    Was able to get a same-day service call. Even though the technician arrived later than scheduled, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and correct it. He also discussed some preventative options I could consider having done to my HVAC to decrease issues in the near future.     I found Airflow through a local consumer magazine about a decade ago. They installed my replacement HVAC system and have serviced it since. Always helpful, informative, timely, and pleasant to deal with right from my call to schedule my annual service. Although weve had a couple different service techs over the years, they are all nice to deal with.

    We have used their excellent services over the past 20 years. They do an excellent job each time and on time for our HVAC, Fire place and 25-year-old Water heater that finally broke down this year. Technician Geo and his team came out and replaced it within 24 hours!...Thanks a million.

    Very pleased with Airflow Service Company. Requested a Trane heat pump service appointment from Airflow’s web site, and they called me back within 24 hours. Confirmed a good appointment time. Technician Geo showed up the next day right on time. Heat pump issue was a little wonky but he figured it out pretty quickly and gave me a service quote on the spot, which they stuck to. (Suspected problem was due to a rushed original installation by another company’s technicians.) Geo ordered the parts, which were covered under Trane’s warranty, and installed them the next day. Due to the nature of the installation it took a full day for technicians Geo and Joshua to complete the work, but they did a great job. Everything’s back to normal, heat pump’s up and running like a top - cleaned up after work was completed - everything. T’was a bit pricey, but we’re grateful it all got sorted out so quickly. Very professional. Would definitely use Airflow Service Company again.

    I had an excellent experience with this business. During heating system maintenance they made a recommendation of service that would improve efficiency of our system. The service was reasonably priced, easy to schedule, and afterward I could tell a noticeable difference in the power of the air coming from the vents. It was a pleasure working with Gary, who was very professional, and provided excellent advice on heating and cooling maintenance. I took advantage of an online coupon for this first contact with the company, but I will definitely use them again.

    Just replaced our AC and furnace with Airflow on July 13 and they did a great job. Cody and Dylan from Airflow were right on time for the install and it took an amazing 5 - 5.5 hours - thought it was gonna be a lot longer but they worked hard and had us back in cool temps in no time. Great job, highly recommend!

    Rick from Airflow Service came out to service our fireplace. He did a fantastic job. He was very courteous, friendly, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He should give lessons to other service providers on how to properly do customer service. He even explained how the system works and gave me some tips about how to keep it in great working condition. I will definitely call Airflow Service again!

    I have been with this company for over 15 years. I had the same service person nearly the entire time until he recently retired. This company services my furnace in the winter and the A/C in the summer. They will sometimes call me to set up the appt if I havent done so, which I appreciate. They are professional and friendly. I highly recommend them. During the summer (2021), my 13 y.o. A/C died (which they had installed) and I didnt realize it for about a week. (Im a hot weather person!) They were here the week following my call and installed the new one in less than 2 hours.(2023) I have a new permanent person, Ray. Hes very helpful and I find all of their personnel to be friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!!

    Great experience from Gary at Airflow. He took the time to inspect the system thoroughly. He walked through the various features of my thermostat, which I was not previously aware of. I was also provided a number of tips on how to regulate the temperature in my house during each season. This type of service just shows that customer service is important to them.

    We bought our Trane furnace from Airflow 17 years ago and have been very happy with it. Now and then it needs routine maintenance or a replacement for a part that has worn out. The company takes care of us at reasonable prices. One time a worker was too quick to suggest replacing the whole furnace when all we needed to replace was the fan, but that is, unfortunately, a common error. In my prior home the furnace kept working well for 20 years after representatives from various companies started advising me to replace it.

We have found this to be true with all of the AirFlow technicians who have helped us over the past few years and know we can count on them.

