We have had a large clog in our kitchen sink pipe and called several plumbers to clear it. None of the plumbers fixed the problem using snaking or liquid cleaners. All American Jetting has the best solution to the problem, they use high powered water jet to completely clean the pipes. I would not bother trying to snake your pipes any more just call All American Jetting for a more permanent solution.The service who did the work was well informed, explained what he was doing and was very professional. I highly recommend All American Jetting.

Matt and his helper were very thorough in their assessment of our issue. They used a camera in the pipe and showed us where the leak was coming from. (There’s a hole in the drainpipe which is wedged between a tiled shower wall and a cinderblock foundation wall.) They explained the complexity of the problem to us so that we would feel more comfortable when discussing it with the plumber / remediation team. They helped us greatly by vacuuming up the water that was in the bathroom and disposing of some of the wet material. Were an older couple and we really appreciated. I highly recommend Matt and All American Jetting & Drain Services.

Don and team were great! This is the third time they’ve and provided service to our home and we are always happy! Our sewer line has a tiny crack that allows tree roots to grow in. Instead of spending thousands and thousands to dig up landscaping and pavement, we have All American Jetting, clear the line with water. It is quick and painless.

William sent two lovely guys(Matt and his partner) who showed up on a Sunday afternoon, were super laid-back and easy to deal with, but very knowledgeable and got started. They were able to do what two plumbers before them had not been able to do, which was push through the blockage(saving my clients 20k+ dollars Which was the estimate from the prior company who had been out telling them that they had to jack up their entire basement floor and the main sewage line), which we later found out were 4 river rocks (photo below) that had entered the drain from when the previous homeowners had a stone/drainage company do some waterproofing/mitigation work and weren’t careful. I’m a realtor of 23 years in this area and I will never use another company again to deal with drains. These people are my go-to now. Thanks guys!

I have used American Jetting & Drain twice in the past year for two separate blockage issues, per the recommendation of our plumber. The two calls were done by two different teams -- every person I worked with including intake person was excellent. Great and friendly communication, excellent explanation of everything they planned to do and charge for, extremely knowledgeable, and able to answer any question or give recommendations for each issue. Documentation of work including videos were sent promptly for claims purposes. They go the extra mile to get as much understanding of what is going on with the system and will give recommendations for preventing future problems. I dont think you will find a Jetting service that rivals this one.

His first idea of the problem was right and he solved it, which saved us a lot of money and aggravation. There was no pressure sales or trying to up-sale for a service that wasnt needed. What I was not expecting was the technicians showing up loaded for bear and ready to work as soon as I accepted the estimate. After having to call the plumber every year for 3 years in a row to unclog our chronically backed up kitchen drain, I thought it was time to look for an alternative solution to snaking. My research led me to discover All American and I am so glad I did. Everyone I dealt with from this company were very pleasant and helpful. Evelyn took my call and patiently answered my questions. Amazingly, she was able to schedule a service for me the very next day, a Saturday, at no extra charge. Matt was the assigned technician and is a true professional. Called with an ETA, arrived on time, explained the whole process before and during the entire job. He seems to genuinely enjoy what he does and takes pride in it. As he should! After 2 Plumbing Companies were unable to clear a sewer main clog the Plumber referred me to All American Jetting & Drain Services. They were sensitive to my emergency and had a crew at my home within an hour. The crew was very personable and professional. In addition, they were very careful not to soil my home, walls or floors. An hour later the sewer main was opened. They didnt stop there. A video inspection was performed on the complete 126 of pipe (home to city main). Although the 45 years old pipe was showing its age, there were no damaged sections or root infestation. I am glad I called AAJDS and would definitely recommend them. Lastly, I get a copy of the video inspection without additional fee.

They got right to work and started with a camera inspection of the drain. Showed me the clogged drain on the camera and we had it jetted to remove the clog. It was successful and they recommended a pipe restoration of our 50 year old cast iron pipes which we will be pursuing later this month. Overall straight forward, professional, and explained things well. Would recommend them for anyone having drain issues.

