Had some issues with one home toilet. Plumber Plus came within three hours. The technician recommended the same repair for both toilets (one was preventive as both mechanisms were old). Job, with clean up, was completed quickly and professionally.I expect holiday emergency plumbing to be expensive and it was, even with discounts. I cannot evaluate the charge as the receipt is not itemized to separate labor, materials and other costs (requires a special call). But things are back to normal with an essential home function. Work is guaranteed for two years per the verbal statement of the technician. I would recommend the company.

Darin Moore did an incredible job fixing my outdated water pipes and kitchen faucet. He took the time to figure out why the water pressure was too high and replaced several ancient parts of my water valves. Now they are much easier to adjust and I feel confident that my whole system will work smoother now. He fixed and replaced everything in a few hours, same day I called! Amazing, courteous, he explained options in terms I could understand. Wow, I highly recommend Darin and My Plumber Plus to anyone with water or faucet issues.

My water heater went out on a Friday night. My Plumber Plus was the 3rd company I called for a consultation and quote. I called on a Sunday and they were able to send someone out the same day. The technician from My Plumber was courteous and explained everything. Great customer service and presentation and I was sold. Based on all of the information that I was given I felt confident in the decisions I made. By Monday afternoon the work was complete. My step-father gave his stamp of approval so I am extremely satisfied with the service.

My only issue was the price. I do feel they overcharged by 2-3x based on what others were estimating, but as I said the availability was key for me.

We had a wonderful experience with John. He came by for an estimate and was friendly and forthcoming. He gave us recommendations of the work to be done and was not once pushy. Malec of My Plumber did a fantastic job unclogging our drain! Things like this never happened at a convenient time and, per usual, it was a Sunday morning. My plumber was able to get someone to us in the afternoon. It ended up being a plug of old grease and other items that was very deep. He was professional and informative. Their price was extremely reasonable! We thought it would be quite a bit more, especially considering it was on the weekend. My plumber are the only people we call whenever we need work done. They again showed us that they are worthy of our business!

Although willing to do the job that evening, we opted to have him return the next day. He returned as requested and installed a new (upgraded) sump pump as contracted: no fuss, no mess. Jan 2023: During my HVAC checkup from MyPlumber, I was told my 12 year old system is beginning to require work - replacing the motor(?) for about $2K. This would probably be the beginning of more repairs for this aging system. So a recommendation was made for me to consider replacing the HVAC system. Peter Archuleta came out to give me an estimate on a new HVAC system. Being that I only learned about this potentially big bill that day, I was not prepared to make a decision. He said it would be better for me to get an estimate closer to the time that I would be committing, in order to get the truest price (which would include any price increases that could not be anticipated today). We talked about the system I have, possible options for replacing it, and very generic costs for the entire installation. I was pleased with how knowledgeable he seemed to be and that there was no pressure for me to make any decisions or commitments.Jan 2024: Surprisingly, my system still needs to be replaced. ;) Peter came out again and we were able to come to a price point that was acceptable to me. I was satisfied with all of the information he provided to me. He included a wifi thermostat, however he did not give me any options. It was a lot of info, and I didnt think to ask about different thermostats.Feb 2024: Mohammad Abdali and another technician installed my HVAC system in about 8 hours. They were very professional and polite. They left my house in the manner they found it, clean and in order. I am very pleased with the work they did for me.Oct 2024: After not being able to come to my house on Saturday, I scheduled an appointment for Monday and they put me at the beginning of the day. Alex Bonilla did an excellent job replacing my leaking hot water shutoff valve, as well as the valves for the cold water & dishwasher. He was efficient & professional.

My hot water heater was leaking and I contacted MY PLUMBER who have done work for me before. The serviceman they sent out was Justin Murray, a very polite, considerate man. He had previously been on an outside job and was concerned about bringing dirt into my home on his shoes. He immediately changed his shoes and still put booties on to be sure he didnt bring dirt into my home. He checked out my problem and thoroughly explained the situation and a repair was not the solution due to the age and condition of the leaks. He thoroughly explained what had to be done and the costs and any all solutions. Due to the time of day and the parts had to be obtained he apologized that it couldnt be done until the next day; very concerned for the inconvenience to me. If anything were to happen before the next morning when he would be back he instructed me to call and explain the emergency. He was here the next morning as promised and re- explained the proceedure to be sure I was fully aware of the costs and warranty. He was always mindful of my home and if I had any questions and thoroughly cleaned up any and all messes that occurred and took the old unit out and disposed of it and any other refuse. He didnt leave until everything was in working order and made sure my home was not in disarray. Justin Murray is my idea of the perfect repairman to have in my home. I highly recommend him and if I ever need My Plumber again, I hope I can request him. Im glad he was the one sent to fix my problem, no question was to bothersome for him.

Despite an unexpected complication due to a very old PVC fitting, the My Plumber technician, Nick Swinsky, did a very good job replacing my old main shut off valve and pressure regulator, plus the other parts of my routine inspection. Particularly in pointing out to me the symptoms that supported his recommendations - all of which I agreed with after a few moments thought. For example, low water pressure. After he showed me the reading, I recalled several events over the past year or so that supported his conclusion and recommendation. On the job, he replaced a leaking valve under the kitchen sink, cut out a drywall to research a leak in the power room and installed the inflow tech max filtration system for me in one trip. As a courtesy, he patiently replaced my water filter under the sink. Although, it had a few bumps here and there, he didn’t show frustrations and acted professionally. Highly recommended to anyone who needs plumbing work. After he completed all the jobs, he cleaned up the areas before leaving.

Today, Edwin from My Plumber Plus, provided duct cleaning services at my town house. He was punctual and professional throughout the process. He took time to explain the work and answered any questions I had. The duct cleaning and maintenance did not impose on me much at all, as far as being able to work from home, etc. He also provided a discounted quote for equipment to prolong the life of the A/C unit. The whole process was easy from start to finish. I highly recommend My Plumber Plus and in particular Edwin.

Sewage Ejector Pump Replacement - Prompt scheduling when I called. Was late in the day when technician arrived, but assessed the situation and gave me some options. Came back the next morning to do the work. Was quick, cleaned up the area when done, and even fixed the pipe support that was loose on the ceiling. Very happy with the service.

Pajja came prompt as promised,love that My Plumber sent us a pic for ID...our old fuse box was an accident waiting to happen,unknown to us..replaced with a breaker box..and Pajja stayed til job was finished,our fuse box proved to be a trial to get out..and got the new breaker box in,hooked in and all labeled,explained how the surge protector functioned,verified all areas had power and cleaned up..explained what was wrong with old system,what he was doing etc all along the way..also explained the membership plan and all entailed with it..thank you so much My Plumber and Pajja Jackson...
