I highly recommend Action Air for your plumbing needs. I had a main sewage line that needed replaced and ran through multiple quotes with several companies. Action came in with a very reasonable and affordable price.This main line went under a tree and had the water main nearby. They took care in the installation of the new line, the job was done quick and it stayed under the quoted price as well!On top of this, everyone I interacted with was friendly and honest. I dont often write reviews but this experience was exceptional and I wanted to be sure to let others know!

So, last night the 25th, I noticed our water heater making a much louder sound than usual. Upon inspection, I discovered a large amount of water leaking. Initially, I was unsure who to call, but after reading several positive reviews on Action Air Plumbing and Septics website, I am glad we chose them. We were able to finance a new water heater for a very reasonable price, that came with a 6 year warranty, as well as yearly maintenance. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the project - from the first conversation I had with Jennifer, to the knowledge and dedication that our tech, Ryan Aguilar, demonstrated. Five stars without a doubt!

I signed up for their maintenance plan as well. It’s a good deal for anyone with plumbing or a/c units 10+ years old.

Someone hit my gas meter and took off got hold of these guys and amazing enough they got it fixed up in one day. The gas was locked down which it should be but they got it fixed got hold of the inspectors and Atmos and within that day they had us fixed up. My AC stopped working late in the evening yesterday. I sent a email to Action Air Plumbing and Septic last night after reading all the positive reviews they have received. I asked them to contact me first thing in the morning. I received a text from them at 7:52AM and they scheduled an appointment to fix my AC. Carson Carter came out and was in my driveway by 8:40AM. I needed to run an important errand and I was going to wait till Carson was done. He proactively suggested that I should go run my errand and he would work on my AC while I was gone. I was back at the house after 30 minutes and he had already replaced my dual value fan and compressor capacitor. I was extremely impressed. Carson is extremely knowledgeable, timely, polite and professional. I’m very happy I called this company and will definitely be using them again for all my AC, heating, plumbing and septic needs.

We had a plumbing emergency on Sunday. Another company turned off the water and identified a slab leak. They ballparked a high figure repair. Action Air Plumbing and Septic showed up at 8:30 am on Monday. Their binding quote was almost $1K less than Sundays plumber. Action charges by the job and not by the hour. Plumber Donnie Vasquez and his helper Caleb were here all day. Two other guys dropped by in the afternoon. The master baths concrete slab was drilled through the living room. The waterline was replumbed with Pex piping through the attic. Donnie and Caleb were unfailingly polite and a real joy. They thoroughly cleaned the work areas. They also patiently explained plumbing things I was clueless about. We are pleased with the reasonable cost and the awesome job. Deal with confidence!!!

Last time they put a bathroom in our shop and a septic tank for our bathroom, this time installing our new HVAC system and running ductwork to the shop office and bathroom and spiral ducts in our shop. Officially broke up with shady crooks Lowerys heating and air today because of Ed Querner. First time in 20 plus years of being lowery customers we felt someone was actually honest, knowledgeable to the point and transparent. I appreciate that. Ed got our ac working when it was going to take a week and astronomical quote to boot with our long time Lowerys. We will never go back to them again. Action has our business moving forward as long as we get the same honesty that Ed gave. Thank you! Sooooo much. We have air !! 😫

Mario helped me in a time of need. I had out of town company & my hot water heater went out. He discovered our problem, & replaced my water heater. He was very kind, thoughtful & explained the situation. I now have a new hot water heater & my company is happy too.
