Good service, tech arrived on time and completed the check and cleaning of my furnaces. I would give 5 stars if he had brought and replaced the filters, (no fault of his as I was added to his route today after he had already pulled the filters for his other scheduled stops) even though I scheduled my service 3 weeks ago. The tech promised to drop off the filters tomorrow, but I suppose I will have to bring a ladder in and change them myself even though that was part of the service.

We had an issue and called a different company first. They drastically exaggerated the issue and told us it would cost thousands of dollars to fix. We then called Airco to get a second opinion. Corbin was there quickly and fixed it in less than an hour for the price of a service call.

Airco sent Patrick McLaughlin to work on our new HeatPump, installed by another company. He fixed one issue with a rewire, saved me $$ by placing a sensor, and 4 days later when I needed them back on the unit, determined the contractor on the remodel closed the air return, for which 2 other companies never figured it out or saw the issue. I cant say enough about his diligence to solve the problem. Aircos online scheduling made the process super easy, he arrived on time.....four hours after being requested AND on the day after Christmas, and finally appeared to solve the problem. Patricks diligent work and Aircos quick scheduling certainly won a new loyal customer!

The technicians that serviced my issue today were knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly, so Im thankful for that. The reason Im not setting 5 stars is because this is the 2nd service request Ive made recently.. On the 1st, the technician told me everything looks correct and that it may take the system time to cool things down, but it never cooled down. Its surprising I was told that, when the technicians today were clearly able to spot an issue. I still paid $80 for that 2nd service even though nothing was done.

I wish we had called Airco first! Instead, we called a competitor. We were told our entire system needed to be replaced for a price of $10,000+. The tech said the blowet was going out. If we replaced just the blower ( which was the problem) it would be $1180+, and it would take a few days to get the part in.We were told blower needed a capacitor to boost the blower until it could be replaced. The part cost them $260, so they charged us $400. The blower quit working within 40 minutes. Man do I regret doing this! We were also told the refrigerant was very low and it would be $600+ to refill.So, we called Airco for a second opinion. We has to reschedule the time and they were great! Jason was on time (early actually). He was polite, professional and got right to work.Not once were we told the system should be replaced. It is an old but very good system. Jason agreed that the blower needed to be replaced. He had the part in his truck and quoted a price of $871.14 for the blower and matching compacitor. We said youre hired! We asked him to check the refrigerant levels and he said they are just fine. He did explain that with the blower not running well, other numbers could have been misleading. The compacitor he removed, was a $9 part 🤦‍♀️Moral of this story is, call Airco first! Then call for a second opinion and you will see how great Airco is! They saved us $1000, and could have saved us an additional $400 if we had callled them first! They also doing plumbing work in case your in need of that. 😉Thank you for your fantastic work and great customer service!

We switched to Airco for our maintenance and service two years ago, and weve been really happy with the service, knowledge, and friendliness of everyone thats been in our home or that weve talked to on the phone. From appointment-setting, maintenance, and service to sales and installation teams, everyone truly has been friendly and professional, and also easy to get in touch with.Our units are on the older side and theyve kept them going for us, never pressuring us with upsales and always being honest. I never have to be on-guard to sales tactics when they arrive (our previous company would hound me for referrals while here for maintenance and ask lots of questions about our plumbing to try to sell us that service, too; and although Airco also offers plumbing service, Ive never heard a peep from them).Appointments are always on time, and I appreciate the text updates and phone call to let me know they are on the way. Scheduling service is a breeze, and the online appointment system really does work!! Its not unusual to have same-day appointments available, even in their busy seasons. This hasnt been my typical experience with previous HVAC companies (it has been 1-2 weeks for appts with others). They also try to send the same techs for maintenance and service so they are familiar with the system and home.Im happy to have found Airco and highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs!!

Spring 2024. Patrick was both affable and professional. An old hand, he knew what he was doing. We feel reassured about the coming AC season. Fall 2024. Patrick came out to fix an AC leak on a 3 yr old Trane unit. A younger colleague of his had tried earlier, but merely added refrigerant without fixing the leak; and of course, all the refrigerant spilled out. A 29 yr HVAC veteran, Patrick braised the hole in the copper tubing, added refrigerant, and got us up and running for the first time in almost 2 weeks. Be sure to ask for a veteran like Patrick not a kid. The kids are learning, but have them learn at someone else’s expense.

2024: There are no adequate words to properly express how much I appreciate Airco and specifically Joseph Boshears, Victor Ramirez, and the other technicians that participated in the installation of my new HVAC unit. First, Joseph went so far above and beyond to help me with cost reduction and affordability it cannot be measured! I am so grateful! Victor Ramirez and his fellow techs did an amazing job of installing my new HVAC system. They took the time to fully explain the system AND the fancy new thermostat. What an incredible company and crew! 2023: Brenton did a great job! He checked the entire system, tested both heat and a/c, and diagnosed the issue...one tiny wire on the thermostat was hooked up incorrectly. I am tremendously grateful to Airco and Brenton!!

