I can’t say enough good things about Elliot from Armory Plumbing in Lowell, MA! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We had an old, rusty Rheem propane water heater that recently died on us and had to be urgently replaced. To make things more complicated, a tricky shower valve cartridge had been giving us headaches for months - dripping in the tub, wasting water, and creating a ton of issues down the drain. Honestly, I thought we’d be looking at a long, drawn-out process, but Elliott exceeded every expectation.I called him, he picked up right away, arrived the next day, ready to tackle the challenges head-on. Not only did he replace the huge water heater with incredible speed - all by himself - but the way he handled the shower valve issue was pure craftsmanship. As handy as I am myself, I had researched this issue, I knew I needed a pro to do it, and he made it look so easy.Beyond his skills, he was so approachable, patient, and explained everything he was doing in a way that made me feel completely at ease. I reached out to Armory Plumbing a few days ago in regards to a old leaking shower valve that i had which caused my water bill recently to increase a few extra dollars on last months bill. Once i reached out I spoke to Elliot & he was able to come my house the same day. After evaluating the situation he provided me options on repairing or replacing & I decided replacing was the best option. Not only was Elliot at Armory Plumbing professional but he was very efficient with his time, cleaned up after himself & left no mess behind which made me like the guy a bit more than when i first interacted with him.