    Gary Cronin from AIRFLOW Service Company efficiently and effectively provided A/C preventive maintenance. He was thorough and provided a detailed report of all the work done, the condition of parts, connections, and more as well as describe their current working order. He fully and clearly addressed all questions. In addition, I had scheduled the appointment a few weeks in advance for arrival on Friday, July 9 between 12 pm and 5 pm. and on Wednesday night after business hours I left a message that I had to reschedule because of an urgent need to depart from my residence by 3 pm on Friday. AIRFLOW office staff responded early Thursday morning and quickly identified an opportunity to adjust start time to between 9 am and 2 pm. Gary came by at about 11:30 am on Friday and was able to complete maintenance in a relatively short time period.

    We are happy Airflow customers for more than 8 years. The best technician who usually takes care of the maintenance of our system is Charles. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything very detailed and he is also very polite. He also keeps our older cooling and heating system in perfect condition. If there are any repairs necessary, we get a very good price and prompt service. This is a great company we trust!!!!! The office ladies are also very nice and helpful.We very highly recommend this company!

    Airflow has been awesome to work with installing and ensuring my outdoor fireplace is up and running. Rick has been terrific to work with and very professional and straight forward. He is a hard worker and got to the root of the problem to correct it and get our fireplace working.     The Airflow team was great!Airflow installed a Regency RC500e gas stove for me and from the planning, estimation to installation they did a great job! I highly recommend them, I am a real customer. The modifications to house plumbing and placement were no problem. They helped get me a granite pad and modify my gas line so my deep freezer was clear of it. Good pricing, practiced COVID safety and wore protective shoe covering...all around bang up job! Exceeded my expectations.

    Our technician showed up early which is always nice (He did call ahead). He went straight to work checking our system only to find that the issue we had experienced is common among gas fireplaces like ours. He was professional and courteous and represented the company extremely well. Well do business with them again!

    We had a good experience with our Airflow crew. They troubleshooted on the fly when it was discovered that our thermostat needed to be relocated (the wiring of the old system was very strange). When we discovered after they left that the intake vent wasn’t quite flush with the wall, I called them early the next day and it was corrected before noon! Very prompt! The cost of the work was also much better than some of the competition. Overall very pleased!

    Andy was very helpful in selecting a gas insert for our very small fireplace. The installation guys had a tricky job getting it to fit but they did a great job.     After receiving no response from the HVAC company that my home warranty placed our service request with, I decided to contact a different company to see if we could have someone come out ASAP. Based on Airflows reviews, I elected to call them. They were immediately responsive and warned about it possibly being a long wait time since all the techs were out on installs. I definitely appreciated the honesty! Just being able to actually talk to someone made me happy.The tech Cody ended up coming earlier then planned and immediately found and fixed the issue with the drainage pipe. If it werent for COVID-19, I would of hugged that man!! The heat and I do NOT get along, especially with 2 dogs and a house full of kids. The cost for the service was reasonable and the quality was exceptional!!Airflow, Thank you so much for the fast response and for employing excellent people.     Professional and courteous — explained what he did and what his review revealed. Of course it’s just wonderful as a client when —you wake up to a hot June Friday morning to discover your AC isn’t working—that your HVAC company comes the same day to diagnose and promptly repair your AC! But we know w AirFlow it’s not just a one off—we have received consistent service and consideration. Our repairman, Gary, was here in the Spring and worked a trickier repair for us—it was nice to have him again. We use Airflow for our rental property as well. We recommend the maintenance plan.

    We just had a new A/C unit and also new furnace installed for the upstairs area of our home by Airflow Service Company and are extremely happy with their service and professionalism during the entire process. To begin with, they gave us the best price by far. We had obtained estimates from three other well-established companies and the estimate from Airflow was significantly lower. Also, Mr. Andy Neighoff who came first to provide us with an estimate is a very caring and knowledgeable technician who patiently answered all our questions and worked with us to set up the contract. Sebastiaan and Cody, who were the technicians that came to take the old unit out of our attic and install the new A/C unit and the new furnace, did an awesome job and went above and beyond to set everything up without any fuss and help us with whatever we needed. They were careful not to cause any damage to the home while doing their work and cleaned up after themselves. They were also very courteous and pleasant and worked with us patiently. We very strongly recommend Airflow Service Company without any hesitation.

