The only thing that I don’t like it was that they didn’t covered the clothes closet to do the cleaning in the closet rooms .We are very happy with the service. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and explained what air conditioner would be best for our home given its size and why this was the best time to buy. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough in his responses. He was personable and polite, courteous and professional. We have always had excellent experiences with Furr personnel. In fact he helped us select our furnace four years ago and was quite helpful and knowledgeable. For this reason, since our last experience was so good, We were actually relieved to know he was still with Furr and we would be working with him again on the air conditioner purchase. Cody was outstanding! A gentleman and professional. He completely replaced my water heater after it ruptured on New Years Eve and truly seemed happy to help. He explained all of the new equipment and features and was a pleasure to talk to. He was even great with my very friendly lab who was trying to play with him while he was working. I was completely satisfied with the service and would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need!

Riley was professional, patient and very knowledgeable of his job. He arrived at my home between the window first indicated when establishing the appointment. He first stated why he was visiting my home to fix my furnace. I agreed. He had an electronic list of the company’s diagnostic process which he shared before he started and after he finished. I was very pleased with a collection of pictures he had taken of the furnace. No other company had done this before. He went step by step of what actions he had taken to fix the problem. I was very pleased with his performance. I highly recommend his services. I would definitely look forward to working with Riley, again. He recommended the home service plan for future use. I signed up for this plan. He is an asset to his company.

There comes a time when youre adulting that you need to quit running around and put a ring on it. FH Furr, youve got my heart. We are locked into a lifelong commitment based on plumbing, water, and wattage - all the systems.We called them to help us with a duct cleaning.Hamid and his associate arrived on time. Thank goodness for the automated text that they send letting us know the teams arrival time. I definitely dont need to anxiously worry about waiting all day.When the team got here, they were professional, laid down a tarp so that they wouldnt get our floor dirty, put on little foot booties, and got straight to work.They cleaned the heck out of our ducts, finding and removing two dead mice in the process 🤢. Ive never been so excited to have someone show me pictures of the before and after of my own ducts. frankly, if I could rate these folks six stars, I would.In short FH Furr take all my money. I dont need no prenup. While it is definitely not permitted for an individual to marry an company, I will at least leave you with this vow: I pledge to make sure my ducts are cleaned every couple of years. I commit to keeping up my preventive maintenance. May your tools never rust and your vans always run smoothly.

Michael and Jordon and crew fixed a real bad plumbing mess. Turns out basement toilet was not securely put in place. This allowed plant roots to find a hairline entry. But that flange problem showed that the connecting line was all messed up.Nonetheless, these guys arrived Wednesday morning and finished the whole job: evacuating concrete floor; opening wallboard; disassembling bad pipes; laying out a drain system that would work for the toilet, sink and washer drain lines; pouring quik dring cement; and cleaning up after themselves. This mess job was completed by 5 pm!Jordon told us to run the dishwasher, the washing machine, and run the kitchen and bathroom faucets - go to town. He said, do it now so we all know that we did a good job. We did; and things all flowed well.It was unfortunate that our kitchen drain line clogged up. It was unfortunate that the auger tip got jammed in the drain line. But it was fortunate that Micheal and crew were assigned to make things right. They did not make up the disaster hiding below our bathroom floor and the adjacent washroom wall. They were there and fixed what was found - and quickly did a great job.

We are well served by our service contracts with FH Furr, we have contracts for Heating/AC and for plumbing. This is for my mother’s household, she is elderly, and my autistic brother lives there with her. The technicians have always been prompt, helpful, and are well experienced with the maintenance and repairs we have needed. They thoroughly document what they find, whether all is OK or something needs attention or repairing. The technicians are not just professional, they are gentle and respectful and take the time to make sure my mother and brother are comfortable with what they are doing, which means a lot! The technicians contact me for a report on what they find, and any repairs needed or suggested. Then, along with the detailed photos they take of the equipment, it makes it simple and quick for me to make repair decisions. From experience I know I can trust their analysis, their work, and importantly their presence in my elderly and vulnerable mother’s household. Every technician for all the services has met this standard, thank you. Most recently is was Noah Boyer-Rios and John Paul Becker that helped. John Paul was following up on a potential issue that Noah found, which turned out not to be an issue and did not need attention or repairs, reinforcing my trust in their honesty.

