Rudy is great! We have used his services three times now and I won’t be using anyone else again! He replaced our gas pipes and brought our gas appliances up to code a few months ago. Today, he fished a rubber duck from our toilet. He has always been quick to respond, honest and fairly priced! I definitely recommend him over anyone else! -

Rudy helped us with a drain cleaning 2 months ago, so when we had some major issues with our kitchen remodel, we called him. He was able to figure out the problem and worked diligently to find the least invasive solution that would hopefully resolve the issue. When that didnt work he came back the next day to replace a section of the main kitchen drain pipe and get our drain working properly. We will use him again when we start our bathroom remodel. Rudy is a master plumber and a great guy! -

We cant say enough good about the service and integrity of Rudy B. He is amazing at his craft. We first met him as he was referred to us. He has helped us since day one of our time in Lubbock. We had a water heater go out, and he came out and fixed it that day. Not only is he a great plumber, but he is an honest man whom we completely trust. I highly recommend him. -

I am extremely thankful for 1213 Plumbing. I received a letter from the City stating I had a huge leak while I was on vacation. I contacted 1213 plumbing when I returned and Rudy and his son made sure they had a reputable leak detection company come out. They immediately found the leak and Rudy and his son were quick to fix it! Thank you! -

I had been calling every plumbing company on Google. I came across 12 13 plumbing and spoke with Rudy and let him know that I had a water leak under my mobile home. Most other companies wont touch a mobile home because I guess theyre scared. Rudy said he does work on my types of home and he came out the next day. He got right to work when he showed up with no hesitation and he ended up finding three leaks and got very dirty🤦🏻♀️ I was very greatful and thankful that he was honest with me and he got right to the point. He was very reasonable in the price and I told him that I would continue to use him from now on Im done looking. Mr. Rudy was very professional and was here when he said he would be. If I could give 1213 Plumbing 10 stars I would. He did a wonderful job and was right there when we needed him. Had hot water pipe break in the kitchen; with no shut off on it. He fixed it and made it better than new. -

Rudy is awesome! When our kitchen sink was clogged he came right out to check it out. He quickly got to work diagnosing the problem, and explained what he was doing, tips for the future and even good equipment he recommended we purchase for the house. He was able to resolve the issue fast, and then gave loads of good information about what it would take to replace our hot water heater. Super friendly, fast, and affordable service. Will definitely be using him in the future! -

Unfortunately, had a water heater fail on the weekend. Called multiple plumbers to see if anyone could come out on the weekend. A couple said theyd look into it and call back. The only one that actually did was Rudy. Not only did he call back but he was out there a very short time later and had a new water heater installed within a couple of hours.Rudy was great and I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a plumber.
