I am only reviewing Abdul with customer service. Not Home Depot as a whole which I have a few complaints about. But that is not relevant here. I had to return a bunch of items and some withput receipts due to a sub contractor losing them. Mr. Abdul made it a pleasant experience and that says a lot for customer service nowadays where it is almost not even worth dealing with for returns. Home Depot flagged me due to all of the returns withput receipts but Abdul figured how to make it work after hearing my horror story of how I came to be in the position I was in at no fault of my own. He is a manager of 40+ customer service individuals at his full time job. I imagine the people who work under him feel blessed to have such an understanding, compassionate and thorough boss. Two thumbs up to Mr. Abdul!