He also gave us a number of helpful hints on how to keep it from happening again. Matt’s a personable, thoroughly professional plumber who clearly knows his business inside and out. They sent an expert crew to my house within 2-3 hours of my call. American leaves the site clean, and everything is always put back in place, and in the right place. We had a septic tank odor and thought that it could have been a broken pipe from the house to the tank. We had just had our tank emptied and a cover repaired two months ago, so we were concerned. We called All American and several other companies. All American was the only one who responded immediately. We were told that two guys would be out the next day to see what needed to be done and were given a window of time in the morning. They texted us an hour before they arrived to alert us. They checked out the septic area and gave us details of what they thought the issue was..... We had forgotten that there was a layer of dirt removed a while ago and never replaced. They told us to try replenishing the soil as a barrier for a cost effective method to try first. They were knowledgeable and honest. It was refreshing to have professionals offer a common sense approach. We will do that, and they suggested if there is still an odor, they recommend a smoke test. We remembered that we had used All-American five years ago when we had a bigger issue with our septic system and we were very pleased with the service we received, so we looked them, hoping that they could come out today. John worked efficiently, kept us apprised of what he was doing, gave us options and suggestions and resolved our issue. He let us know what the price range would be before he started working and, ultimately, the fee charged was slightly less than the bottom of the range quoted. We also really appreciate the video feed of our main drain lines as he ran his camera through the pipes. Finally, I appreciate the fact that he was honest with us and didnt try to upsell any additional services. They came to do a smoke test for us, but figured out we had an open dry drainpipe under our house, that several professional plumbers missed two years earlier. They also figured out that our water treatment system wasnt draining properly. And they took photos and sent us documentation about what needed to be done by the plumbers who we will hire. After calling to notify me of their arrival on site I met them and walked them through the building I needed service at, they were both patient and listened to what I had to share before explaining what their workflow would be to resolve my issue. After jetting I was invited to witness the camera inspection, the main drain ended up being composed of two different types of piping- one of which is unfortunately failure prone. Because I have an unusually long line, their camera was not able to see the entire length, and a second visit was scheduled for the next week. We were having main drain issues and needed video inspection with a strong cleaning. If it didnt work, it would involved major demo and reconstruction under our home. William was terrific. He and his assistant did the video and showed us the exact problem in our cast iron pipes. It hadnt been cleaned in years so a buildup of grease and even a tiny piece of glass. We ended up using All American Jetting & Drain Services for a slow drain.The technician that came out, John, was very knowledgeable and explained everything that would be done in detail. While there he discovered and was able to identify a larger issue that was the root cause of our drain problems. After that was fixed the technician came back to finish the job and the owner personally called to make certain everything went smoothly as promised. Fantastic customer service here with these folks. Would be happy to use them again but dont think Ill never need them since they did such a great job but definitely would recommend them for anyone else needing jetting service.

These guys are the real deal. They have the best machinery to get the job done. It’s hard to gauge pricing or what a typical job will cost because they have to inspect your pipes with a camera first to get a understanding of what’s going on. That being said, their pricing is very fair and can be far less then what you expect it to be if the job is simple, quick, clean, and easy. They only do this line of work. They have the high-end machinery to get the job done right. If you inquire with other companies I would definitely ask them about the type of machinery they’re running because that’s ultimately what’s going to dictate how fast and efficient and well your drains gets cleaned. Would definitely recommend these guys anytime and will hire them again in the future should any issues arise.

Ive been an All American customer from way back and have no expectation of changing. Normally, I call and schedule a visit for normal lateral maintenance. This time, I had a minor emergency, called, and Melinda and Evelyn scheduled me for service that day. John called the follow up, got details, and I decided that next morning would work. William Higgins was my tech on this job. He arrived on time, professionally completed the job (once I got out of the way), and provided information and recommendations for managing my lateral. Every tech that serviced my property has been well trained, technically competent, and professional. I cant expect another company to meet All American Jettings competence and professional standards.

Outstanding experience. This was the third company I had out to clear/diagnose why my main sewer line kept backing up. These guys were the only ones to clearly determine that there were two breaks in the line which were allowing dirt and gravel to enter the line, creating blockages. They suctioned out the debris then provided photos and video that clearly showed the problem, and they explained the likely cause.They also explained what would likely be necessary for repair. Now Im armed with the info I need to move forward with a fix.I highly recommend.

Matthew T. Bullard (and another team member, the name escapes me) came to my home to resolve a rather nasty clog in the drain of my second bathrooms tub-shower. This clog was particularly nasty, and another plumbing service said I needed specialists with certain equipment to snake or hydro jet the drain. This problem was particularly acute because there was no access panel in the condo unit. On top of all of this, I was attempting to get my place ready to sell. The guys came out and resolved the issue in less than an hour. Had it not been for them, I would have been looking at a very costly and. time consuming situation, possibly involving the removal of parts of a wall. I am most grateful for their work and that this issue was resolved without further drama.

The customer service rep listened to my concern and even though this wasnt an urgent matter, 2 techs were dispatched to my home within 3 hours. They diagnosed the problem, told me the options for fixing it along with the costs and I made my decision. Junior and Adam knew exactly what to do and explained everything as it was being done. Here I am recovering from surgery while taking care of a sick husband and I get a back-up in the toilet and shower pipes!I called All American Jetting and I get the wonderful voice of Evelyn, who was kind enough to squeeze us immediately despite how busy they were.In no time I get two young men, dressed professionally and covering their shoes so they won’t soul my floors. They were knowledgeable and properly diagnosed the problem, which they tended to immediately and efficiently including taking a video from inside the pipes.Evelyn followed up with a call to make sure we were satisfied with the service.I couldn’t have been luckier that I stumbled upon this company, which, from now on, will be my go to for any plumbing issues.They fixed a problem with leaking water through two levels that we’ve been suffering from for years and nobody was able to solve the mystery till this company came.If you want a customer oriented company, this is the one. Malinda on the phone and the 2 techs that came were all friendly, helpful & professional. Their Jet service is notInexpensive, but much more thorough way to clear my drain vs just a snake and should be more cost effective in the long term. They resolved the short term problem, and identified the long term problem to be repaired at my convenience under better weather conditions.

It’s never a great situation to have to call a plumber to jet a drain, but All American was great. The plumbers were patient in explaining things, polite, and through.
