The service guy was very experienced. I liked that. He lit my hot. Water tank quickly. As he finished lighting it. He forgot to put the cover on the flame all. But that I can do myself. However, when asked. Him how much I coast to remove my stool and replace it with one I had . He said $600. I think that far too much. - ridiculously too expensive.

They were quick to answer my phone call, they said someone would call me the next day. Nobody did. I followed up 2 days later and they told me I would have an appt on Thursday. I called Thursday morning and they said my appt was set for Monday. I corrected them and they had a plumber out that Thursday within the hour. The plumber was very quick, efficient, and a good communicator about what I needed to fix my toilet. Overall a good experience, but we had a rocky start.

This was the annual heater check up. Your representative, ERIC was on time. He was very professional and polite. He explained in detail what he had done. I called Bud Anderson at 4am in the morning when I had water leaking from my upstairs bathroom through the ceiling downstairs. They answered my call and let me know a technician would be in touch and they kept me posted about who and when the technician would arrive. Although I thought we had the problem resolved Mike Poirier a licensed plumber stopped by as a courtesy to confirm we had it under control. He was courteous and prompt and took time to review with me the water system and meters inside and out of my house. Also before Mike arrived I received a text with his photo and credentials. I highly recommend using Bud Anderson HomeServices if needed and I hope you are lucky enough that Mike Poierier is the plumber sent to your home.

My furnace started having problems and I was able to get service on Saturday. The service agent was Hijinio Padilla, when he arrived he was very quick to solve the problem which was a great relief, there was 15 degree weather next day and my concern of freezing water lines was resolved. His integrity of resolving the issue with minimal cost. It could have been a long drawn out job and I would not had a clue. SSN doesnt go far. If you call in with an issue I would highly recommend HP. TY very much.

Blaine, Evan, and Reece did a fantastic job with getting us back to our normal day to day and helped us save a TON of money in the process. Could not be happier with their service. It took a little bit of work to get someone scheduled out for our emergency call, but once that was figured out Mikey showed up at his scheduled time and was not only professional but friendly and explained everything to us about what could be going on with our gas/hot water heater. He didn’t seem bothered at all about how late it was and he was being kept from his own family on his birthday of all days. Instead he did everything he could to make sure that we were taken care of, satisfied with the situation and that we understood everything. I would highly recommend him as a plumber!

He reschedule at the earliest possible time in the early a.m. to complete general maintenance to my unit to include installing a UV bulb. I found his work and mind set very thorough. I appreciated his attention to detail. I would be delighted if he could perform all my 6 month checkups. I think he would learn how my unit functions and anticipate any maintenance needs.

The city sent me a huge water bill and said that the issue was at my end. I called in Bud Anderson and they sent Zack Reed over to my place the same day. Zack was super helpful, explained what the problem was and most importantly what my options were. They detected the exact location of the leakage. It was right beside the water meter. It was fixed in 2 days. I would highly recommend Bud Anderson and shout out to Zack for getting the issue fixed so fast.

Daniel was excellent. He thoroughly looked at our circuit breaker (20+ yo) & instantly scheduled for the next day for replacement. Plus looked through our house to make sure switches, etc were code & thus us safe . We witnessed a neighbors house burn to the ground due to not knowing. She was safe dogs perished, it was awful. I was impressed with the knowledge level and professionalism. Unfortunately, nothing was fixed during the visit. There was no definitive reason for the condensation under the sink, leaving me to try a different DIY tactic. (Flex seal around pipes going into the slab floor.) The bathtub drain gasket was not a simple fix, and it required me to go to Lowe’s and buy $32 worth of parts to get what I needed. I fixed it. You can’t just buy a gasket. The only solution to my tankless water heater will be to buy a new one, since the original one installed by the builder (3 years ago) was not the correct model to provide instant hot water, and the manner of installation voided any warranties. Frustrating but educational. The tech spent a lot of time both inside and out, checking water pressures and inspecting a lot of plumbing, and he explained everything in great detail. You can’t always get what you want.

Zack was a truly what you hope for when hiring someone on the service industry. He is sincere, honest and he willing to take his time and show you how to DIY if you wanted to. He explains why things break and how to avoid and just makes you feel like it’s just not that serious. He went through and checked all the plumbing in the house and fixed some small things and it was the price of a service call. He is now our go to plumber for all our plumbing needs.

Jacob Ramirez from Bud Anderson called me, and showed up on time. He was so knowledgeable in his detailed explanations of everything he saw on site. He was like a physician for my plumbing. He tightened loose bolts around my toilets free of charge. I now know the health of my water heater, my washing machine valves, my faucets, my toilets, and much more. I asked him to put together a list of what I should upgrade and he was able to give me a visual explanation, along with an emailed document listing each area of concern with a price (including monthly payment price) based on credit. When he left, I told him I’d be in touch when I’m ready to make improvements. I highly, highly recommend Bud Anderson. They hire nothing but the best technicians. Excellent service.

I woke up Monday morning at 4 a.m. to a garage full of water. After evaluating a rusty water heater, I was going to replace it myself until I noticed an AC freon pipe was in the way so I couldnt. Called 4 different people that said NO WAY. NO CHAMCE TODAY. One company came and looked and said the same size wouldnt fit and I needed a smaller one. The last guy came and looked and said DO NOT call Bud Anderson. I assured him that I didnt care who it was nor what the price was, I needed it done today. Finally, the last and 5th place I called was Bud Anderson. Tech came out, gave me a quote that was cheaper and more fair then the previous 4 and said, I can have it done in hour and half. .. Bud Anderson is the place to go. Professionals, timely manner and treated me as if I were the only customer they had. Great work.

October 23, 2024Mike did an excellent job of replacing some of my old cast iron pipes with pvc. He took before and after pictures as well as checking his work for any possible leaks.I would definitely recommend Mike to work on any future plumbing issues.September 30, 2024I’m so pleased that Evan and Blaine came out and took care of a clog in my drain. They even put a video scope down to show me exactly what was clogging my drains which was lint from my clothes washer. Evan was especially professional in explaining everything I needed to know about how my old cast iron pipes’ rough edges caught that lint and kept it from exiting the pipes. At this point I’m willing to replace the kitchen and laundry room’s cast iron pipes with PVC pipes. I’m grateful for Evan’s 10 year experience with pipes and drains to give me the knowledge I needed to make that decision.I was very pleased with Dwayne’s expertise in pointing out potential issues in my older home. I trust him completely and am happy with the work he did today. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with electrical needs.

My husband and I feel Bud Anderson is a very professional and honest business. They installed our whole house water filtration system about a year and half ago and its been working perfect. Today weve talked to them about installing an air purifying system. We plan to hire them for that job too. The wires in the picture are heat tape because the water filter is in the garage.

Respected my home ands left it clean. Was courteous and professional. Satisfied customer.We were having a little problem with high humidity on the newly installed system. Curtis came out, inspected the system, and found the problem, corrected it, and got the system going as intended. Curtis was great. Knowledgeable, courteous, and great communicator.8/7/24 Chase Emerson from BA came out yesterday and installed a Tesla home charger. Chase was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of our home and time. Probably could have gotten the job done cheaper, but it was good to know I had the expertise of BA doing it right.10/24 once I had to turn on heating, the new installation didnt heat. One technician came out, and told me I needed a new $1000 control board. I wasnt very happy after spending $17,000 to have to spend more. I asked for a second opinion/technician. Coby came out, did some wiring changes, and got the system to heat. Coby was very, very knowledgeable and courteous. Got the heat to working. Thanks Coby. And thanks Bud Anderson for making everything right.12/24 Jordan came too install all new smoke/CO detectors. Did a great job.