We have had other companies make things more stressful than the heat, but Buster saw the problem and fixed it even better than we knew it could work. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received from Airco. Now that Airco provides air/heat, plumbing and electrical services, they are one stop shopping for us. The service itself is professional, personable and our membership offers priority and discount services, which are perfect for our immediate needs and budget.For example, late on Wednesday we called Airco to say our toilet needed to be replaced and were told to call back as soon as we purchased a replacement toilet. We called the next morning to say we were ready with a new toilet. Within two hours, Bill was at our door. In a short period of time he removed our old toilet, cleaned the base, unpacked and installed the new toilet, and removed the old toilet and packaging. He even gave us advice on our water heater and our garbage disposal unit. Throughout the process, Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, particular in his work and attentive to our opinion on a job well done, which it was. In fact, we will soon have Bill back to install another toilet, a new garbage disposal and to replace components for our water filter.Later that same day, we had Aaron W. come to provide our pre-scheduled spring cleaning for our AC unit. We found him to be easy to talk to, professional in both his knowledge of our system and in his communication to us in his assessment. Bill explained that our system’s capacitor was not working to its full capacity and recommended a new one. At Aaron’s suggestion, we had him install a new capacitor. Now, we have peace of mind knowing our AC system is ready for the upcoming temperatures of an Arkansas summer. We look forward to having Aaron back in the fall for our pre- winter tune-up for our heating system.

Great job. The sevice agent is very knowledgeable and friendly and fixed my AC unit very promptly. I appreciate all sevice providers and all they do for the public. Most service fees tend to be very pricey.I had Airco come out to my home again 3 days after to help with a plumbing issue that I had with my swimming pool. The plumber was rather arrogant and had a helper with him. I had a relatively easy issue for them to solve. I had ordered some parts for the project myself which I had. They couldnt do the job the first time they came to my home because as to their request, I needed to drain my pool below the return inlet. The plumber couldnt find a pvc fitting that would fit inside the pvc inlet, so he used a small fitting which I removed. The fitting only went inside the inlet less than 1/2 inch. If a swimmer bumps into it it will probably come out even though it is glued in. The plumber completed the job using my parts and a few extra fittings and maybe 6 ft of 1 pvc pipe. I drained the pool which took me 2 hours and the water will cost me $150 to $200. They had to go to retrieve a part came back and finished which all in all took 45 minutes, but they didnt secure the pvc to my concrete pool deck. I had to go to Home Depot and spend $25 dollars and finish the job myself which took me 1 hour. What really seems ridiculous is the bill. They wanted $500 for such a small task. I usually do most building and repairs myself, but suffering from blood clots in my left leg I had not felt well for several weeks. Actually I had surgery 2 days after they did the job. So if anyone is needing a plumber maybe you should avoid calling Airco. I feel the plumber was unprofessional and billing extremely excessive. Nothing like a total rip off to make your life suck even more.

For the technician: KC was the best HVAC technician I have ever worked with. My unit had been inspected by three other companies and none of them were able to locate the problem. KC took the time to listen to me, ask the right questions, and figure out the issue. I was not just impressed with his technical ability, but it became clear from talking with him that he really cares about his work and takes pride in doing a great job. He was willing to explain complicated systems in a way that I could understand. This showed me that he cared more about my understanding than about dazzling me with a bunch of technical lingo that would make him look smart. Mark of a true professional! He worked quickly and cared for my home while he was here. I cant recommend him enough.For Airco management: I was very grateful that Airco went above and beyond to locate and procure parts for my system. They needed to search multiple suppliers and navigate backorders and other issues to get the parts ordered and then they even had an employee drive 4 hours just to personally retrieve my parts from another state. You exceeded any of my expectations.For the Airco Phone Center Staff: I must have called twice a week for 4 weeks while they diligently tried to acquire the parts I needed. If I were them, I probably would have been frustrated with the constant contact, but every time they answered, they would pull up their detailed notes, call me by name, and happily discuss the status of the order. Everyone I talked to was friendly, empathetic, and eager to help complete the project. 5 star service all the way around.

This spring of 2024 we had a new HVAC system installed by Airco. They did an absolutely marvelous job of removing our legacy, Train Freon system and replacing it with a Lennox EL23XCV AC and SL280V gas furnace system. This included a new Lennox S40 thermostat with smart technology that includes a phone app that will allows you to monitor and control temperature settings. By the time they had completed the installation and cleanup, you couldn’t tell that they had even been there. They truly did an awesome job and I highly recommend their services.

Airco was great on the scheduling side, but not so great on the service. The tech never looked at my thermostat or indoor unit. He walked outside, immediately said I was low on coolant, and then added a pound. Once he left, my thermostat was still showing significantly hotter than my indoor space. I ended up purchasing a thermometer at the store last night only to realize my thermostat must be broken, as the house was significantly cooler than the thermostat read. A bit frustrating that was never considered or even investigated. I’ll be purchasing a thermostat and replacing it, but I’m now out a large service charge and purchased a pound and a half of coolant to still have the same issue. I feel like I was sold something that may have not been required to solve my actual problem.EDIT: airco sent out an additional tech who was able to determine the steps needed to fix the problem. They were also very responsive and helpful. I appreciate them!!
