    Kinnett professional Dan Sharky arrived early. He was knowledgeable, helpful, made great suggestions and even taught us DIYers a few things along the way. Our faucet was installed, but he also sold us a new hose connector for our toilet, which may be causing a whistling sound in the lines. He reviewed the cost of all before proceeding, and even hauled away the grungy old plumbing parts. We were left with a beautifully functioning bathroom at a fair price. Just delighted!     A top-to-bottom excellent experience. Called the night before after finding a leak from my hot water heater and they were out by 11am the next day (this was a non-emergency, but still urgent). On the phone, I received great advice to stem the leak and it worked, so at least they are very experienced and know some tricks to assist even before seeing the issue. My tech was on time and gave me a range of options, with pricing, and I decided to replace my water heater after discovering it was 20-years old! Right then, he said he could replace the whole thing in 3-hours. I was shocked at how quick it would be. They also stuck to the quoted price even though he needed a few extra parts. Thats an excellent company with no up-selling. They will get my business again for sure and I highly recommend them.

I was especially pleased with all the work on the kitchen sink with new faucet and added sprayer, and even with replacement of the drain pipes that were in bad condition.     I woke up Monday morning (10/16/23) to a leaking water heater. I called one company to come out and assess the problem. They stated that I needed a new one, because it was leaking from the bottom. They gave me a price, but my co-worker mentioned to me that she was having Kinnett Plumbing perform the same task for her on Tuesday. She mentioned the price and it was $350 cheaper. So I pivoted, and schedule with Kinnett who offered to do the job the next day. The guys who installed everything were professional and I was kept in the loop the entire time via text. Thanks. These jobs are expensive, but shop around until you find what’s comfortable for you. It was my time I guess. My old unit lasted 17 years.

    I was fixing my old leaking Delta 1400 shower, but the brass bonnet stuck. Other Plumbing companies wanted to replace the whole cartridge and body valve with other brands (Moen, Kohler), and make a hole on the drywall....very expensive! Kevin just chisel and hammer to get the bonnet out...$120.Update 6/7/2024: Milton and Dan replaced the Delta cartridge of the master bedroom shower about 3 weeks ago. Then right beneath the shower pipe, the kitchen ceiling had 4”x4” wet spot. The next day after I called they fixed it.Initially they wanted me to pay. After short argument, Milton called Kevin the owner, and Kevin dropped the charge.This company has grown large in a few years given their past great services and fair cost. So it is wonderful to know that the owner still manages it with personal touch and integrity. Honestly, I was losing my faith, but Kevin came to the rescue!

I had tried various solutions on my own, including snaking the drain to 25 ft, but nothing helped. They cleared out large grease deposits out to 65 feet, restored drain functionality, and left everything cleaner than when they arrived.Also great: the easy booking and transparent pricing on their website, whereas other plumbers I’ve worked with have made it more difficult to determine all potential costs upfront. I was also quoted $70 more for the same job by another local plumbing company.     Trying to fix an old bath faucet got me stuck with a broken piece, faucet parts all over the place, and house water shut off at 4pm in the afternoon. I saw I was not going to fix this on my own. Having used Kinnett Plumbing before with excellent results, I called and talked with Kevin the owner, explained my problem and the fact that I did not want my water to be shut off all night. He was understanding, and noting it was late in the day, said he would see what he could do. 15 minutes later, one of his plumbers arrived, and in about an hour my problem was solved! I was so glad to have called Kinnett to bail me out of this situation, as they we able to respond right away, were friendly, efficient and quick in handling the job and my situation. I will use them again; and recommend Kinnett Plumbing to anyone wanting quality workmanship.

    I was able to get service for my water heater next business day. Given options to repair or replace with prices upon arrival. Very professional, clean, thorough. Replaced both elements which were corroded and burnt and both thermostats. Price very reasonable. Job completed within 1 hour. Would definitely recommend.

    I’ve used Kinnett plumbing several times now. It is always easy to schedule appointments and they send you text message reminders. They even text you when they are on their way.Over the years I’ve used a lot of different plumbers, but Kinnett plumbing is by far the best! I’ll never use another company again.     Ive used Kinnett Plumbing for years and trust Kevin and the plumbers he sends out. Last week Jack and Richard showed up to repair a whole house filter housing. They showed me what was wrong, fixed it and charged a very reasonable hourly rate. And they were very careful to clean up and make sure everything was in working order.

    Kinnett Plumbing just rocked it. Client had a plumbing issue and we scheduled a service call with Kinnett, who was originally recommended to me by an associate several months back.     If you need a great plumber, just call Kinnett. We have been using Kinnett for the last three years. They do what they say will, when they say they will and do it right! They also do not talk down to you, but will explain what they are doing and why. The plumbers are always friendly and clearly try to make everything they do work for the customer. I had four faucets in three baths to install today. They did it in three hours and left the bathrooms neat and clean.     Dan and his team did a great, quick and reasonably priced job! He explained everything he did and addressed all my random questions. Kevin (the owner) was easy to communicate with and text updates for appointment time and when team was en route was wonderful!     This company is fantastic. Reasonable prices and quick and efficient service. Over the years we have had a couple of plumbing emergencies, and they have come in and fixed them really quick and with great results. Had them come in and re-plumb the entire house, and they completed it in two days, and installed a toilet and garbage disposal as well. Very reasonably priced, and lower than what most of my neighbors paid, since they all have the same brittle pipes in all of these houses and had to re-plumb also.I would recommend this company for any plumbing repair work. All great people, too.

I called about a small job. Believe or not, the owner, Kevin Kinnett answered and scheduled my job with one of his plumbers within a day. The young man who showed up was professional, on time (actually 10 minutes early!), installed the new kitchen faucet and even corrected something he found while installing the faucet!     Great experience from Tommy. My hot water heater stopped working and he was able to come by the next day and replace it. He also pointed out some other preventative fixes that I had him do. The price for everything was reasonable and the work was quick and thorough. What more can you ask for with a plumber. Ill be using him again if I ever need any plumbing done.

    Late on a Saturday my 20+ year old water heater decided to throw in the towel. It was leaking badly and obviously not producing any hot water. I called a few local places, and was told by answering services to call back Monday. Kevin Kinnett took my call, told me how to shut off the water, and explained my options. Monday morning a plumber came out, inspected my situation, and gave me a thorough quote. By 3 pm, my new water heater was fully functional, the plumbing associated with the water heater was replaced with modern and up-to-code materials. The guys were very friendly and professional.     Great prices! Needed a shower faucet cartridge replacement. Everyone else quoted way higher. These guys got the work done quickly, came out the same day I called and didnt try to upsell me. They such a superb job that I will try again to submit this:Dan and his assistant, Christian arrived on time on a busy day for them and got right to work to get an old, leaking dishwasher removed and our new dishwasher installed. I was surprised to watch how difficult it is to do this. Dan spent an hour and a half laying on the floor winning the battle against 15-20 year old connections, rerouting them to perfectly install the new beast (much heavier than I realized).     I called Kinnett after another plumber visited but did not followup. Dan and Chris came out and did a thorough diagnosis of the problem. Rather than the expensive job their competitor proposed after just a quick look that wouldnt have worked, Dan and Chris fixed the problem for a third of the price the other plumber proposed. I have already scheduled other jobs for them. Definitely call Kinnett first!

    I called Kevin at Kinnett Plumbing this morning and was able to get someone here in a few hours. I had an outside spigot that was spraying water and was unable to be used. They replaced the hose bib and it works great. Kinnett is my go to plumber. I would recommend them to anyone.
