Earl’s plumbing is so awesome!! Our plumbing technician, Beau Martin, was amazing ! He is so experienced and knowledgeable and yet he took the time to carefully read the instructions about our new fireplace system and our stove before he installed them with a new propane line. Both plumbers were very professional and friendly and made sure everything was finished and cleaned up. Also their pricing was reasonable. We had another quote that was very UNreasonable and there’s no way they could be any better than Earl’s! I feel very confident that this was done with care and precision! Don’t go with another company without checking out Earl’s first!

We always call Earl’s for all of our plumbing needs. They always send professional looking and acting, knowledgeable, and kind plumbers, who all work hard to make it as cheap as possible! They repaired a foundation leak for us about 2 years ago and when they finished up, our bill was almost $1,000 cheaper than our original quote! Today we experienced another foundation leak, and they sent out our same plumber from our first leak, and he was so honest and kind. He didn’t charge us at all as he was honest and told us it was leaking from the work he had done in 2022, so he repaired it for us for free! I HIGHLY recommend using Earls for all your plumbing needs! I’ve never been disappointed in their plumbers and their work!

I was referred to Earls plumbing by a group on Facebook. I used their $99 tune-up special to make sure my air conditioner was cleaned out and ready for the upcoming summer heat. They were very nice and professional. They didnt rush through it and took their time to do everything correctly. They explained everything to me on what they checked. There was no pressure to buy anything further or fix anything further. I highly recommend this business.

Had a leaking hot water heater. Called Earl’s at 9:40AM. Despite being scheduled for an afternoon visit, they showed up at 10am. Assessed the heater and suggested repairing or replacing and gave us clear ramifications of repairing or replacing the heater. We chose to replace, After returning after lunch with all the necessary parts, everything was installed professionally by a couple of courteous guys. The new hot water heater was functioning by 2pm. We felt the price for good and quick service was competitive and well worth what we spent.

We appreciated the promptness of response. Appointment one day for assessment and estimate, and appointment next day to install kitchen faucet that we purchased from Home Depot. The only part We were disappointed with, or unsatisfied with, was the cost. He was there less than 30 minutes, which I’d say is a pretty easy fix, and our charge for installation was $175. Let’s see ... that equates to $350/hr. (I’m in the wrong business.) Again, the promptness was appreciated, and the faucet we purchased (from Home Depot) works well, and it was a clean install. We have no issue with the work, or anything ... and we appreciated the handling of the installation being done so quickly. We just didn’t appreciate the cost. Had the cost been more reasonable, we would have given a 5-star rating.

Absolutely loved the professionalism and attention to customers. From the minute I placed the call it was great. The two guys that came to our house were very professional, explained the process completely and put my mind at ease after the horrible nightmare we experienced due to Atmos. They were able to get all the work done in a matter of hours and made sure they did not leave without explaining to me the next steps. They called the inspector to come in and had my gas hooked up within a matter of minutes after they completed their work. Both of the guys left me impressed, they even cleaned up after themselves! Will definitely continue to use Earls again and will recommend them from now on!

Earl’s plumbing has been absolutely amazing! They are very courteous and considerate and did an excellent job repairing our tub drain. Not only that, but I had another issue last week that ended up not being a plumbing issue, and rather than spending time here and charging me, they recommended the correct route to go to get my problem fixed, and left without having to charge me. The day before I called them out, I had a different plumbing company spend 4 1/2 hours here, without resolving any issues, but racking up quite a bill. Earl’s plumbing was honest and extremely helpful and I will use them anytime I need anything in the future! I cannot be more thankful!

Very fast response time! From the time I called to the time the heater was fixed was less than 3 hours. Jason Guzman was the tech that came out. They send a text with info about the tech before they arrive, which is really nice so you know who is coming to your home. Another tech was with him as well. They were both very professional and got the job done quickly, and were able to answer all of my questions. Thankful that we have heat now! Would recommend! :)

Our water heater when down, I was at work when my husband called and said that he tried to fix the water heater I told my husband don’t let me call Earl they are the professionals they have been working in our house since we bought our house. I love the way they take care of us, every time I-called for any problems that we have they make a priority to make an appointment just like with that water heater I mean I called the office that afternoon and within 30 minutes they were in my house. The water heater could be fixed, but it was replaced and with an 1hour everything was install thank you to both techs. Please leave it to the professional at Earl to do any work, 💯% satisfied

I told him about slow running bathroom sinks and was so helpful with helping those lines run faster, even though that isn’t what he came over to work on. We had same day service. We had a pex fitting fail inside a wall and flooded our house. I called Earl’s around 6:30PM and Carey showed up within 30 minutes. He quickly identified the failure and got it repaired as well as identifying another failing fitting and got it all fixed and cleaned up in less than two hours. Carey was amazing! He was very professional and friendly and took the time to show me what he found and asked me to look at his work when he finished. Carey and Earl’s were fantastic and I highly recommend them.

Spent some time researching a company that I would trust installing my Aquasana water softner system. I reached out to Earls and they provided me a quick estimate prior to them even coming out to my house. Scheduling was a breeze and the confirmed the appointment quickly.On the day of my service, I recieved a message staying who my master plumber was and that he was on his way. Richard was awesome. We did a walk through on the house, diagnosed my issue and provided me with a reasonable plan on the work, as well as, an updated estimate. I am very satisfied with the work Richard did! It was honest and fair work.I have heard some horror stories about some plumbers here in Lubbock who are cheaper and their work shows. I wanted the piece of mind of having my work done and not worry if it is going to fail, if they destroyed my home, or if they ripped me off. Earls did a great job of winning my trust and business!

Shower pipe leak behind drywall required plumbing expertise but what really made this repair complete was the drywall cosmetic reconstruction. The repair location on the dining room wall was made more challenging for the in-home DIYer because a very large picture window made obvious all the intricacies of the fairly heavy knock-down texture. The grayish, medium dark blue paint color added to mix made this repair more of a challenge as well. Jason not only checked off all the requirements for a perfect invisible repair but he contained any and all mess produced in the process. IMHO he’s a nice person to visit with while witnessing the display of his artistry.
