Fantastic customer service paired with an exceptional plumber! I contacted a plumbing service early in the morning when I was having trouble getting my water to function in Lubbock. They arranged for me to have an appointment just a few short hours later and their plumber, Jeffery, showed up ahead of schedule! Jeffery was extraordinary, displaying utmost professionalism and support. He took the time to explain the situation and enlighten us on some basic aspects crucial for any new building owner. I cant recommend this plumbing service and Jeffery enough - they clearly value their customers, and it shows.

When we purchased our house, we were provided with a plumbing warranty. Weve had a few plumbing issues, but they have all been addressed promptly and effectively. Our hot water heater failed, the dishwasher was leaking, and the pipes in our laundry room were giving us trouble. However, Andrew came out the very next day and fixed our hot water heater with high-quality parts and exceptional service. Justin completely replaced our leaky dishwasher with a brand-new one. Theyre set to repair our laundry room pipes tomorrow. Ruben even took care of the issues we were having with our kitchen sink. This team of plumbers is outstanding. We will continue to renew our warranty annually and would highly recommend every homeowner in Lubbock to do the same. Great job right from the get-go. The individual I reached out to was courteous and competent. Even on a Saturday, the response time from Kenneth & Sons Plumbing was prompt, keeping me well-informed. Justin and Duane, the two plumbers, identified the problem swiftly and had paul swing by to make the repair. Both were professional and friendly, finding and fixing the issue speedily. I cant recommend this company and these plumbers enough. Id definitely avail their services again and would ask for them specifically, if theyre available in Lubbock.

Jeffery from Kenneth & Sons Plumbing did a fantastic job swapping out our old water heater. He showed up on the same day our previous water heater stopped working, even though it was a holiday. He not only installed a new water heater but also refreshed all the old fixtures and made everything conform to the latest codes. After the water heater installation, we observed that one of our showers was not functioning as quickly as it should. Jeffery promptly rectified this problem too, and now it operates more efficiently than ever before. I strongly endorse Kenneth & Sons Plumbing if youre in Lubbock.

Even though the company was unable to supply the part, he gave me the option to purchase it directly from the supplier in Lubbock and agreed to come and install it for his usual hourly rate. i am grateful for his assistance!

Jeffery is just amazing! He paid a visit to our place in Lubbock before we bought it after our home inspection pointed out a problem with a leaky toilet. We had only looked at the house for half an hour before deciding to buy it, so we relied on Jeffery to give us an honest opinion on the extent of the work needed. He gave us a fair quote for three different options and then took the time to chat with us over the phone to go over what he might or might not find once he started removing the toilet. He successfully took out the old toilet and put in a new one today, and everything went without a hitch. Jeffery sent us a text before he arrived, was careful, tidy, and super efficient. Were really looking forward to having him handle our plumbing needs in the future.

First time dealing with this company.I needed one thing....my washer drainage pipe unplugged.I don’t know how many Plumbers I called and they all wanted around $200.Finally I found Best Value Plumbing and they quoted me a flat rate of $85.I expected my appointment would be in a day or two but that wasn’t the case. They came within 3 hours of my initial call. Their Receptionist was very polite and professional.Best Value Plumbing did their job with utmost professionalism. I was not charged any more that the quoted price of $85. They also added if there was any problems to call them and they would redo the drain for free.Two thumbs up.

Drainage slowed/ washer drain overflowed/ technician from other company snaked line until hitting tree roots and just felt sorry for me saying it may mean tearing up the floors and yard to replace all the pipes. Best value used root cutting head on their snake, charged the basic fee, and our drains have flowed well for years now.

Great service! Andrew was both proficient and quick! We had an issue with our main water line leaking. Thankfully, Andrew made it out to our place in Lubbock in a reasonable amount of time, even though it was a Sunday during a holiday weekend. Yes, there was a fee for the emergency callout, but the pricing was reasonable and several options were presented to us. Were grateful for this professional plumbing service. Now under new management, the company continues to provide excellent service.

Great service they did all they could and figure it was on the citys part!! So they called the city for me and the city came and drained it.. And not to mention they were cheap!! Highly recommended! I called roter rooter first and they wanted to change out my whole pvc piping 2400.00 dollars no way could I have afforded that!! So once again highly recommended!!
