Donovan from roto rooter was excellent. Came in was courteous, asked what happened, quickly diagnosed the problem , gave me a ballpark figure, but when it was easier to find the problem and fix it the cost was less.

Donavon G. was amazing. It would be impossible to ask for a better plumber. The work being done (shut-off valve replacement, toilet fill valve replacement, and bidet replacement) sounds simple and quick, but in my high rise condominium the work involved significant patience and trial and error waiting for the building management to correctly turn off and back on the water as needed to enable the work. Donavon G. was incredibly patient throughout the process including working with the building management to enable the work and being extremely kind and thoughtful with our cats. In addition to Donavon G.s patience and kindness, his work was excellent. The replacements went well and solved all the problems we had been having with our toilet, with no leaks or issues. Best experience with a plumber I have ever had - cannot recommend Donavon G. highly enough. Donavon G. deserves a solid raise or generous bonus for his outstanding work and patient, kind, and thoughtful approach to his job.
