordination was as it should be. Greg and Ashe were super friendly, helpful and explained each step. Cat ensured we were informed about the process and the status of replacement parts. Would call MEP anytime again - 5 star service. We highly recommend both Greg and Ashe

    My Technician is named Willy. The entire experience was great. I was told by customer service to expect the techs to arrive between 10am and 1pm, not bad. Willy called me at 9:30 said he’d arrive in 30 minutes. He was at my home at 9:46 and done by 11:15.     Ashenafi (Ashe) was great! I really appreciate that he figured out why the main floor air conditioning was not cooling properly (incorrect connections). My dog definitely appreciated having the air conditioning working correctly this past summer!Also, Tom Terrell did an amazing job fixing a warranty repair on my new house. He even got the builders to fix an issue that they created with the plumbing system!

    I have an annual maintenance contract with MEP. It is the best money I have spent on our home! Today, Wayne came to flush out the hot water heater. I was so pleased to see he uses vinegar as his cleaning agent (a good cleaner and environmentally safe)! And Wayne is the nicest guy! Very thorough in his work and takes pride in what he does. After Wayne, Greg arrived to do the Spring HVAC tune up. Another really nice guy who takes pride in his work! It is wonderful to work with professionals who are courteous (they both called before they arrived) and care about their work. Ive had a maintenance contract with MEP for 2 years now and glad to have made the decision to go with MEP!

    Greg from MEP was awesome. I don’t use that word lightly, so for me to do so it means he blew my socks off. We had had four technicians come for the same problem. Greg took his time to look at all the HVAC components to make sure they were performing at the optimum level. My family is pleased with Greg.

    I had the HVAC system examined in our new house, as we were having problems with unequal temperatures on different floors.Our service technician Ashenafi was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. He took the time to explain the system and what I needed to check periodically, as he did a basic check of both units. He also recommended what would help improve (ecobee sensors) regulation of the heat or the air conditioning on different floors.Based on this visit, I highly recommend this company and Ashe.

    Tommy Terrell is AWESOME!! It was a pleasure working with him. My husband and I went through a complete kitchen renovation this past spring and Tommy was our dedicated plumber for both this project and a complete rehaul of our entire plumbing system due to old piping and valves. He is very knowledgeable and took considerate time to explain the in and outs of everything. We very much appreciated this especially as we are first-time homebuyers! Left the place in a clean state and has accommodated every need weve had, even on a short notice! We would definitely use and recommend Tommy with MEP for any future plumbing needs!

    Thank you, Russ for reaching out to address the issue. I am updating the review to reflect the type of service we have experienced in the past. I am hopeful a solution is forthcoming. Your professionalism is the exemplar for customer service.LaurenWe built a 350K home and moved in last fall. The AC wasnt used much until now and cannot cool below 70 on a hot day. The techs have been there 3-4 times about the problem and keep spewing BS about the system should be expected to cool to 20 degrees below the outside temp and anything more is unrealistic. This is complete BS and let me explain why. I am 51 and was born and raised in Florida where the temp regularly exceeded 100 F with the heat index and humidity. Our homes always stayed a nice chilly 68 F. Never, in all my years, have I needed to be realistic about the AC only cooling to 20 degrees below outside temp. When I called this morning for yet another service call, the manager decided it was a good idea to hang up on me. Totally unprofessional (and I called her back to let her know). She is the one being unrealistic in terms of expecting me to accept not only her fantasy reality about ACs, but also her lack of professionalism. Im giving 2 stars because the actual technicians have been very professional and seemingly competent in working toward a solution.

    We just moved in to a brand new town home (new construction) and discovered the sewage line had backed up into our basement. This on the heals of a very stressful move and it being Thanksgiving Eve at 6pm. We called the emergency line for MEP Partners and spoke to, Olympia, who was professional, attentive, and kind. It took her a couple of hours to get a hold of someone on a holiday evening to assist us. We also contacted the project manager for our town home development who helped Olympia facilitate getting a technician from MEP Partners. Eventually, MEP Partners was able to find a technician to come to our home. We were grateful! Shawn arrived at midnight and stayed until the job was done at 2:30am! Thanksgiving morning. Turns out, there was gravel in the sewage line that was backing up sewage into our home. Shawn had to snake the line multiple times, use a heavy duty vacuum to suck rock out, and flush the line with water. He recommended the builder power wash the line to ensure all the rocks are cleared. (Hopefully, this will happen in the next few days). He also adjusted the water temperature in all the bathrooms as we noticed we were not getting enough hot water during showers. He did not have to do this, but he took the time to ensure we were satisfied. Shawn was responsive, professional, helpful, and kind to us. If we could request anyone for our future plumbing needs, it would be Shawn. He came out late on a holiday evening and has a family of his own. We are grateful for his knowledge and expertise. Thank you Shawn for coming to our rescue!

Identification of the blockage was quickly found and mitigated. The communication with me between the dispatch as well as the technician was great. .     Willie Williams was fantastic! My water heater broke down and came under the repair of American Home Shield. Mr. Williams said he would not be able to do the job that day the other job that are we scheduled. I thank God that Mr. Williams had a heart he saw how upset I was not have any water for 2 days and mopping up water. He worked us in, although he knew the job was going to take time and he would have to work late to complete the other scheduled jobs. I want to say thank you to MEP for allowing him to put in the hot water tank. I will use them agim without American Home Shield thank you Willie Williams and MEP.

Once they come out, I’ll update my review accordingly.MEP Home Services will be embarrassed by the plumbing work that was done at my house. MEP serviced my home warranty on my new house. I had them come out to fix a leaking drain trap on the sink. The first time they came out, the plumber made a wad of plumbers putty around the leaking area. Obviously this didn’t fix the problem. Still leaked - I had them out again (through the home warranty) and the plumber replaced most of the drain piping under the sink. I looks awful as you can see in the pic. Best part is, it still leaks from the exact same place. The union joint is crooked because the glue joints aren’t straight. It never had a chance to seal.I’m out of the warranty period on my house. I called and asked if MEP would guarantee the work they did a few months ago. The person on the phone said they would not stand behind the work they did and I would have to pay to have someone come out. I’ll have to rip out the work and redo it myself.

    I was scheduled an appointment for Tuesday 07/18/17 for a check up on my AC blowing warm air. John, the technician, told me what was wrong with it in detail. I received an excellent and prompt communication from John, the technician and Ross, the manager. They both did wonders for me. My AC has been replaced today without any hassle and pressure. The impression I got from them and the company they represent are excellent. I would not hesitate to contact them for an appointment. They are very honest people.

Great company, I will use them again, but I will stay away from HMS national home warranty company, terrible service. It took them more than 7 weeks to get a new hot water heater.     I signed up to receive the maintenance package. The first day i had Eric who greeted with me a firm handshake and introduced himself and why he was there. He did all he could however i had frozen coils and it wasn’t much he could do so he scheduled me for the next day and let me know everything i needed to do to make sure the system was ready for the follow up visit. Next i got Gary, he came in with a firm handshake and greeting as well. Gary was super open and honest about everything. He walked me through steps i can take to prevent energy waste during both the summer and winter months. He made sure i was well informed on my options as far as repair options and prices.
