    Wanda provided us with wonderful customer service. Even though our home warranty expired, she was able to help save us a lot of money by guiding us through the process of ordering the exact part that was needed. We would highly recommend Wanda and Atlas Plumbing to anyone in need of service or repairs. The technician that serviced our home (Dave) was also efficient and extremely professional.

    Kevin is THE BEST!!!! I am a first time homeowner and not knowledgeable with anything related too plumbing. The two times I have had to call Atlas in the same weekend Kevin has been super helpful and I am learning from him!!! He has resolved both of my issues and I feel less stressed and informed! He is super professional, calm and friendly!

    If I could give less than one star, I would. AVOID at all costs! We purchased an NV home that had a flood 3 years ago as it was being built. After closing, we noticed soot coming from our water heater. As it was under warranty, we called NV who sent out Atlas and without disassembling anything, declared the water heater safe. They stated the black soot that continued to appear could not be coming from the water heater. Prior to the end of our warranty period, they came out once more and stated the same. Within the last 6 months and with continued soot being blown out from underneath, we had them service it on our own. $300+ and 2 hours on their cell phone at the car later, the technician arrived at the same conclusion. I suppose I should be happy they at least dissembled the top part of the water heater that time. Well, our pilot light went out this week and when I was inspecting it, it turned back on illuminating the entire underside of our water heater to be filled with dried mud, and the blowing of air from the ignition of the pilot light which indicated the clear source of the soot. Needless to say this time, we called another plumber who diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, and then cleaned the bottom of our tank and heating element in less than an hour.Updated review: Atlas and NV reached out to us after writing these reviews and complaining to NV directly. The owner of Atlas called and spoke to my husband apologizing and coordinated with NV to secure and install a new water heater in addition to refunding the costs of the visit we had originally paid for. The owner came out to supervise the installation as well. Thank you Atlas, for making this right.

    Everyone Ive dealt with from Atlas was professional, courteous, and communicative. I had a hose-bib repair completed on a new-construction home. The plumber explained to me what the problem was, ensured I was happy with the result, and was able to answer my questions. The office was also very flexible and helped reschedule based on some last minute changes on my end (the day before). Thanks Atlas.

    Wow! Thats the level of service I experienced. While everyone else I spoke to said I needed to replace my water heater, David assured me, on the phone that most likely that was not going to be the case. He also assured me that I would have hot water the day he came to inspect my unit. His confidence, knowledge and follow through were amazing. A true professional. He replaced my expansion tank (which had a leak), and also fixed two other faucets in my house. I wont call anyone else ever again. He saved me over $1,500. Thank you David for all your hard work.

    Warren was prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Fixed us right up and even told us about a coupon we could use. As a female at home alone during the day, it is VERY important for me to feel secure, and Warren did just that. This is our second time using Atlas, we had them out for our business also, and each time we were greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable service person. Would definitely recommend them!

    Andy & Matt were the plumbers from Atlas who came to our residence and they both completed a thorough, professional and A++++++job in a kind, informative manner. They both went above and beyond explaining what was being completed as well as answering additional questions we had concerning other plumbing questions. We will continue to call Atlas in the future given our amazing experience we had with Andy & Matt. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

    Just moved in to a home in FBurg. Had two issues to be sorted out in the first two days, no hot water and no pressure in the fridge water line. Atlas came out right away and fixed both things under warranty. Service was prompt, they kept us informed as to arrival times, and the two techs were both competent and polite.I would very much recommend this outfit for your plumbing needs. Not that you ever want to have to call a plumber, but if you do, these guys are the ones to call.

    As part of finishing my basement I contracted with Atlas Home Services to install the bathroom. This involved cutting through the concrete floor and installing a grinder pump and new lines for the toilet, vanity and shower. The guys were wonderful (Matt, David, Russell). I would most definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have. Very pleased!

    I discovered a hot water tank issue on a Monday morning. Atlas Home Services was able to schedule same day. Who does that? And on a Monday? Atlas sent text messages with technician ETA updates. The tech, Wayne, was professional, friendly, and approachable. Other service companies can learn a lot from Atlas!

    We had this company for the improvement of a hose lying loosely underneath our kitchen sink. We needed to have it securely held up so there is no reverse flow of the water when the drainage is clogged. The company came and quickly installed a rope to tie the hose up high. Very satisfied with their service!

    I had an emergency call to Atlas for a toilet leak. The service staff directed me what to do while I waited for the plumber to prevent more leaking. The plumber arrived within hours of my call. He was super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it immediately. He noticed another problem with a different toilet and fixed it while he was there. Great service. I definitely will use them again for future work and recommend Atlas to others.

    Wayne was very professional and helpful. He discovered a leak and fixed it. He also help solve the mystery of sticky hallway coming from the drain. He said clean water needs to be poured into the drain weekly (for 2 years no water has been poured into the drain).