    I had replaced my main HVAC unit last year with a Trane system and this year, replaced the 2nd unit upstairs too. Andy had been upfront and honest with prices (I do understand that prices so change...inflation to blame!!!)     Airflow installed two complete systems -- upstairs and downstairs -- to include both AC and Gas Heat. Chris and Sebastian were the install team and they did a great job installing the system in about a day and a half.     This review is a couple of months late, but I do want to put it out there. We have been an Airflow customer for over TWO decades. We first used their services to provide upkeep on our the system that was with our house when we purchased it.We then purchased a TRANE system with Airflow in 2009. The previous system lasted over 25 years! Back in 2009, I will say we interviewed SEVERAL companies on a new HVAC system. We had to make sure we received the best product for the best amount of money spent. I will say Airflow had the BEST presentation out of the MANY companies we interviewed with. As such, we purchased our new TRANE HVAC with Airflow.Flashforward to 2022. Our TRANE still worked pretty well. There were a couple of small leaks in the system, but nothing to be concerned about...until August of 2022. The motor of our TRANE system went out. We had the option of just replacing the motor or getting a new system. With the leaks we had, I opted for a new system...BUT, I did NOT go with TRANE. I thought the TRANE system should have lasted much longer and it didnt. I am VERY disappointed with TRANE, but NOT with Airflow. Again, I interviewed other companies and again, I made the decision to go with Airflow. I should let you know I found a company that would do the work for $400.00 LESS than Airflow. At this point, you may be wondering why I didnt go with the other company. Its because of the EXCELLENT customer service from Airflow. When my TRANE went down in the beginning of AUGUST, Airflow was out to my home immediately. They took their time to look at the system and present my options. Quite honestly, they made me feel like I was a top priority. I know they were busy at that time of the year, but the OWNER took time to talk with me and work with me through all the options. In the end, I told the Airflow owner the same thing I wrote here. Airflow earned my loyalty and as such, I did NOT have a problem paying the extra cash. SERVICE goes a long way in retaining customer loyalty and Airflow came through. TRANE did NOT and thats why I bought a Carrier system this time. I hope this system will last much longer!

    Airflow has done maintenance 2 times a year on our HVAC system for several years now. They have also repaired and installed a humidifier to our system. When a very expensive part broke, they helped up get it fixed under warranty, when they could have just charged the full rate and made more money. I have never been so happy with a company that has done work in our house. They are professional, on-time, NEVER nickel and dime us, are extremely responsive when something breaks, are extremely friendly (even to pets and kids who ask them 100 million questions on what they are doing!) I wouldnt use any other company, even if they were cheaper!

    My sisters A/c went out about 2 weeks ago, I called 6 different companys to get a price on a replacement unit. We had more work to do then just a simple replacement. We had to run new power and new lines as well move the out side unit. Andy came out and was the only company that took measurements worked with me on ideas on how the new lines and power could be run. He was quick to answers my questions and set my sisters house up for the install only a few days after we picked his company to do the install. On the day of install they showed up Bright and early and got right to work. Even with having 5 dogs to take out during the day his guys where very professional, worked throw the heat and had it all installed by 5 pm. Very good company and i will be hiring them to do more work for my familys houses.

    These guys are awesome!!!! Bill could not have been a nicer guy. He offered to come in on Saturday to replace my HVAC so we could get our heat up and running ASAP (it was really cold) and I️ wouldn’t have to take time off work. He and Sebastian and Nick came promptly before 9AM Saturday morning and got the job done in just over 4 hours. They were professional and did good work. Also, for my unit they offered the best price around!! Highly recommend!!!!!

