I called them on Sunday 1/14, a technician was sent out within an hour. He had the problem diagnosed (which is not your average problem and they had to go get parts) with my boiler within an hour and a half of that my boiler was working and I had heat. Not only were they prompt, and the customer service was great but I would recommend them to my family and friends. These guys are amazing!

Once again, Fred L. Webster came to rescue for us last weekend! Always call them for anything not just plumbing but new kitchens and bath. They are honest as they come! They don’t try to make up reasons to jack up the bill. They fix what needs to be fixed and don’t push other repairs unless they are truly needed. Their customer service is great & they are very responsive. All of their service Techs are experienced & professional. Their prices are very fair.