The technician came much later than expected but I was informed every two hours by text messages. Frank Brown was knowledgeable, friendly. I was happy with Frank and his work. I wish the company could have given its customers a more defined time frame appointment. As a customer, we have to wait around for phone calls as when to expect the technician. It could be anytime during the day.

After a home visit from supervisor Brian and their first securing Charles County electrical and plumbing permits (and a today passed County inspection), we moved forward with FH Furr on the installation of our new 80 gallon A O Smith electric water heater via their licensed master plumber John and plumbing assist Erik. John removed our 14 year old heater and with Erik installed the new tank we enjoy now. If you have a tank more than 10 years old and its sediment has not been consistently drained twice a year, you may need a new tank. Thank you, Brian, John, and Erik for all of your hard work. First, the company promptly booked an in-service when I sought service; after calling for assistance, they arrived here in less than twenty-four hours. After that, they called and texted me with status updates. A text with a photo of the anticipated technician was also delivered by the company. Ryan, the technician, was on time, courteous, competent, and quite thorough when inspecting my HVAC system. In addition to having the most superb customer service than many techs I have ever worked with, his honesty and expertise really stood out. The degree of professionalism reflects well on the business overall. This will undoubtedly be my first choice for any HVAC related needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Alieu and his associate who cleaned the air ducts in our home. They were both extremely nice and answered my many questions! Alieu advised me on checking my dryer vent duct too which I had no idea needed to be done! He also told me about their membership program, and I was able to sign up and save money on my current service and future ones!We are very picky about our home, and about being super careful around some expensive sound equipment, and both associates respected all our requests. I’m two for two with getting terrific techs! Within the same week I had electrical issues and my laundry room flooded. With Junior, the plumber came, I told him what I thought the issue was. Just as I had told the other plumber from another company. The difference is Junior actually listen to me and the other plumber didn’t.I was very impressed with he customer service and professional but friendly attitude. But most of all listening to me. Turns out I was correct as to what the issue was, I just didn’t know how to fix it.

Brandon was AWESOME! He answered all of my (too many) questions. He taught me a lot of about my house’s HVAC system and how to properly take care of it. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and identified an easily overlooked issue. Our HVAC system is only two years old and at a quick glance seemed to work properly however, Brandon noticed our thermostat was not set to use our Heat Pump. Upon changing these settings, he realized our heat pump was only putting out cold air. He further investigated the heat pump and found that the reversing valve was not operating as intended. I am so thankful for his vast knowledge and troubleshooting skills. I’ve learn a TON and am so thankful that there is a remedy for this issue. 10/10 !!!

Clayton Tudor from FH Furr arrived at the time the dispatcher indicated. He wore protective booties to prevent damage to flooring. Clayton wrote up a quote for installing my new utility tub in a different location to provide for larger front-end washing machine. He adapted his plan to accomodate missing tiles under old tub, cut replacement tiles to fit, and added shims to level the tub. Clayton worked into the early evening to finish the work, and left my house with a nicely installed tub ready for a new appliance.

He used multiple camera lines to search out the blockage, and while unable to locate it, did find out that it was more than 160ft from where he entered the pipe, so well into the sewer main. His explanation of his efforts, as well as those efforts themselves were top notch. I dont leave reviews often, but this really was 5-star service. F.H Furr is usually very reliable, and Michael sets their standards even higher.

We have had wonderful technicians each time we have worked with them. Most recently, ALEXANDER MELGAR, inspected our entire plumbing system and was very kind and patient with me and all of my questions. He didnt hesitate to explain things and even made our dog very happy with lots of rubs. The inspection was completed and that day we were offered an appointment as soon as the following day to get the work done. That is very unusual these days, especially in this area. Was very polite and a clear communicator. However, two things were left incomplete. There was an old piece of electrical hardware that was supposed to be removed. That was not. And the car charger didn’t have the front panel hooked up, which is required for the Bluetooth pairing. I had to remove the front panel and attach the wire myself in order for it to work. Despite there being an extremely large instruction label on the panel saying, be sure to connect as final step.

Riley was incredible, friendly and communicative and came late at night on short notice and got our HVAC system fixed very quickly after we had already had a technician from a different company misdiagnose it as an electrical issue. Riley not only solved the issue very quickly but also took the time to explain in detail the root cause of the issue but also shared some additional knowledge on how our system worked. He also took the time to explain to us how we could better maintain our system and easily fix the issue in the future if it were to happen again.
