They were great to work with! I had some plumbing issues and gave them a call. They responded quickly and were able to come out the same day to fix the issue. Both the technician and the office assistant were very helpful and I feel confident contacting them again in the future for any issues I have!

I had an excellent experience with both the company and their technician, Mario. He arrived exactly when he said he would, communicated clearly throughout the process, and took the time to explain both the issue and the solution. Mario was reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely pleasant to work with. The company wasnt out to make a quick profit; instead, its clear they value building lasting relationships with their customers. Both the company and Mario are the epitome of honesty and integrity. If I could rate higher than five stars, I definitely would.

I really appreciate the great service and professionalism I received from Action Air Plumbing and Septic. They checked our water heater in a few months ago and recently put in a recirculator The water in the back of our house is instantly warm which has saved us $ on our water bill. I’ll definitely keep using them in the future.

Action Air Plumbing & Septic was able to come out that day and fixed everything quickly. They walked me through everything they did so I was able to relay the information to my landlord.

One weekend, my husband and I thought we could smell a nail polish remover smell in our garage, so I googled “why would my house smell like nail polish remover if I haven’t opened any in a long time.” When I saw that it could be our unit leaking refrigerant, we called Action Air to check it out. We were put on the schedule for first thing Monday morning. Our technician, Ed, was amazing. He checked our unit and assured us that everything was in good condition. It ended up being something in the garage that had spilled in a hard-to-see spot. I was looking for peace of mind, and that’s what I got with Action Air!
