I was introduced to Repair24 by the contracted food services vendor used at my place of employment. Since day one, they have rendered excellent services. I typically work with an awesome young lady named Kay Neff who is consistently professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Just overall great! I also shared this company with the Facilities Director and he was also extremely pleased when he tried them as well. Pleased enough to place them on the preferred vendor list for others to come to know. A+ business.

Do you ever have a convection oven go out right before your supposed to cook 5 prime ribs for a catering event. It’s stressful. I called repair 24 and spoke with Savannah and she set me up asap with a tech to come out and be a Hero. I wish I knew the techs name but I was out buying 30 gallons of ice cream when he came. So my assistant manger had the pleasure of working with them.Thanks again Repair 24 for saving the day.

I call and schedule the appointment. The office staff is always polite and they work with to schedule a time that works with my schedule!The technicians are always on time! They call to let me know they are on the way!The technicians are always thorough and knowledgeable. Called this service for emergency repair of a commercial ice maker. We previously had two other companies we contacted for the repair. One NEVER returned our calls (must not have needed the business). The other stated they could be here within the hour. They showed up the next day. This machine is an integral part of our business and used constantly throughout the day. These two companies cost me two days. Called Repair 24. Explained the problem. They showed up in less than two hours with the needed parts ON THEIR TRUCK. Repair took a little over an hour. Back in business. These guys are my go to from here on out