    We have had a contract with Airflow to service our HVAC for more than 15 years. During that period we were lured away twice by other companies with promises of less cost, but found that their level of service was also much less, and we went happily back to Airflow both times. Recently, Andy and his team did a complete gas installation (HVAC, gas logs, stove and water heater) at our new home and did a good job at a very fair price. The Airflow team are conscientious and very personable. The office staff are friendly and very helpful, and Andy the owner is dedicated to good service.

    BLUF: Airflow Service Co. is a great company! Quality work for a very competitive price! I highly recommend them.I hired Airflow after extensive research and lots of review reading to install a second air conditioning system in the upstairs. I knew it would be a difficult job to work with the limited space in the attic and to figure out how to install pipes that were long enough to connect the outdoor unit on the patio with the indoor system. One contractor flatly turned down the job as too complicated, another offered to install a wall unit (off center) and place the outdoor unit on the balcony for a hefty price.By the time, Andy Neighoff came over to inspect the space, I was prepared for another high cost, low imagination estimate. To my surprise, he focused on possibilities and solutions and the best part was that his cost estimate was significantly lower than that of his nearest competitor. The decision to hire his firm was a no brainer.On install day, Andy, Chris, and Sebastian showed up on time and performed as much work as possible under extremely difficult circumstances (the hottest day of the season - literally). They kept my two aging HVAC systems alive for the past 12 years with compete honesty and zero pushing sales pressure to replace them.     Airflow Service is an excellent company. Andy, the owner, and his crew personally make sure things are done right, and if not, they dont stop until things are done properly and professionally. In my case, Ive been having an issue with a newly installed Trane communicating heat pump system, and Airflow has stood behind me as a customer, helping to sort out the problem with the unit, even if doing so has required several service visits to exactly pinpoint the source of the problem. It seems the problem has nothing to do with the quality of Airflows installation, but that the source is the Trane unit itself, something unusual in my experience, as Ive installed several Trane products over the past 20+ years and have been happy with their products, not having any major issues throughout all these years. But on this occasion I guess I got unlucky, and Airflow has been continuously helping me deal with the problem, which is not something easy to do, as modern Trane communicating heat pump systems are fairly sophisticated and complicated, and sometimes determining the exact cause of error codes in those units is not something easy to do.Airflow has also installed a whole house humidifier and a couple of new vents in my kitchen, all of which has improved heating and cooling performance in my house.I fully recommend Airflow for all HVAC service and new installation needs.This is an update on my previous post about Airflow Service. They just changed my Trane heat pump outdoor unit, which had been causing problems, even though it was fairly new. This was done free of charge, and it seem this took care of the problem I was having. This company is incredible, I fully recommend it as few companies would be as responsive and honest at Airflow has been throughout. Airflow also installed a new return duct in a storage room, and this has improved the the performance of the system in this area (the original ductwork hadn’t been done by Airflow, but they have now corrected a pre-existing problem).

    I realized at 3:00 a.m. on a Friday morning before a long holiday weekend that my AC unit was not working properly. I called around and was basically told the earliest anyone could come out would be Saturday, and the the call would require a hefty service call fee. She called back a short while later notifying me one her technicians was in my area and could stop out. I agreed and a gentleman named Bill showed up about 15 minutes later.     Awesome service from phone to front door. Rick was able to come way ahead of schedule and he was courteous, respectful and well versed on the fireplace issues. As soon as I told him what was wrong, he diagnosed and still tested everything. Rick was clean and quick. I barely got through a phone call for work before he was done. Our fireplace looks brand new. The flame was hotter and higher, he cleaned out the bottom area, checked for leaks, checked the pipes and explained what happens when the area isnt clean and how the flames go down, stop coming on or go out. He also put in new embers and arranged our logs nicely. We havent had an issue with our fireplace in 10 years, and he made it work like brand new. Over 20 years skill, I highly recommend asking for Rick when you call for fireplace services. Thank you AirFlow for doing a great job and at a great price!(Bristow customer)
