Absolutely amazing company. Had a pipe break recently during the freeze and called a number of places around town. WesTech was the only one to answer, some others didnt call back until two days after the break. WesTech had someone at my house within an hour. The Plumber was proffesional, effecient and respectful of me and my home. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informed me how to avoid pipe breaks in the future. Even going so far as to provide outside faucet covers. I HIGHLY recommend WesTech Plumbing.

I have to give WesTech Plumbing 5 stars! Daniel came out and not only helped me with my week old plumbing issue that another company stated they had to run a camera to be able to correct it but he also helped me clear my sink due to my non-working garbage disposal! WesTech is great all around from customer service to their service techs!! So thank you Daniel for being honest, fast and amazing and for going out of your way! I apologize for not giving you a tip but I promise I will make sure I go there personally to drop off a tip for you!! So thank you WesTech!!

At first I was skeptical because I needed to book a month out and the team was a little late to our appointment, but that’s the worst it gets. It only goes up from here. Jake was not only super professional (while his teammate was a comic relief), but he waited until he could find the best fix for my ceiling fan issue for the lowest cost. We could have easily handed over a few hundred dollars, but Jake kept problem solving until he found the absolute best solution (saved us a lot of money) I would hands down recommend them to anyone in need of an electrician!

I had many concerns about our plumbing and felt uncomfortable with a previous quote, so I called WesTech for a second opinion. Because of my concerns the co-owner himself came, talked me thru it step by step. The estimate I was given was surprisingly MUCH lower than the previous company’s estimate, and less work involved. Because of the professionalism and thorough explanation I cancelled the 3 other companies I had scheduled for estimates. Done, we found our guys! Will add another review after work is completed.Work has been completed and we will not use another plumbing service as long as we are in Lubbock. ALWAYS courteous, on time, respectful, hard working.

Top notch service! Sam arrived at targeted time after a short interview of the problems he went right to work. All the drain lines in the house were clogged and/or slow draining. You could not run the washer and shower without it backing up in the bathtub. He cleaned all the drain lines in the house including under the kitchen sink. Everything works great. He cleaned up everywhere he went. He was very polite and efficient. I would rrecommend WesTech to anyone.

One of the best experience with a plumber, Daniel came out on time to remove the bathtub drain. I tried, I could not do it and did not want to make it worse, so called them. Was so tight he had to use a saw to take it out in pieces. Clearly was not the first time, he done a great job and quick, less then an hour like he said it will take. I would recommend him to anybody. Overall friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Very glad I called them.

Westech came out on very short notice to fix my moms pipe that burst during the 2021 freeze. They fixed it fast, great service. But even more than that: *they gave her an absolutely huge discount for being effected by the freeze*. They didnt have to do this, but they did.What a great company. Ill never use another plumber.

Cant say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!!
